Always understaffed with long lines and long waits. Do not recommend if you have other options.

My bad review joins the others. This place has some shady business practices. My package went from Abilene to Carrollton and back to Abilene with no packing, per Fed X. When I had to ship it back to Carrollton again, I brought it here. They said it cannot be shipped without packing. I said Fed X has already shipped it twice with no packing. I want to ship it that way again. She refused to ship it without packing. Now I'm pissed. You have lost a customer, got a bad review, and I will certainly tell everyone about your lovely attitude. And yes, my fellow yelpers, I gave her $5 to fill my package with her stupid ass paper packing. I could care less about $5, but your attitude with customers could sure use an improvement! The staff is friendly, fast and efficient! I really expected to wait awhile because of the holiday season and the fact that they were understaffed by there people (according to one of the employees). I'm gal that helped me was doing about give things at once but was able to provide me with great service. read more

Giving this FedEx location 1 star is giving too much. The people in this location are so incompetent!!! They lost my package and instead of having a concern to help the customer, they have been nothing but rude and careless. Their customer service is far fast horrible. They're not willing or even care to help us they just blow you off. The only way I was able to get some decent help was by contacting another location in ARIZONA. And to find out they are just handing over packages to random people with out proper identification is beyond irresponsible and careless. read more

This FedEx Office consistently has problems. Either their printers are not working properly, or no one seems to know how to do a simple print job. I will admit I've had a couple of good experiences there, but this evening, May 29, 2018 was one of the worst. They are supposed to be a solution center, but instead, the Hawaiian guy that helped us told us more about what he COULDN'T do than what he could. It was obvious he didn't want to do a small print job, and tried to make excuses to get out of it. He finally did get us 25 copies of a drawing made that we still have to trim down ourselves. Then, when we wanted only 9 copies of a painted picture my wife painted for a set backdrop, to make it easier for repetitive displays on the backdrop, he said he didn't have time....although he spent 20 minutes talking to a guy about Hawaii and his military career while we and other customers were waiting. Meanwhile, the big, bald guy who seemed to be the manager disappeared while customers needed help, and only emerged to go out the far exit to go home, I guess. Total lack of Customer Service, or regard for people's time, and very incompetent. read more

The product quality and timeliness of the products are what save this rating from being zero stars! I got exactly what I expected and the printing products turned out great! The customer service, on the other hand, was lacking to say the least. There was an issue with copyright on some of the items I had to print. I had printables that included an instruction page telling me as the consumer that I had the option to print the pages at a printing store like Office Max or Staples. In my opinion that is telling the store that it is fine to print, but I understand if they have rules that state they need more than that. The first gal that helped me late Wednesday evening, Sherry, ended the conversation where I was obviously frustrated and expressing that, by raising her voice at me telling me she had rules, etc. When I asked her not to raise her voice, she shouted more that she wasn't raising her voice. She continued this as I walked out of the door. I arrived home to find that she had forwarded the copyrighted documents in an email from my phone without my knowledge or permission. I had hopes that returning the next day to speak with a manager would help, but Wendy just sat there silently working on my printing while I told her what happened. As I was checking out I said, "You don't seem to mind how your employee treated me last night". Her response was that she had apologized, which she had not. Obviously nothing is going to be done about the lack of customer service and downright rudeness of this employee. Maybe I caught her on a bad day, maybe she didn't like me; but none of this gives her the right as an employee of this establishment to raise her voice and shout at me over my frustration. I will be finding another printer for future projects and I'll use a competitor for shipping just to avoid dealing with the attitude in the store. read more
