After a refusing to wait another 2 days for my delivery, I was able to go to the warehouse and pick it up. A ring cam at my neighbors house provided more information about the delivery. I would like to discuss the situation further with customer service however... automation bots block me from doing this. Your automated system needs some work FED EX, you have good employees however you give them no support. I have filed multiple complaints concerning the lack of accountability for the Ground Service and nothing happens. If the driver(s) doesn't like delivering packages by all means get a new job. Supervisors need to hold the drivers accountable. I paid for shipping and I understand delays, but I don't appreciate a driver flat out lying because he's lazy. Just do the job you were hired to do.
