I usually go to Batavia Parcel for their services. Have come here once or twice when BP was closed and service was satisfactory.

Don't ever come here if you are in a hurry. Slow is an understatement. Be prepared to wait. You're better off driving north on Randall and going to the St. Charles location. read more

I had a bit of a hard time with the girl who first answered the phone, given that she had to put me on hold twice when I asked a couple questions. But then Joe took over and was extremely helpful. He made sure I got exactly what I needed for my print job, and when I came to pick it up I found out that Jeff, another employee, had gotten me a $10 discount on the order. I didn't even have to ask. Has anyone ever been to a FedEx with good customer service? Not me! First of all, these places have an essential monopoly on fax/copy/print services so they think they are free to treat their customers like crap. They act like you're getting services for free with the way they treat you. Forget free, FedEx price gouges and you can't do a dang thing about it. I recommend Office Max/Depot for your fax/copy/print services. Way better customer service and prices are more reasonable. read more

I came into this location looking for some same day printing and copying services. I was limited in time, but Jeff offered to help me with my order. Not only did he correct some formatting issues via his computer, but he tested the coloring and page position first before running the project. With his help, my print job was finished much faster than if I had attempted using the copier on my own. My letters, flyers, and cards looked great and I was on my way to complete my marketing tasks. His paper suggestions and layout ideas also saved me money, too! I'll be back for my next marketing project. read more

Maybe try to avoid going when they are super busy (around 9am 3pm & 6pm). I've never once experienced a rude employee here, even when extremely busy. I've been frequenting this location roughly 4-6 days a week for the last 2 years. In this time I've dealt with 9 different employees + all have been cordial, attentive & helpful. I've watched these guys when the store is swamped & they do an awesome job + WORK REALLY HARD! When I stop in to see no line, 50 packages behind the counter & the employees dripping with sweat I know I've just missed a massive rush. JEFF & SCOTT are especially TOP NOTCH.. diligent, helpful & an absolute  pleasure to deal with!!! It's this kind of assistance that keeps me come back! read more

This place is not staffed properly so when you come here (in a hurry) you wait and wait and wait some more. That must be the Fedex way. The UPS Store on the other hand has 5 people working during the 5PM rush. So I have an urgent package that needs shipping and I'm sitting here while the lowly agent helps someone pick the color pallet on some birthday cards. Of course I missed the last pickup. What a joke. C'mon Fedex. Who's running these Fedex Offices? Are you guys an EXPRESS shipping company Or not? read more

After seven failed attempts to fax a mission-critical document from the newer, fancier FedEx down the street (on Randall Road in St. Charles), I decided to drive to this one to see if I had any more luck. I was greeted warmly by a young man working the counter when I entered, and was a bit surprised to see he was the only one working, as the St. Charles store had nearly eight employees, none of whom bothered to say hello when I entered. So already, this store was earning some brownie points. I was also a bit surprised when the young man pointed to an older fax machine that wasn't rigged up to a credit card machine. You see, when I attempted my seven faxes at the St. Charles store, I had to put a credit card into a machine before I could even dial the fax number; it was completely self-automated and electronic. The fax machine at the Batavia location, however, was a standard fax machine that I stuck my piece of paper into, dialed the number, and it printed out a confirmation page which I then took to the young man and rendered payment. You might read this and think, "yeah, but wouldn't you rather new and updated technology?" to which I would respond, "give me a fax machine that works and I infinitely prefer it." Because yes, it took just one try on the older fax machine to successfully transmit my document compared to seven failed attempts at the other store. And best of all, I was able to pay cash, because who really wants a $1.49 charge on their credit card anyway? I didn't stay in the store long, but it appeared to have everything necessary for your basic copy, fax and shipping needs, and it was considerably quieter than the St. Charles store should you be using it as a workstation. I think $1.49 to send a fax is a bit steep, so I knock points off there, but if given the choice between the two stores, I think I'll drive further to go to this one. read more

My fav of the FedEX locations in the area - due to their fast and friendly service. My only suggestion would be for them to add automatic sliding doors. I drop off prepaid packages and it is a hassle to open the doors while balancing them! read more

Don't appreciate the rude staff that thinks it's acceptable to charge $3.99 for packing that was not needed for an unbreakable item being returned to Amazon! Rip off and extortion. Location is also understaffed! read more

Staff is very unfriendly to almost down right rude. They are also very slow and the simplest of tasks takes three times as long as it should. They also do not greet you when you come into the store. I went in today to get some art scanned and apparently there was too much for them to scan, either that or they just didn't want to deal with it. They lost my business, I'll never set foot in that store again and I'll make sure to tell people to stay away from that store. read more

The young girl at this location had the personality of an autopsy patient. Her condescending attitude and sarcasm were highly unprofessional. If I treated someone like she treated me I would be fired. There is ZERO chance of me ever going back to that location!! read more
