I wanted to send fax and mail a document. There were 4-5 staffs and none of them seemed to be busy. "How may I help you?" Well it seemed like the staff was willing to help me, but with his tone, I felt the other way. First I gave him my document and I asked him can I also send fax. His replied was I would have to pay for the mailing first and then wait on the other line to send fax. What was that? Can't I just simply send them both at the same time on the same bill? OK I went in the line and eventually sent the fax. The staff who took care of me went to do other tasks and I was left alone without knowing what happen to my fax, does it go through? Until someone noticed me stood blankly at the counter then the other staff asked me "How may I help you?" ha funny. I asked him about my fax and he told me everything was fine and I paid. Fine, I think they have too many ppl working there and none seemed like to work. A customer ended up talking to 2-3 staffs to get thing done! And I wasn't alone, I saw some customers experienced the same thing as me too. Nah forget this place. read more

Service here is extremely slow. I came here to ship out a key but I needed the fed ex label printed. They needed a code to print the label, I gave the code but the email didn't include the attachment. Instead of continuing to help me, they decided to help the person behind me which took for ever. Mind you, I also have the corporate account number to use for shipping services as well. But the employee walked away so fast to help the other customer , I didn't even have a chance to mention it. read more

I walked into the place with what I needed to ship and saw that there was only one person ahead of me. Sweet! ...not so sweet. It took at least 20 minutes until I was out the door. They seem to have a policy of having one person of their staff deal with the customers while all the other employees play on myspace or whatever. Just so happens that the one employee helping customers decided that today was the day she would do everything in slow motion as well. I am usually fairly satisfied with USPS, and I will stick with them in the future. It's times like these, when I wish I could give zero stars. I was misquoted a price for a job, and ended up being charged DOUBLE what I was told I would be charged. When I told the clerk that he had given me a different price, he just said, "I can't do anything about the price." He wouldn't do anything for me. Total rip-off! Service was crappy, too; no one there that day seemed to care about what was going on, and I had to wait a long time to even get a clerk to acknowledge me. It's upsetting that I can't rate this FedEx at zero stars because I would. When you walk in the store, they ignore you, and no amount of glaring and throat clearing and excuse me's will motivate the sluggish staff. The first time I went here, it was 30 minutes before class because I wanted to ship something for my sister's birthday. The lady looked at me when I walked in and proceeded to ignore me for ten minutes while she half-heartedly moved copy paper around. Alright. Then, she gave me the packing slip. I filled it out and then watched for fifteen minutes as she took the slip and BEGAN TO WRITE OVER EACH LETTER I HAD WRITTEN IN A SHITTIER PEN THAN THE ONE THAT I HAD USED. I HAD USED A PILOT PEN. IT IS NOT GETTING ANY DARKER, WOMAN. At that point, I was late for class. She weighed the package. Even though it weighed only an ounce, she told me it would cost $12 to ship it to PENNSYLVANIA. PENNSYLVANIA IS NOT THAT FAR AWAY. Her bullshit had made me so late that I didn't have time to argue with her about the cost, so I angrily gave up the $12 for the 1 ounce package (I had brought my own box, by the way, so it would have been even more expensive if I hadn't) and raced to class. I will never go to this Fedex again, and I highly recommend that you avoid it as well. The employees are worthless and will waste your time and overcharge you. read more

I went into the Fedex at BU looking to print some flyers. I used one of the two printing machines at the front, and a guy working there (I can't remember his name) even gave me some card stock paper so that my flyers would be on a nice heavy paper instead of regular paper. My flyers printed nicely, and then it was time to pay. Jamal, another worker, was extremely friendly and helpful. He even chased me down the street to return my credit card to me when I forgot it at the store! The service was very nice and my flyers turned out great for a decent price! read more

I went there yesterday to ship a cleansing sponge to Michigan. The clerks were first day to work, and didn't even know how to do their jobs. And after a long long wait, they told me the lowest rate for a 10 gram sponge to Michigan is 19 dollars. WTF???? I have to agree with the other reviewers here when they say that they wish they could give this place zero stars. I unfortunately have to visit this location frequently and it is the most painful 30 minutes of my life. 30 minutes that should take 1 minute. I am usually there to send a package and it takes no less than 30 minutes for them to notice me and then decide to scan the package. After calling out one of the workers about her lack of efficiency and needing to treat her customers better, she responded with "yeah, I understand, but we're really busy". I'm not sure that playing on the computer in the back of the room while you purposely ignore customers constitutes as busy, but ok. This place irritates me to no end. read more

I made it to Fedex when it's 20 degrees outside and the woman ignored me for a good 5 minutes. I honestly have never been ignored at a store before and today's experience was pretty refreshing.
