I came here to drop-off a return so I was in and out. I used the QR code method, which saves you the time and energy of printing and attaching your return label to the outer box. Customer service was great! Parking is very tight/small. Seems like the staff might take up all the parking (not sure), just know that there wasn't anyone in front or behind me when I was in the store. read more

I came here to try to ship a package and Jessica was no help at all. She directed me to the computer to print my own label and provided no assistance with it. The label did not print and she did not bother to help me fix the problem. I am now having to leave and will have to take Uber's all over the city tomorrow to find A location that has competent workers. I am very disappointed in the lack of good customer service. Google map on my iPhone was pretty useless. We went around in circles trying to find the much-sought-after, elusive, and mystical......Fed Ex store in downtown Dallas. I swear, the map pointed us toward three, and all three were nowhere to be found. So, basically we struck out, and as we were heading to the dugout, we were given one more pitch, and on this one we had contact. This was a fully-staffed store of two people. No stars. Was in Dallas on Business, and needed to print out some shipping lables. You would think this would be possible to log into my FedEx account and print at a FedEx store, but NO. Computers were broken, staff was useless and sent me away with a stack of 15 air bills to fill out over coffee. Not fun. Will NEVER be back. read more

New location, just up the street from where they originally were. The establishment is clean and service is quick. Associates are helpful and kind. They also stay open pretty late (9pm) so if you can't mail something until after work or an even you still have time. read more

The simple task of getting on a computer to access my email and print out a 5 page PDF ended up taking me 45 minutes and making me late to work. I'd like to say the only problems were the slower than molasses computers - two of which were out of service - unfortunately my main complaint was the staff. At first glance, you'd think there was only one person working that day, the woman with the 6 person line... but upon further inspection I found another employee very obviously making a personal call in a corner, a supervisor of some sort scolding a newer employee in the back and a 4th, just oblivious to it all... All in all, horrible customer service. Won't be going back. read more

This shop is small, but right at the north end of downtown & West End, it is easy to get into & park, & the staff is great.

I've used their computer terminals to print files from my e-mail, used their computer's photoshop program for quick fixes, made copies from a USB plugged directly into the printer, had the guys behind the counter print images into posters, and mailed packages. I always go away with the work done right. Yes, things go wrong with the printers sometimes, but they always straighten it out. Yes, I often have to wait a few minutes to get help, but that's because they're busy and the employees are always working full steam. It's it the middle of downtown. Of course it's busy. So I wait a few minutes for help. Don't even think about going at noon or you'll be caught miserably in the rush of office people getting things done on their lunch break. Despite the vast array of client projects thrown at them non-stop, the employees stay calm and polite and always help me get my project done right. I never leaved excited or thrilled. Office work isn't inspiring. It's draining in any atmosphere. But I do always leave content, with the job done right, for a fair or even cheap price. read more
