FedEx's behavior in this situation is completely unacceptable. I paid for overnight shipping when I sent my package on Saturday, 02/08/25, with the guarantee that it would arrive by Monday, 02/10/25, at 10 AM. Not only did the package not arrive on time, but the tracking information wasn't even updating. When I went into the store to get answers, I was lied to--repeatedly. Multiple employees assured me the package had already been picked up, yet I later found out that was completely false. The package wasn't even picked up until after the guaranteed delivery time had already passed. Don't lie to me. Don't tell me my package has been picked up when it hasn't. Don't take premium payment for overnight delivery when you haven't even sent the package. This is beyond unacceptable--it's deceitful, dishonest, and disgraceful. Typically this is a really good location... the young folks working here are truly excellent and a pleasure to deal with. I've only on 1 occasion had a less than excellent experience here... this was caused by a corporate computer system error that caused a massive delay at the counter and resulted in funds in my bank account being deducted/held unavailable in my bank account for 10-days. On this occasion, I was less than happy with the interaction and largely inaction of an older staffer who I can only surmise is either a manager or supervisor. At any rate... well done for the most part... the good is why I keep patronizing FedEx... I hope that this location has or will make corrections so that I can make this my goto location as it has been in the past... now it's my secondary. read more

I needed some passport photographs a couple of weeks back, and in the past I've always used Kinko's, so naturally I go look for a FedEx Kinko's store since I know they took them over. Well turns out they are now called FedEx Office locations! I went to this particular location, and was very pleased with the service. It was top notch from end-to-end, the staff member who took the photos was very pleasent and helpful. The final pictures were also great (i.e. they didn't resemble the creature from the black lagoon, as most formal pictures of me seem to). Very professional service from the point I walked in, right through to check out. Very impressed. read more

So incredible rude... I was shipping an oversized package and struggling getting it into the store. I arrived a couple of minutes before the cutoff time, and nodded to the driver several times while I secured the package with some additional tape and tried to carry it in with my bad back. When I asked the driver if he could scan it, he directed me into the store, where the manager? very curtly told me that I couldn't ship it today although the driver was right next to me, and would have scanned it himself! I told her that I had been in the parking lot for a few minutes trying to get the package inside, and she told me "next time you need to come inside first", and sent the driver on his way, refusing to send the package out that day. She continues to say demeaning things like "it's your fault for being late," and "next time you need to be earlier" instead of trying to help. When I mentioned this type of service is why I discontinued Fedex from one of my businesses, this further escalated her "kind" advice. I guess she was trying to "teach me a lesson", and it was heard loud and clear. I'll be sure not to ship via this Fedex location ever again. Update - went to pick up my clearly labeled box that needed to ship upright, and found it had been put on its side as soon as I left. So glad I went back to get it and ship it elsewhere before having to go through the hassle of filing a damage claim with FedEx. read more

Had a very unsatisfactory experience. My deployed husband called and emailed specific directions on a print job. They filed it in "completed jobs," and then when I called to make sure it was done (after it was given over 24 hours), they said it would be done within an hour of the call as they hadn't started it. I came at that hour, it was still not even started, and then I had to leave since it would take 2+ hours. I came the next day, and they did it completely wrong and said they wouldn't discount anything. No manager came out to clear anything up, and then I still had to give the exact directions again since they apparently cannot read the email and didn't listen to my husband's directions on the phone. I would select negative stars if that was an option. read more

I mailed a package to the Ukraine on Monday September 23rd at PostNet and they told me it would be $255. It was going to an Orphanage and much needed supplies so I paid the money and mailed it USPS. The following day the Draper Post Office called me and told me that my package was dropped off at the desk and just left. They are required to give it to a post office worker for safety reasons since it's going through customs. The Draper Post Office called me and asked why I just left it on the counter and told me to come and get it. I told them that I had been at PostNet the day before and paid for everything there. They told me I had to come in and complete another customs form since it was left unattended. When I went into the Post Office to do this I noticed that the fee that was charged on the box for postage was $119.00. POSTNET CHARGED ME $255 WHEN THE ACTUAL COST WAS $119!!! I asked the clerk at the post office if this was possible and he said that the actual cost to ship the package was $119 and that POSTNET charges outrageous amounts and the difference was their profit. My advise to anyone shipping is to go directly to the post office and side step the middle man. I can't believe they would charge me 125% more than the actual cost. read more
