Ordered a gift to be delivered via 2 day express. After a full week nothing turned up. Tracking on the FedEx website indicated that two attempts had been made for delivery, but 1. People were home at the indicated time for the attempted delivery 2. No door tag was left and 3. No signature is required for the package. I called customer service and they informed me that the driver for whatever reason was having a hard time finding our address, and instead of contacting me, they lied and noted that no one was home for an attempted delivery. I was told that after three delivery attempts, fedex holds onto the package and it becomes the recipient's responsibility to pick up the package at the hub. This is unfortunately not the first time this has happened. Zero accountability on FedEx's part, instead transferring the responsibility to the customer. Absolutely awful. read more

Quick, simple, easy. There was a friendly lady at the counter and the line went quickly. All I had to do was show my ID to pick up a package. No complications. There's a packaging station where you can get your items properly packaged and even an area with complimentary coffee. read more

Not sure why they don't leave a package when a signature is not required, but I sat around waiting for almost 3 hours past the estimated delivery time 15 minutes after I left they showed up and for some reason didn't leave the package I was told it's the drivers discretion whether or not they leave the package. If it doesn't require a signature you leave the package this is not rocket science, but apparently to these dumb@ss drivers it is. read more

Come here often when my mom or I have something larger to ship for Ebay. Fedex (usually) handles our packages with care and the few times they have done wrong, they went far above and beyond to make it right. I placed a box out front of my house for deliveries to protect them from theft and the elements. The box was clearly marked, yet my package was put in a puddle in front of the house. My last review was rejected by yelp because some dumbass there didn't look at the picture I attached to that review. This review is not necessarily the ship center on 90th St, but FedEx Ground in general. FedEx Ground has become the worst shipper you could choose. Terrible service and they don't seem to even care. I had a perishable item that was scheduled to be delivered yesterday and it was at the local terminal in Greenwood, IN and out for delivery according to the tracking info. It wasn't delivered as scheduled. When I checked the tracking this morning the damned package was in another county!! I called FedEx and they have a very care less attitude. Their response was "we're sorry for inconvenience, it's on the way." Inconvenience my ass! It was a total loss. The box was clearly marked PERISHABLE all over and even had large stickers KEEP REFRIGERATED. When the driver finally dropped it off, he was too damned lazy and inept to even knock on the door, despite the perishable labels. Too lazy to even put it under the little table on the stoop in the shade. Needless to say, the contents were spoiled being a day late and he left it in the sun, 94 degrees outside. Fed Ex is pathetic these days. Do yourself a huge favor and use UPS or DHL instead. Tired of everyone using COVID as an excuse to be lazy and stupid too. Terrible customer service. I was told I had to come pick up my package because I missed their first attempt to deliver (this is an item I had to sign for). I come the following day to pick it up. The guy behind the counter tells me they just made their second attempt at delivering, even though someone told me not 12 hours before a second attempt wasn't possible for 'that type of package'. Miscommunications happen, mistakes are made. Fine. But after driving a half hour after my long work day to come pick up a package that they literally attempted to deliver while I was driving to pick it up, you'd think there would be an apology, an attempt to help. I received a monotone, repetitive response about how they attempt three times to deliver, and I could come back anytime after 6 PM to pick it up today. I explained I was told by an employee at this location the night prior that they weren't going to attempt to deliver again and I had to pick it up. I asked him if he had any suggestions for me to make sure the lines of communication were clear, he kept repeating the aforementioned phrase. I then asked if I could schedule a delivery and he said he couldn't help me with that I'd have to do it online, but there's sometimes a 24 hour period before the request goes through...kinda needed this yesterday which is why it was expedited to my home in the first place. read more

Worst experience. This place does not do its job what they are paid for. Their driver failed to deliver my package that I paid express fee. 3 days attempt he never came to my house. He pulled in at the driveway sat there looked like he was scanning something. Sure enough I got an update on my phone each day customer not available? Really? I was home and watching on my security camera that fool just pulled in and turned around and left. Never bothered to pull in to deliver. So I had to drive 30 minutes to there to pick up my package. Never will I ever do any business with FedEx ever again! Even their management's are worthless. read more

Saw the driver stop in front of my house for a moment then drive off. Got an email a few minutes later saying that the delivery was attempted and no one was home to sign for it. Made several calls to their horrible customer service and they refused to help and were extremely rude. Would not have ever shipped with them if I had the choice. read more

Not this particular site, but FedEx Indianapolis in general: I had a package shipped from TX on Fri 4/26 which was scanned in KY that same day. It arrived in Indianapolis 4/27. A week later on 5/4 it was "in transit to local post office". A WEEK!!!! I suggest using UPS, USPS, or DHL. read more

I am very upset with how my package was handled and I that I am not given a refund for my package being delayed. I should have found out Tuesday night that my package was delayed in customs. I even called Fed Ex Wednesday afternoon and they said everything was fine and it would be delivered the next day. Thursday I find out there is a customs delay. I had to edit the shipment and forgot to recheck the description before I processed the shipment. I don't admit that I did something wrong. My issue is that the shipment was delayed from the beginning. I should have been notified Tuesday night that this shipment had a problem and corrected it that day so it could have still been delivered on time Wednesday morning. I was never notified till Thursday morning and so my shipment that was supposed to be delivered international priority was delivered 5 days later. I cannot believe that FedEx will not take some liability on this late shipment. I am leaning more towards using UPS, at least they contact me efficiently about problem packages, which rarely happens. I have yet to have Fed Ex to contact me efficiently. I hope a higher authority will read this email and see to it that we get a refund. I can understand if the package was delayed JUST because of customs, but that was not solely the issue here. I hope a smart decision is made here.
