I love this FedEx location! There are other locations closer to me but I go out of my way to come here! Stellar customer service. This location gets quite busy but the staff is always attentive and works efficiently to take care of everyone. I ship with FedEx often due to my employee discount, and the staff here never gives me trouble - I've had terrible experiences at other locations where they basically will do anything to avoid dealing with me. Sometimes I will bring an item without packing because I am unsure of the shipping rates, and I've never had a problem getting assistance with that here. I wish I could say the same of other locations, but until then, I will keep giving this location my business. The store is always clean and organized, and it's always a pleasant experience. I went into the store today to go make some copies, and initially I could not get in the store because the door would not work. The sensor wasn't working and I had to wait for someone to come out to go in, but that really isn't the issue. Just trying to be helpful and mention it to the staff, I told one of the employees that the door may be broken. He was nice and went and told the guy with the New York accent. I don't know if that's the manager or what he is. As I was making copies, I overheard him say "yeah, well, I don't know what to tell you. It's been working all day" in a very cocky and condescending way.... loud enough to where the whole store could hear it. I politely went up to the desk to let them know that I could hear him, and instead of acknowledging his behavior, he goes over and looks at the door. I explained to him that it wasn't really the door, it was the fact that I don't appreciate his comment. He then very insincerely apologized and mumbled something under his breath that sounded kind of like "fuck off" as he walked back in the establishment. Never once raised my voice or Karened out, and that was the response I got. I don't know how Fedex puts up with his behavior, but I sincerely hope that upper management sees this review. read more

Richard was FANTASTIC!!! I went to the FedEx Office location on Spring Creek Pkwy and Coit and had a horrible experience! The person who helped me was trying to charge me $325 total but did not ask me any questions as far as what service I'd like and when I'd like to get the package to St. Louis, MO...AND...asked me how much the package weighed vs weighing the package on the scale right there on the counter!!! Richard went out of his way to provide me all options available from A-Z! When it was all said and done, my total was only $91! From now on, I will return to this location for any and all FedEx shipments I have. Richard ROCKED!!! read more

Stopped in yesterday with my kiddos to get a resume printed. What I experienced at this location is just another example of a toxic workplace. There was a cutting tone of disrespect in each interaction I had with the three employees working that afternoon. Additionally, I heard who I might assume to be the manager loudly correcting their subordinate who is obviously several decades older in a disrespectful manner. Isn't there a basics of leadership/common sense team-building/basic dignities law of the universe being broken here? It was uncomfortable for me to witness and simply unprofessional. Do I need to mention the customer service I experienced was bare minimum and just dripped with disdain? Remember, all I needed was to print a resume. Simple and easy. My husband has used this location for much more complicated orders. And they seem to get it wrong at least twice before he can walk away happy. He's actually no longer taking on projects that involve complicated printing. Not the case when a certain other manager was in charge. (She was awesome.) The last 2 years or so have gone downhill. Really, treating people with respect is the true money-maker. And in a company it starts from the very top of the food chain. I may look young and casual but I put a lot of effort into treating people with consideration and dignity. I've been my own boss for several decades in an industry where you never know when the person you're working with could be a genius with several Nobel prizes in feeding the hungry and saving a few endangered species. Anyway, I'm a mid-40's mama-bear with an expectation of at least a bare minimum of politeness and do not tolerate toxic attitudes. I'm reviewing the self service print and go. The staff here are friendly and helpful. It seems every time we heard someone come in a staff would holler "hey there we will be right with you." Acknowledgement is always a plus. We came here to print menu cards and place card settings for our wedding and we struggled to get thick paper to go through and a staff helped us so much. She showed us all these tricks we could try while doing it for us and finally had worked. We went over to the cutting board area and again there were staff readily available to help and guide us. Come here for your printing and shipping needs if you're looking for good friehelp. Update: I'm reviewing the full service printing. Ask for Yanira she was so super helpful and patience and nice! We came to have a poster size print job done plus a bunch of thank you cards and we struggled with the sizing but she made it happen! read more

This is the second time I've been to this location, and the second time I've left irritated. There is no greeting upon entrance to the store. For the amount that FedEx charges, you'd think the people could be more helpful. Why do I have to ask all the questions? Shouldn't they be the ones asking the questions because THEY are HELPING ME? Why do I have to blindly navigate my way through figuring out which form to fill out, how long it's going to take, and how much it will cost? I wonder if all Fedex locations are this atrociously subpar. Could it be that I am just lucky enough to have the very worst one conveniently located near me? Came here on a Saturday afternoon to mail a package to Oregon. I didn't have a box, so I selected an 8x8 box they had on the shelf, and the employee behind the counter was very helpful, taping the box together, filling it with packing paper and assisting me in placing my items inside. Then he sealed the box up and asked me where it was going. I told him I was sending it to Oregon, and he advised me that the cheapest option would be Ground, which would be picked up Monday and arrive on Thursday. I agreed, and I filled out the address slip. Cheapest turned out to mean a little over $16, plus $4.99 for the box, so I left a little more than $20 poorer, which really isn't that bad I suppose, although I wish it was getting there faster for that price. Also, I only discovered later that they have a $5 off coupon for Ground shipping--would have been great if the guy had mentioned that. I realize that's not his job, though, so I put it here for you future Ground-shippers: check for coupons before you ship! Overall, a good experience. They can't notarize, so they send you to their competitor, UPS. What a joke. I could have just gone there in the first place, had I known... I told them I needed a doc notarized, then shipped... They created the shipping label then tried to take the envelope. Once they realized the mistake, the had to take the envelope back, cancel the label and give it back to me so that I could get it notarized... Probably a small misunderstanding, but OMG, just notarize stuff there... I mean UPS does it- and I have always been a loyal FedEx fan. read more

They literally tried fitting his box of shoes in every box possible if possible. They were all super nice! RIPOFF! Went in to do some laminating and was thinking $2 a page for self service sounded high. I called Staples and they are $1.50 a page. Figured I would ask FedEx to price match to save some time. ALEX N. (who claimed to be a manager) informed me that they had no interest in price matching to keep my business. His exact words were "go to Staples my friend". I needed to ship some important paperwork, and found that FedEx doesn't do PO Boxes....so...they didn't assist.

I had a horrible experience at this location. I dropped off a digital file yesterday - the "Save the Date cards" for my wedding. The employee we worked with was helpful and friendly. He looked through the file and all seemed well. He printed me a sample card which was fantastic and we signed to pick up 75 copies today. When I picked up my cards today, there was a minor error. The printer had made an odd line, dissecting the card into two distinct halves, with differing colors on each side. I politely pointed out the flaw and the employee behind the counter agreed to reprint it. That's when the "assistant manager" Alex got involved. He bluntly stated they don't "color match" and how the cards turn out is just luck of the draw. He said the outcome depends on the time of day the card is printed and seemed uninterested in rectifying the situation. I showed him the sample that had been printed just the day before, perfectly, but he had an excuse for everything. He even added that I had chosen "two of the most difficult colors to print- purple and black." I ended up asking for a full refund with tears of frustration in my eyes. I received no apology, and no sympathy. Worst customer service I've received in a long time. I noticed someone else mentioned "Alex" in their complaint. Perhaps someone should be taking note of his lack of professionalism and re-evaluating his employment. read more

USB and mobile device on copiers don't handle files very well and crash even with small graphic files. Don't rely.

This is the absolute WORST FedEx/Kinko's imaginable. The manager is beyond rude. I typically schedule pick-ups on-line, but every once in a while I end up dropping off a package or two. Every time I have dropped of a package and been "helped" by the manager, he always has some rude comment to make, usually along the lines of, "You can buy the shipping labels here." Umm...no. The first time I ever shipped anything (a lamp) the quote for the cheapest shipping from them was over a hundred dollars, I printed a shipping label on-line for less than $40. My final straw was when this location called and left a message on my phone saying they could not ship a package because it was "liquid". I went in 5 days later to pick it up and they said I waited too long to pick it up, and they threw it away. Yeah right. I have also had issues with Kinko's orders. On two occassions, I have purchased and paid for flyers on-line. On both instances, it says on-line they will call you when they are done, but on neither occassion did I receive any communication. When I went to pick them up, I was informed I had a balance due. Luckily I had the payment receipt on my phone. This location is horrible, and not a good reflection on FedEx. Go to a different location or you WILL be ripped off. read more

Just had a terrible experience here. One of my three files was too large to attach to an email. After asking several times how I was supposed to get the file over he then explains they can't click on links. Another employee proceeds to show me a $30 jump drive that I can use to put my files on. They should have this available for their customers. Not for purchase. They should also train their employees better on how to handle these situations. We ended up walking out as no one was paying attention to us or helping us print our files. Will never come back. Awful. read more
