I stopped here the day before my Dad's funeral to print extra copies of His obituary. The representative subliminally noticed this and placed upgraded paper in the copier, had me electronically transfer the obituary so it would be printed with higher quality. I noticed this without saying a word except "Thank you". The print outs were very nice - I never would have thought to ask for different paper as my mind was in another place. The representative did it all so discreetly - I just understood the compassion in his eyes. So much appreciated and caring. Thank you for all you did. I do appreciate the kindness and compassion. I am an equine veterinarian who routinely (at least once a week) ships clinical samples through various FedEx locations to be overnighted to labs. When I tried to ship a sample today I was very rudely treated by the manager who refused to ship my sample (which is very time sensitive). I went to another FedEx location (Westside Postal Express) where it was confirmed that my samples were property packaged and I was able to ship them right away. Will not be going back to this location, still in awe of how rudely I was treated! read more

A manage-like mister helped me to pack my item and explain everything about shipping it. Although the item contains battery this it can't be shipped in the center, that mister told me the pick-up procedure and gave me the number of the pick-up service. The price of the protective bubble was not cheap but considering the quality of it it's quite reasonable. To sum up, very satisfied experience! read more

But the man who told me that was very nice about it. FedEx is in a nice little shopping center with ample parking. It has good signage and was easy to find. The store was bright and clean and pleasant to look at. They have all sorts of services there. Pretty much everything you could need for personal and business work and shipping. If you need to ask a question or get help printing some forms and letterhead papers, stay away from this store. They are rude, and they absolutely will not help you. I left that place after getting nowhere, I immediately drove to Renaissance Printers, and they took care of my needs in a flash. I am not stepping foot in that Newberry office ever again. We needed to print our tickets to the Gator game. After swiping the credit card, it took 2 minutes and 43 to even get to the internet, at $0.30 cents a minute. Each time I had to click it delayed even more. I went to tell the clerk, his response was that they are unable to control the speed of the internet. Well when you are paying $0.30/minute for internet use, the speed should be somewhat quicker than dial up. read more

The Print and Go service is downright awful. I've tried using it twice now. The first time it wouldn't print my Word documents so the manager said to send my docs to the store email. I did even though it was NOT convenient for me to go back home, attach the doc to an email and send. Hours later I went back to the store and they claimed they never received the email. So I showed them my confirmation code and after some digging they found it. I was then reprimanded for sending it to their email since that "isn't their preferred method of printing." Ummmm your manager told me to do it- don't offer the service if it's not something you want the customer to do. The icing on the cake? They told me to use their new Print and Go service which is "fast, easy, and convenient!!" You can only imagine my reaction to that scripted spiel. Today I decided to give it another shot. What a mistake. I entered my retrieval code which generated the preview of my document and hit print. It then printed an error code after charging me. I took it to the front and the dimwit asked me a bunch of questions that did not pertain to solving the problem. She asked me to do it again and I said I didn't want to be charged again which she didn't seem to understand. We tried once more and it printed the same error code. Manager came over and gave me the same rigamarole as before about sending it to their email. Ummm no I am not sending this to your email again so I can get it 6 hours later when I need it now. Oh and the manager is very confrontational and not helpful. I will not be returning. read more

I was Mislead and poorly communicated on my visit. I printed 9 pages (cost was $5 and change) but only one printed, so I notified staff. Her first statement off the bat was, did you print out a receipt? I knew where she was headed with that statement, but the last thing you go looking for on the computer when you're being charged by the minute is a "print receipt option." I naturally just logged off, and she told me she cannot do anything about it unless I had a receipt. So I decided to check the printer out, and sure enough it was out of paper. And wah-la. Out came my prints. She was quick to give me the worst outcome before actually trying to help her customer out. And even if there was a Printing issue, I would've lost $5? Then another gentleman told me that ground shipping would be the cheaper option for me, so I trusted him instead of going with the flat rate express option of $7.75. After I put my envelope together (envelope costs $1.69) and was rung up, the lady tells me it will be $8.24. I get it's not much of a difference, but with flat rate you're guaranteed "express" delivery. With ground, it "should arrive within 1-2 business days." At least they disappoint you with a smile on their face. They do have all the services you're looking for, just watch out for all the subtle catches. read more

I generally have a bad taste in my mouth re: FedEx after a bad shipping experience a few years ago, but I have to say that this location is a 180° turnaround. Hey corporate - these guys are awesome. Beware! If you ship something, make sure it is boxed and taped in front of your. My daughter shipped her golf bag with clubs and they rummaged through her bag and took all the spare coins and bills out of one of her side pockets. It was not boxed and taped before she left. Sad we spent $140 to ship and had this done. I will never use this location again! Can't be trusted!!! FedEx should not have their name associated with these types of crooks! read more

I ordered some desperately needed work boots. I ordered them from ShoesForCrews, which is a company I highly recommend, I ordered them on May 16, I paid 8.00$ for shipping to receive them in 3 - 5 business days. On the 18th, I got an email that said my package had shipped. There was a button to track the shipment. Clicking it said I would get my boots on the 22nd. Great! On the 21st, I used the button to track my shipment, and it said that there was flooding in m\Michigan, and now I wont get my boots until the 28th. That's really weird, they were shipping my new boots from California to Florida, what does Michigan have to d with it? Well, it says I'll get them the 28th now now. I happen to be off on the 28th, so it's no skin off my nose. Today is the 28th, I've been up since 7 AM. At about 1:20 PM, I did he track my order thing again. It says my boots were delivered at 10:08 AM this morning. They weren't, I've been here the whole time, I called my front office, and they said that FedEx delivers straight to the apartment, so my boots weren't dropped off at the front. I have been on hold with customer service for more than 2 hours. twice after about 40 minutes in to waiting, the call is dropped. If I just put the tracking number in to the automated service, it says my package was delivered at 10:08 am. Don't use this shipping service unless you absolutely have to. Even then, be careful. read more

I was surprised and impressed, that Shane remembered me as a customer...and that he did a wonderful job, helping me get my original, hand made collage, into a printable format, makes copies, and then also, converts it into a pdf for me...happily and with skill and care. Tried to use the self-service station, and after losing 7 dollars only to discover that my scans had all been automatically inappropriately cropped, I asked for help, upon which the employee told me "that's because you're doing it wrong." I said I was following the instructions, he said I wasn't, I said yes I was, then he said "well you must be following them wrong." He started following the instructions to show me, then reached the point where the instructions said to do something which didn't match up with the screen. He said "oh that's the problem - you needed to pay for the deluxe package to enable scanning." The package descriptions did not say that scanning was disabled in the basic package. Don't use their Fedex app if you're in a hurry... took over an hour to get a call back to find out they didn't have the labels needed to print my order. When I went in to the store to pick up the order, one employee was helping a customer while another was talking to a friend. That one decided to clock out and carry on his conversation in the parking lot while I waited 10 minutes for the other employee to finish up with the customer. I was given the print job for free, but was late to my appointment and had to tape the paper copy onto the product. FedEx Office App now deleted on my phone. read more

I will only go here if I have to. There was a woman seriously didn't want to help us at all. She wasn't happy all the time, before she found many reasons to leave me alone with the computer. Finally when I load the document, she found a logo that I need permit to print. Well, this is ok to me, but the way she talked to other staff about us, trying to get somebody to say no to us, was really annoying.
