Do not use this UPS store for your Livescan fingerprints. I waited for over twenty minutes in line to then have the agent rush through my Fieldprint/Livescan experience. I'm in my third trimester of pregnancy so waiting in a 20 minute line was not easy. I was getting fingerprints done for the Florida Dept of Health licensing. He rushed through the WHOLE thing - I'm talking two minutes. I didn't even have a chance to see my photo taken - so who knows what that looks like. Furthermore, he completely rushed through my fingerprints- I could see visible little tiny dirt marks and asked if I could repeat - and he would say no not needed. Literally- he acted as if he couldn't careless. If I have any fingerprints rejected I will be returning and having a word with the owner... it's not right to treat customers like they don't matter. Apparently all those people returning their Amazon packages must make this business more $$$. Each person was treated with respect and patience but not if you need your fingerprints done! I would avoid this store for fingerprints- so rude and didn't care about taking a single min to have a happy customer. read more

I stopped by yesterday during an influx of customers with last-minute Amazon returns and was helped by Magan. I was having issues getting my return QR codes to pull up and was stressing over holding up the line. I offered to come back since it was taking more time than necessary, but Magan was SO patient, sweet, and helpful--she calmly said "no, you're here now, we can do this" which lowered my stress level tremendously! She helped me with the app and making sure that the return of my 10 items was correct. She truly is a gem, and is spectacular customer service person. We are ALL fortunate to have her in this store. 10/10. Highly recommend!! read more

I stopped in to get a few copies made because I heard they had a deal going on. Since the files were on my flash drive, I needed to use their computer to access the files. It took about 45 seconds to do this. I get to the counter and the girl.tells me that I'm being charged $2 for using the computer. What??? That's a real RIP-off. It's bad enough that the cost for copies is high enough, but you want to charge a computer use fee as well? I thought car dealers were bad. This is right up there with them. So no thanks. I'll take my business somewhere else with a more fairer pricing. read more

This store is always quick, cheerful and helpful. I have been going for 3 years or so, and though there are regular faces, I often see new faces too. But despite who's been there to assist me, each time I stop by, that's the service I get regardless, from everyone---including throughout covid's ups and downs. I've shipped out plenty of items with no issue. The one time I get asked if I wanted the shipping recipe from John and I said no my package gets lost and with no trace of it even arriving at the store. More than sure He stole the package and when I went to confront him on the issue he got nervous and walked to the back of the store. I filed a Claim and got reimburse for my package but just watch out and make sure you get your recipe. Lesson was learned that day. read more

I purchased some clothes from the UK and didn't realize I had to pay a lot of $$$ to return them. The staff and manager at UPS gave me some great ideas, including NOT returning the items and selling them online. They gave up a sale to provide me with the best option for myself. I frequently take my boxes to be shipped at this UPS store because it is near my home. But, I have not been please with the customer service the last two visits. Today as I was bringing in 8 heavy boxes already labeled to be shipped, I was informing the employee about what happened the last time I was there . I had 2boxes that were returned to locations that were on an OLD label that I had blacked out with a marker. Someone did not scan the New label... I received No apology nothing. All he said was , just start unloading them and we will check the labels then. I told him that the last time the employee assumed that I want the boxes shipped that day but I never said that. The truck was there to pick up the boxes and the employee said " we gotta hurry the driver is about to leave " I feel as though that is where the error occurred either with the employee or the driver. So, today the guy had no comment other than saying have a good evening. I'm sure that I will make an effort to go to a different location next time. I ship 6-15 boxes several time a month .
