I had wonderful service at this location. I had an Amazon return that was scheduled to be returned from another location and the female employee pleasantly said that she could take care of it. Thank goodness for that too, since after witnessing the navigation she had to do on my phone to make the changes, I would never have been able to do it by myself. Remember, there will always be a bad incident that happen, and people who have those experiences will almost always be the ones to write the reviews. This is the BEST UPS Stores I have EVER been top. The employees are always VERY polite and helpful. I have been here a few times, but today I had a document notarized. Many people don't realize that UPS Notarizes, and they only charge $10.00. They will also print out the document you need notarized and email to destination. I went to UPS on Friday, December 1st, in order to mail a large packet that I was sending to my insurance company. On Monday, December 4th, I receive my packet back because the UPS Store didn't put the postage on it. This morning, December 5th, I walked into the UPS Store and the employee was sitting in the middle of dozens of packages, strewn around him. I gave him my package and showed the paid receipt. He said "it wasn't supposed to be mailed". I didn't understand until he got a box from under the counter with about 15-20 pieces of large envelopes, like mine, that had no postage. I waited until he put the postage on my packet before I left. Anyone reading this should think twice before using this UPS Store, I won't use it again. read more

Listen to the negative reviews. I was in the area and needed to mail two things from a selling app. So I'm fairly familiar with UPS locations and happy when the locations are friendly and efficient. I walked in and no greeting but hey I'm not a stickler for those things. I think the owner? came up to me and I said I had to mail two packages and have them print two emailed labels. She asked if I sent it already, I said no, I needed to know what the email was and then said oh well that's my fault it's right here on the desk (my oversight) so she just left and then had a younger girl help me since I guess she couldn't wait for me. The younger girl said only one label appeared and I know how sometimes it takes a while to appear so I tried to keep my calm (I had literally just sent them) and said "maybe we should wait a few minutes?" Geez. So we wait and I had to resend it and while she's turning the monitor to show me ask if it's the correct label (at first she tried to say there was no label -- when I've had other UPS locations never have an issue opening an email), the owner starts cleaning around the SAME computer area literally as the girl is using it. Why she couldn't clean after or anywhere else I don't know but her cleaning and moving made the monitor go to another screen JUST AS THE GIRL TURNS TO SHOW ME IT, so I'm looking at the monitor like that's not the label (thinking in my head). The owner doesn't apologize or anything like "oh my bad or excuse me" so it's like I'm just invisible. I usually enjoy my UPS interactions and think I'll stick with my normal locations instead. Customer service is a fail here especially how often you deal with the public face to face. A simple friendly greeting also goes a long way. I definitely will NOT be back. read more

Every time I come here the employees look extremely inconvenienced to have to help me. After months of trying to be understanding because I work in customer service myself and know the tolls it takes I'm just over feeling like I've bothered them just for breathing in their store especially since I always come in with my stuff packaged and ready to go so all they have to do is put it in the postal basket. DO NOT DO NOT EVER..EVER Use this place, they take your money and the packages just sit at their place and never even get scanned when they are picked up so a tracking does absolutely no good whatsoever, then when you call them to inquire about your packages that have been there for 48 hours all they do is give you a phone number 602 233-4187, you call it and it just goes to a busy signal. Then you call the store back and they put you on hold and never return. And don't bother calling the corporate office on them, they will tell you that YOU need to perform an investigation, they said they are not allowed to call the stores. The whole operation is an abortion that is run by incapable, untrained and uneducated employees that have no business handling your packages or taking your money. the clerk stinks of marijuana, he opened the store 15 min late, and they claim they can't locate the package my mother mailed while in town visiting. My mom has all her paperwork but UPS Corporate stated there is nothing more they can do after a confidential conversation with the store. The store denied any accountability and claims packages not scanned when moved from store onto a UPS pickup vehicle. Seems pretty convenient for UPS so they can deny accountability from both directions . My mother has even filed a police report for the lost package. DO NOT GO HERE! This place is ran by a lady and her son and they definitely steal your things! Readying all the reviews I realized I'm not the only one that experienced this. I dropped off a package to mail out and asked the man to tape the box up in front of me. He ignored me and said he will take care of it. I trusted him and let him handle the box to realize 2 weeks later my package was never delivered! I called multiple times with no luck. All they did was say to contact the corporate office who is no help at all! I went to return a package, through Amazon. I gave Tonya the Amazon code, she said to me do you have the box. I said per Amazon I don't need a box. Im supposed to show you the code, you're supposed to box it and put the postage and seal it for me. She says to me, I don't know why they tell people that! This place is wonderful : the people are very nice and very helpful, they have a notary and all the office equipment you could need. We went there to print out and notarize some out - of-state closing documents, email and overnight the originals back. It seemed daunting, but it was quick and easy. They are very convenient to our Sun City seasonal home. We will definitely be back when we have business to do! read more

Amazon contacted me about a return they never received. They have a copy of the scan receipt so I was not responsible thankfully, but the fact that they never received the item is unsettling. Now after reading the other reviews here, I wonder if this UPS store .... hmmm.. I should not assume, however I have returned amazon items numerous times using a different UPS prior to moving to this area, never an issue. Now I move here and use this place and the package never reaches Amazon... weird. Regarding their customer service.. it's below average. The man behind the counter gave no greeting, no eye contact. This UPS store is by far the best one I have ever visited. I have been going there for years and the owners can still stand me! They are very detail oriented, meticulous, outgoing, bubbly but most of all efficient. I do not go to the post office anymore, they are more than able to handle all of my shipping needs. I have yet to have anything short of an awesome experience there. The people there really know their clientele thus it is like walking into a friendly place. I probably shouldn't post this as it may make the lines longer but everyone in Peoria and Phoenix should know where to get the best service. They are open on Sunday's too!! read more

On Jan. 4th 2022 I used this UPS Store location about an hour before closing time (6:30pm.) I shipped some very expensive/ important things. I wanted my items to arrive in Seattle the next morning and was willing to pay the cost of expedited shipping (Next Day Air). The young lady that was working that evening pointed out that due to the time of night it was, my things would not arrive until the following morning ( Jan. 6th 2022 @ 8am). I asked for an additional box and upon doing so I was asked what the contents of my boxes where in order to enter an accurate Insurance coverage, not thinking I replied honestly. Collectable Trading Cards and sentimental Jewelry. On the 6th of Jan. I arrived at the delivery location to pickup my boxes and the fact that they had been tampered with was so obvious that the Employees at this Burien, WA location pointed out that the boxes had been cut open and taped closed again. A employee at the drop off location had stolen the contents of both my boxes, and then decided to send me empty boxes. I used A unusual kind of tape when sealing my boxes so it was very obviously noticeable that my boxes had been tampered with upon delivery on the 6th of Jan. The manager and other employees are witness to receiving both boxes. I contacted the manager where the items where stolen who asked that i send pictures which i did and i have gotten no response. ill never use UPS agian. read more

I came in today to do fingerprint scans for a fingerprint card. I was completely unprepared and for some reason thought the UPS store takes the payment when in fact you need a money order to send with your fingerprint card application. Tanya was extremely helpful and explained what I needed. I may have been annoyed with myself coming in so clueless but she was so kind and patient with me.
