I stopped in to make a simple and free return to TikTok shop. I wasn't greeted or acknowledged not that I personally care but what else am I doing there but needing help from someone. The woman at the counter finally asked me "what do you need" and I explained to her that I needed to return the item. She then told me that they ran out of the boxes for TikTok so I would need to pay $7.99 or I could come back with my own box so I obviously left. Don't waste your time coming here because they're gonna try and trick you into spending eight dollars for a free return. read more

Love this location! The friendliest service, we were fortunate to have Tim a long time Fedex employee to help me pack and ship my equipment for a job that I was leaving. He was so personable and my husband and I really enjoyed speaking with him about traveling. When we left he wished me well on my new job that I start on Monday. Yikes... it really comes off like the people who work here really hate this job. I'm in there 3 times a week dropping off packages, sometimes multiple times a day and I would say 80% of the time no one even acknowledges me. How bout a "Hello" or "have a good day"? Another time I was in there the tall older combover Bob Odenkirk looking guy and another associate where making fun of customers- wow... that should be a terminable offense. As far as getting any help with my packages as I almost trip my way through the door each time... no chance. Not even an offer or even look of kindness my way. District GM Lee needs a massive re-haul of employees here or at least retrain the fee the that are able to treat customers like humans. Be careful with this location. Out of nowhere they decided to get my $500 package out of the truck (Apple next day delivery) with no reason. I called FedEx corporate and they said it was done from the store, I called the store and they said I called to hold it for pick up (I didn't) then later the manager said Apple called to hold it for pick up. I called Apple and they had no idea. I called back and asked it to get returned to Apple (3 days later and it hasn't been returned). It seems that these guys want to steal you packages. So I'd rather go to another location. The review is exclusively to this location as FedEx has excellent service. I will be following a formal complaint with the BBB because that package had to be delivered to me on a timely manner (that is why I paid overnight) for work/business purposes and I lost a ton of money because of them. I've recently placed two orders online and they have been ready hours before the appointed time. Last week I picked up an order and also wanted return address labels printed. I didn't find that option online, so took my own blank labels in to see if they could help me with them. Joaquin was super helpful and patient with me, and when his shift ended he turned me over to Veronica. I am tech-challenged when it comes to printing anything I can't just send from my laptop to my printer (which doesn't work half the time), and both of these associates were very patient and helpful. I went to drop off a work laptop at this location. My company created RMA number and sent an email asking me to take it to the nearest Fedex and they will take care of everything. I waited for my turn while the associate (Mike, Team Member since 2004) was doing something on his system. All he could've said is, "Would you please just give me 2 mins". That would at least acknowledge that I was there. He just lifted his eyes to look at me and went back to his work. After about 3 mins or so, he said "How can I help you" I told him that I need to return the laptop and I have RMA number. With a condescending tone, he said "You need to provide me other information. RMA number alone won't work". I told him that's all the info I had. He struggled about 2 mins to figure out (Seriously, this dude is working there from 2004). He then messes up and asks help of his younger colleague - Kathy. She was able to help him. It took about 10 mins. Once he completed the process, he just left the station without telling me if anything is needed or if everything is done. read more

I can't tell you how many times FedEx has saved my life with printing and scanning. It usually does when I'm not in school and forget that occasionally I need to print! I've been to this FedEx a couple times now and just like my one at home, they've always been really helpful and fast. I'm sure there are times when they're really busy but they still do their best. You have to pay to use computers and of course you have to pay to print, but if you're in a bind and can do it quick, this is a good place to go! read more

The staff is friendly and knowledgable and the sales on stationary are always welcome. Lots of specialty papers to purchase by the sheet or in packs of 25 or 50, with matching envelopes. Oh so easy to give just the right touch to my correspondance. Even when they are swamped with business the staff is always ready to lend a hand or help with a jammed machine. When my puter is down I rent one of theirs for just $10 and hour with printing priveleges. read more

Internet access is only like 20 cents a minute and to print one page is like 35 cents. Have to make copies? 10 cents a copy and the machines are quick! Need to FedEx something? You have until 515PM. This is my go to place when I need a multitude of copies, especially color. There's a bit of a learning curve (at least there was for me) in trying to figure out how to print from files stored online. Once you figure it out though, it can really come in handy for invites, fliers, etc. The staff has always been helpful if I had any questions. Very handy! read more

I've been here twice, and I've yet to be disappointed. I've been to my fair share of Kinko's (now called FedEx Office, I guess?) and usually the service is... average. Not bad, per se, but just kind of lacking. NOT the case here! Each time I've been here, I've received absolutely stellar service. Seriously, if all companies could bottle the work ethic found at this FedEx, we would NEVER have customer service problems ever again. The first time I came, I came in just before they closed with an emergency copy job for an important interview the next day. They saved my butt! Not only did they do it for me, they did it with a smile and chatted with me the whole time. Very friendly and professional. Today I went in, planning on just making a couple (non-emergency) copies by myself... right when I walked in, a friendly face greeted me and, while I told her I didn't mind making the copies myself, she told me she'd be happy to do it, and in a fraction of the time it would have taken me. I wasn't able to send my mail, unfortunately (note: FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes) BUT the service was wonderful and the lady who worked with me was very pleasant. I really could not ask for quicker or more pleasant service... for all you ASU West people, definitely take advantage of this FedEx/Kinko's! They're probably a lot faster and, price-wise, comparable to the library ;) read more

FedEx, as a company should be proud of this location! The staff is absolutely phenomenal. They consistently go out of their way to ensure the costumers' shipping needs are well taken care of. Today, Brittany and Glenn helped me ship a precarious amount of items. They quickly assessed the situation, offered to repack *everything* for me, and didn't even make me feel like it was any trouble for them, at all. Young tall man said he is new manager and imposed that he charged me for the copies I don't need . He said he is implementing new policies to change the behavior of people like me . When I came here instead of going to USPS to send a care package to a friend it was because I thought my package would be in good hands. I also was told that my package has insurance of up to $100.00 despite having a signature required. Once it was figured out that the package was lost after having been delivered incorrectly I went ahead and submitted a claim. The claim was simply to replace the $60.00 worth of items sent some of those items including things purchased at this very fedex store. One week went by and I patiently waited. I went ahead and called and was told I would get a call. Another week went by and no call. I called again and waited another week. Nothing. Finally I decided I would try again only to be told that the claim was denied and it was because I needed a signature required. I was specifically told that my package would still be covered. Yet again, I spoke to someone else who couldn't help me and told me I needed to call at a different time. In the claim I was able to provide receipts of items purchased that were sent in the package. And although my claim was denied there was ZERO follow up from FEDEX. In fact there was no follow up in the entire process even when I called the store for help. I will not return to this store or any fedex in the future. read more

I needed a sign printed for my brother's wedding rehearsal dinner and I also needed to travel to California with it. When I called ahead to ask some questions, the girl on the phone was so patient and knowledgeable (wish I could remember her name). And when I came in to place my order, Tim was so helpful in guiding me through the entire process and made it so easy. He knew what material to use for a smooth finish and the right weight so that it wouldn't get bent/dented/damaged on the way there. He also recommended a much better size than my original 48"x90" template. Thank goodness he showed me the sizing for reference before going forward because the 24"x36" ended up being just perfect. He was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to help. The print turned out beautiful and the sign was very sturdy, yet still lightweight. They also got it done very quickly. I only had a 4 day window to have the sign made before our trip and they had it done in less than 48 hours. The price was reasonable as well. Oh, and when I came in to pick up the sign, Tim greeted me with a warm smile and remembered all the details of our conversation 2 days prior. That's what I call excellent customer service! I came into this store with a pre-paid shipping label from a company that I was returning an item to. I had the item in a box with bubble wrap and all I needed was helping taping up the box and attaching the shipping label. The lady who was helping me told me she is not able to ship this item out unless I purchase one of their Fed Ex boxes, which was $22.00. I refused to buy a box as I had never heard this before. I went into my car and called Fed Ex directly, the customer service rep told me that what she said is not correct, I'm allowed to use my own box. They said to go back in and speak to a manager. I went back in and asked for a manager, only to find out that the original lady who helped me WAS the manager. I told her what Fed Ex told me, and she said she is not touching that box or shipping anything out without it being in a Fed Ex box. I left and went to a different Fed Ex store. They were happy to take my box, taped it up, attached the label, and I was out of that store in less than 5 minutes, no questions asked. I will definitely be avoiding this store. read more

I was pressed for time and after calling multiple other places that wanted several hours, which I did not have, to get a presentation printed and bound together, I called this location and spoke with Glenn on the phone. He assured me that he could print and bind my presentation within a half hour, which he did in less than 10 minuets! He and his coworker worked together, got my order done faster than I even thought possible, all while having wonderful attitudes.
