Outstanding customer service. We came to try to get a print of a very specific size from a very strangely-sized image to fit in a frame, and we were at a loss ourselves of how to do it. We came at a crowded time (around 2 pm on a Thursday afternoon -- who knew?) and had exceptional customer service from all employees we encountered and honestly, not everyone was kind to them. But they handled everyone and everything quickly, correctly, and courteously. We got our picture sized and printed perfectly and I am very pleased with how it came out. They also have copying services and all kinds of printing services. There is a self-serve area but people are there to help if you need it. You can also create anything you want online and either pick it up or I think also have it mailed to you. And of course, shipping and packing. I like the people here, I really do. They're slow, but courteous and generally offer good service. Today, however, I needed to return my AT&T internet & cable equipment via FedEx. Footprints on floor, 6 feet apart, check. Signs on doors & walls saying you must wear a mask, check. After dutifully waiting in line for about 20 minutes, I noticed that there were 3 employees NOT wearing masks. I scanned the rest of the store & counted 5 or 6 customers ALSO with no mask. Wow. I wish I could give negative stars. I called and their recording said the cut off for last drop off was 7:10 pm. I get there at 6:10 and wait 10 minutes for the slow and ineffective employees to tell me they moved it up to 6 :15 pm because of the weather. We got ONE INCH of snow. I'm back at the USPS to overnight it for half what Fed Ex wanted. I'm done with Fed Ex. Never again. USPS or UPS all the way. read more

I use this store a few times a year. 8 months ago I had them do stationary and envelopes. I brought in one of each and said I need more. I brought in the original flash drive. Wait for a half hour for a sample. not right. go home, reformat. Go back. wait at full service counter, store was very busy, passed multiple times with no one saying "thanks for your patience, we will be with you in a few minutes." Absolutely invisible for 5-7 minutes. Still couldn't get the envelopes right. Let's just do stationary. Paid more for the stationary than for both stationary and envelopes previously. They didn't charge for the envelopes previously? Maybe. A huge plus for this store is that it is centrally located for most of the east side. I ve been using this place for a while just to print paperwork, some of the employees are nice and helpful but one day I needed to do some changes from a PDF to Word file documents and their computer woudnt allow it, $20 in time later I called the manager named Chuck to help me and he said some computers dont do it, then I mentioned Ive done in other locations many times, he said all the computers are different and asked me to send my documents to his computer ( ???!!!!). Since I was already late for a meeting I asked him to wave some of the time charged on the computer station.He insisted that regardless of having their computers work to perform the request or not he coudnt revert the charges. I was pretty disappointed, I wasnt asking him to revert all the charges, just some of the $20 charged. I left the place being charged and didnt do what I went there to do which had to go on a different location. Bad small business mentality, this manager will sink this place. read more

I've been going here for all of my shipping, copying, and printing needs for the last 10 years. The manager is/was (don't know if she's still there) super helpful, informative, and hard working. The new "assistant manager" sucks, absolutely sucks. I have literally shipped thousands of dollars worth of shipments through this location, and I'm somewhat known here... But not to the new guy... I brought in a huge box for shipping, it weighed 98 lbs. I know this because UPS took it no problem and they are now my shipping company without any shopping around. Thankfully there's a UPS store not 1/4 mile down the road from this crappy location that I will no longer return to. So, what happened? I lugged this thing in on a cart, and told him I needed a shipping quote. He came around the counter, looked at it, walked to the other side of it and looked at it again, and said "yea, this looks heavy, we can't ship it." WHAT!?!? are you kidding me? I've shipped dozens of boxes that were heavier at this very location on prior occasions. I've had to help someone carry it for a bit, help "heft" my own boxes and whatnot, but together we always got it done and they were always willing to accommodate me. I've never heard of a weight restriction before, and what's worse... HE DIDN'T EVEN PICK IT UP OR PUT IT ON THE SCALE. For all he knew it was a 35 LB big box... He was just too damn lazy to do his job, and I won't go back as long as he works there. read more

The people are indeed rude and obnoxious they did not acknowledge me and I'm now only person in the room that needs to be service I don't know if it's because I'm a black guy wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans or shoes because I'm black guy well that's funny because they have a black employee when he finally decide to serve me nonchalantly sent me to the other side of the room while they all talk about their Instagram and Snapchat's I do not recommend this place to my worst enemy out of the 5 people in this store only one person truly helped me and that was a young lady with long blond hair while everyone ells just cast me to the side like I don't got money sad yep FedEx got me FedUp read more

I like this place! I email documents to their address, and come in to pick up printouts, which are always crisp and professional looking. When I need volume work done, they're there for me. I also use their fax. Staff is always courteous and helpful. read more

I found the employees to be very helpful and friendly. I had 9 big shopping bags filled with breakables from my aunts estate, China and collectibles even a mink jacket. The ladies did a fantastic packing job not one piece broken or chipped. They wrapped everything in bubble wrap and lined the box with paper all the around the inside of the boxes so nothing would shift. Fast delivery and on time. I want to say thank you for the care you gave my aunts treasures. read more

I mainly come here for the computer usage w/ printers, and picture processing. The prices are good and services are usually pretty fast. Recently, the picture printing stations have been taken out of service, and a new printing machine was installed over by the computer area. read more

Worst experience I have every had shipping an item. Talked to 12 people within 6 days and everyone had a different answer, even when dealing with the escalation team. Customer service was non existent, lack of knowledge and training was very apparent. FedEx made me feel like I was lying and said they never picked up a 105 pound box from my home, had the nerve to tell me I had to prove they picked it up. It was an all around a terrible experience and unless I absolutely have to I will never use FedEx again. read more
