This particular FedEx is right across the corner from where I live (next to the main HFD station) and they have the option of printing color copies on their copy machines. Once I was able to figure out that I had to provide my email and attachment to the FedEx email address (seriously, you don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure it out, except me ) you get a lovely color copy. In this case, my poster sign for a peaceful rally, which was kind of small but I didn't have a big posterboard. One thing I do have a question about is when you put in your charge card in advance to pay, you're given a price range to pick from. Then, when you're finished your job, you don't get change. Personal office space... Not only do they take care of your shipping items but offer some office space utilities as well which can be convenient when you need just a simple task to be done as back in the day I used to have a desktop connected with a printer when we printed a bunch of items for personal use which now is all done virtual as you just scan and go making it basically obsolete. Once in a while you do need to download a file or application to fill and mail or turn in and in this case I just needed some items to print for convenience and it wasn't a specific file but just some images so I thought to give it a try but failed unfortunately. They do have a workspace which I've used in the past but with Kinko and not FedEx so it was a bit unfamiliar to me and I sat there trying to figure it out for some reason I couldn't and though there was a staff there it just wasn't meant to be as I gave up and try to regroup to figure it out. They do have copy machines and so much more at this location and with designated parking stall right in front is a nice and convenient spot to get your needs done. Thank you! read more

I had a strange dilemma... A package from FedEx was left on my doorstep. The package had my address on it, but not my name. Should I open it? There was a phone number on the address label. I called twice. No response... I decided to take it to FedEx, but the location closest to me was closed for business. I took the package to the FedEx Center on Queen Street, but it doesn't open until noon on Sundays. I had things to do on Sunday afternoon, so, I returned on Monday morning. I read the reviews for this place and looked for the vagrants outside and walked around them. Located next to the 7-Eleven on Queen Street, I could see how unsavory characters might hover around. They tell me to scan a code and it'll send a link. THIRTY MINUTES GO BY NO LINK, then they say oh you should be on our wifi. NOTHING. They know I'm standing here waiting for a code for THIRTY MINUTES, with zero assistance. One of the workers says oh well people get it faster with our wifi, only 1-5 minutes. Instead of TRULY ASSISTING and taking care of the situation they say well maybe your files too big. HOW HARD IS IT TO PRINT SOMETHING AT A DAMN PRINT SHOP?!!!! NEVER EVER EVER COME HERE swear it'll be the last time I've ever in this rundown ghetto store. The options to print are all things that have a monthly subscription, ain't that convenient for FedEx. Instead of having me email them on their workstation to print to assist the customer they just leave you to figure out why you can't print something in a print shop. Horrible. There's a local FedEx employee with a bushy black beard. This is my third visit to this store, and the staff member does not want to help an older person with printing, copying, or any other task. Other people at this location are helpful (never friendly), but this person is not worth his pay. I've seen him help women, young or old, but he makes it a point to ignore requests for help, telling me to read directions or giving me a card with help tips. When I asked for more advice, he told me it's written and for me to read it. I left the store and will not go back. We went down the street to Office Max and received unbelievable service, along with valuable advice from a super-courteous agent. read more

Small additional charge. If you need Japanese sized paper, print at 8 1/2 X 14 and cut on their large paper cutter. read more

It is convenient with parking. If you need a place to make copies, send packages, or grab some office supplies this is ok. There always seems to be more staff than at the university or Kaneohe store but all standing around talking with each other rather than with customers. I come here every so often to ship out machine parts back to the mainland. What I like about this location on South Street is the ample free parking, as well as the easy access to the FedEx store. I favor this store because I find most times there isn't any long lines (unlike other location I go to, near the University/Puck's Alley area). Now if you don't have to ship out items like me, they do have an array of copy machines should you need to print out something, fax machines should you need to fax any documents out to someone, and they also sell some shipping supplies. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic (for now), they only allow a small amount of people into the store at a time. Usually the door is closed/locked, and a clerk will come to the door to see what types of services you will be needing. Need to ship out a box? There's a FedEx store on the corner of South & Queen Street, just next door to a 7- Eleven! The lines are short here, and the service is pretty efficient. read more

The store closes at 7 pm. I was there at 6:50 to scan a paper, but their scanner broke. I couldn't fix it, and no one helped me. I had to use another scanner, so by the time I finished, it was 7:01. The person at the counter was so rude and told me in very mean way that I had to leave right now because the store was closing. I asked for one more minute since the machine was broken, but he kicked me out and raised his voice, he opened the door, and said you had to leave right now. I explained it wasn't my fault the machine broke and I couldn't finish on time. He told me I should have come earlier. It's unfair that instead of helping, he just yelled at me, opened the door and forced me out. I got so scared for one second. He was so aggressive and I couldn't guess what was gonna be his next reaction. I left the store and cried because I was so scared of his reaction. It's really disappointing. read more

The staff here are pretty efficient and helpful when you're in need of printing documents and shipping packages out. Due to covid, they limit the amount of people entering the store so don't be shocked when you walk up to the automated sliding doors and it doesn't open! A staff member willl manually open the door for you. For printing needs, I will usually email it to them right before getting to Fedex by emailing the documents to PRINTANDGO@FEDEX.COM. Once they receive it, you will recieve a 7 digit retrieval code which you enter in the electronic panel next to the printer. You simply swipe a credit card to pay for your prints and you can adjust preferences sich as black and white, color, double sided print, etc. It's super easy and convenient! The reason why I docked them a star because I think it's kind of expensive. It costs $.31 for 1 b&w page, which can add up when you need to print a lot. Also, I wish they opened before 7am because sometimes I gotta get things printed at the start of my day! FYI's: remember to wear your mask. Also, wifi is free and you don't need a password to connect to the "att wifi". read more

I was in high school at the time and didn't really understand it because I thought people could just fax things and not use an expensive overnight carrier like FedEx. Of course now we have the internet so it's even faster. However, I recently learned the value of FedEx when my boss forgot her whole suitcase and needed it sent to her by the next morning. Prices ranged from about $175 to $275 depending on whether she needed it the next day in the afternoon or morning. She opted for delivery by 8 a.m. and it was $274.54 to send a 31 lb suitcase from downtown Honolulu to her hotel in Tempe, Arizona before 8 a.m. the following morning. If it didn't make it by 8 am, she would get a full refund. But I tracked her suitcase, and sure enough it was delivered at 7:13 a.m. the following morning. Unbelievable! Fantastic job FedEx! I was really impressed. Strongly recommended when it absolutely, positively, has to be there overnight! read more

Very nice workers, completely incompetent. they have no idea what their own company does. they told me to call the call center for help and that the call center can open a case (because the previous case opened was filed incorrectly). so i go and call, and call center tells me once a case is closed, it cant be reopened. pretty much i was scammed and all i need is a paper from fedex saying, this zip code is different from that zip code. policies in place to protect scammers. If youre a scammer, i highly recommend using fedex, they recycle all their tracking numbers to buisness address's and fedex will refuse to help your victims. read more

Any time I have an online order that ships from FedEx and I need to return it for an exchange/refund, I always cringe because the closest FedEx to where I live is in Kaneohe and their hours are always opposite of when I work. This usually means that 1) the return never makes it the FedEx office and I eat the difference or 2) the return is way overdue. It just so happened that while perusing Yelp for some lunch options last week that FedEx came up on my search and while that didn't help with my hunger, it sure as heck helped me with my need for a return. I stopped by the very next day with my box in hand and was greeted promptly at the sliding doors by one of the employees who quickly whisked me away to the back to process my return. I didn't catch the employee's name but he was quite personable and made comfortable small talk as he process the return. It couldn't have been more than a minute or two until I was off on my merry way with a tracking receipt. Overall, I would definitely recommend this location if you're in the area. "Be afraid, be very afraid"... After an hour on the phone trying to work out a residency issue with an out-of-state bank and state tax employee our nerves were almost frayed. Luckily, the out-of-state tax employee told us that he could resolve the problem if we could just fax our last State Tax form to him. Uh, are we behind the times by not having a multi-function laser printer at home? So I quickly checked yelp for the closest FedEx Office Print & Ship storefront that could help us. I started reading all of the reviews, which were predominately LOW, for this location and a sense of fear washed over me. I shuddered when I mentioned the reviews to my husband but he was determined to try this place as it was close to our credit union where we also needed to do business at. We arrived to a relatively empty store...thankfully, there was no Holiday crowd to deal with. There were only 2 other cars parked in the lot. We were greeted promptly by Malu who politely said that she'd be with us shortly because she was fielding a phone call. We looked around and noticed that all of the copiers were occupied by people who were busy collating, copying and printing documents. But, we weren't deterred because we noticed that no one was at the facsimile machines! Malu completed her call and led us to the bank of self-serve facsimile machines. She was friendly and polite as she explained how to properly use the pay by page feature, insert our document(s), dial and transmit. As our documents were being processed, she informed us that the facsimile machine would print a confirmation sheet at the completion of our transaction. She left us to answer another call and left us alone. We had paid, gotten all of documents faxed and received our confirmation sheet all within 5 minutes! Maybe we were lucky and were at this location at the "right time". We received friendly and polite service from Malu and completed our transaction within 5 minutes. If I'm paying for the label and paying to use your equipment why on earth would that matter? Needless to say, I'm livid because last week, I brought my own paper to print my labels and when I asked them to swap the paper out, they said "oh no we print the labels for you" now this week, not only do they not print them, they refused because it's usps. read more

Had a really SIMPLE order: 75 color copies (single page/double sided). No stapling. No collating. No folding. No cutting. No binding. No rush either. Easy right? WRONG. Actually, putting in the order was fine. I used their website to upload my file, select my options (color, paper type, etc.), location for pick up and payment. I picked up my prints later that day and headed home. So far so good. It was only after I got home that I discovered they shorted me 5 prints - there were only 70 and I ordered (and paid for) 75. This was annoying, but an easy fix, right? I'll just call them and get my 5 missing prints. WRONG. I called and explained the situation. Then I went back to the shop. Then I waited . . . and waited . . . and waited . . . for the girl there to figure out how to make 5 double sided, color copies!!! I can't tell you exactly how long I waited . . . 30 minutes? . . . 40 minutes? . . . It felt like forever. I also can't tell you how much paper she wasted trying (and failing) to make those prints!!! If I didn't really need those 5 prints, I would have said, forget it, just refund me my money. But I'm sure that would have caused a whole new set of problems . . . If they could mess up such a simple order TWICE, I definitely WOULD NOT recommend them for a project requiring anything more than straight copying . . . but then again, maybe not. read more
