You bring your item in, show the QR Code and they do the rest. No box. No tape. No address label. Just walk away. It's awesome. There is always a line because someone always has a problem. I've had delightful and helpful employees and I've had employees that clearly hate their jobs. But I would still recommend using the UPS Store.

I asked several times to have the manager call me, no call; called when she was in the store but she was busy so left a message, no call. Then was told UPS denied the claim because it was filed late. There's something very fishy about how they do business here, the manager refused to call me back and she appears to physically be in the store very seldom. I found this service online and was curious to try. I had a snowblower that had a few issues and…read moreneeded some maintenance done. Steve was very responsive. I had no way of transporting my snowblower to his shop so he offered to pick it up the same day and return it when the work was done. He was able to diagnose any issues that there was and also made any recommendations that were needed. The pricing was very reasonable. It's a small shop so only cash or check is accepted. I am very pleased with the service I got and will definitely be calling Steve again in the future.
