I don't visit the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center often, but the few times that I have been there to pick up a package or ship a return with a pre-printed label from the company, the intended tasks were done in their entirety with the help from the same gentlemen each time. I am always greeted when I walk in the door and the interaction ends with some sort of polite salutation. Again, I don't use the center for more than that because my work uses a different store for printing and custom rubber stamps, but I definitely did not experience anything bad. I would continue to use the center to help receive and send packages! read more

FedEx Kinkos - A truly Deceitful, Deceptive, and Dishonest company. I ordered a print job online, the total was $269.99 with tax, but they charged $400.97 WITH NO EXPLANATION . . . and it's not even being shipped; I'm picking it up at their store!! If I wasn't over a barrel I would MOST CERTAINLY take my business elsewhere. read more

This location has not failed me yet when it comes to letting me down. If I didn't have to use FEDEX for business reasons, I would not be back. Good luck getting things done quickly there or get a simple answer to a clearly asked question. 3-stars are simply that you will accomplish your task but it will not be quick, simple nor easy. read more

This was literally the worst experience for me. I spent $20 to make copies on a machine I had no knowledge of how to use. I asked the employee for help and he couldn't care less. He acted as if I was an inconvenience to him. Upon asking for help, he huffed and puffed and looked at me like I was stupid. I've been to multiple FedEx shops and never have I experienced this poor service. I am unhappy with paying for something I asked help on and didn't get help with, so now, I have about 30 papers with nothing on them. I am highly upset, highly disappointed and dissatisfied with this location. FedEx y'all need to get it together. read more

The printing jobs here are amazing! Color ink at home can be costly, so I like to send big projects here and I tend to feel like I don't even need to double check their work. It's worth every penny. And so easy to order online. And staff is SO friendly... Makes me proud of my neighborhood! read more

Having seemingly simple things to do here, like ship an envelope internationally, I would have expected more knowledge from these employees across the board. What I have found the few times that I have been to this location is that all of the employees at every position seem very comfortable directing you to the next person over. On one occasion, there was an awkward manager exerting power by not helping anyone, but just sending the customers through a gauntlet of lines and other employees to get helped. The next time I was there, the employee who helped me told me several times that he was from a different location and didn't know where anything was there (like shipping labels... seriously). The next time, I needed passport photos taken and their camera took yellow pictures. In the end, I have been able to do what I came to FedEx to do, it is just a lot more painful than it has to be. Not sure why they can't just put a few good, knowledgable employees in place to clean it all up. I am sure what I have paid in shipping fees alone could pay a nice salary for some capable or maybe I will just behind the counter next time. I think I know where the shipping labels are now. read more

What was formerly known as Kinko's then FedEx Kinko's is now, Fedex Office.. is still Kinko's to me. Though this is a route I've used to get through Mount Prospect, I'd never known there was a shop here. I used Google on my smart phone to locate and a call to customer service at FedEx confirmed the location. I got an entrance greet once I entered the store followed by the usual commitment to service once I shared what was needed. It's been a very long time since I've had a reason to use their pc's and printing options but on the move I received some emails that needed to be taken care of and printed, etc. I had some important paperwork that needed taking care of and some postage paid labels to print & mail as well. Getting setup at a workstation was easy enough and I'm thankful to the assistance of "Tim"; that got me up and running. Insert a credit card there, log in here, print there and ta da! I was done. About ten minutes of work and with no hassle. Since it was work I needed to do and while out and about, there aren't any complaints from me about cost. Newer looking location in a strip mall with parking out front. Restroom & spring water available for customers. read more

I took my parcel here to be shipped out to Britain. I had paid for the shipping online and printed all the Customs forms required but I needed the plastic envelope for the Customs documents. Andy was very helpful and took the time to help me. When all the necessary documentation was on the package, he checked it into the FedEx system and I was done. read more

If I could rate 10 stars I would!! My mom passed a couple weeks ago and I put in a last minute order at this location for a "in memory of" poster/sign for the wake and funeral. I put in the order after hours, knowing there would be no guarantee of it arriving in time even with expedited shipping and they are so busy especially with the holidays. The fedex office called me the next morning when they saw what it was, had it printed and delivered that day! Absolutely amazing customer service, compassion and quality. The poster came out beautiful and my family and I are so grateful for this act of kindness and high quality of service this team provided during a difficult time for us. WTF $12.50 to send a 7 page fax! There was one person working in this hole in the wall store made in to a FedEx Kinko's and not only did I have to hand over the $12.50 but also had to stand around for 15 minutes while she juggled 3 customers at once. (Took my order last even though I was the first one there.) There was one man came in with a black and white photograph and wanted a duplicate of it. The worker xeroxed it and charged him $0.23 cents. You call that duplicating a photograph?? Next time I'll take my business to UPS who charges a dollar a page to send a fax. read more

I ordered pictures from FedEx and the manager Skip went above and beyond to make my experience awesome. Not only was he completely on top of my photos which came via email but I had to get to work and needed the pictures that day . He printed them as fast as he could and brought them to me at work . Decided to try them instead of the other neighborhood competitors, boy did I regret it! $1 to print 1 paper?! Compared to other print/ship/fax offices that is only 10cents a page and even free to use the computer if only printing. Overall they have Overpriced services. Beware! this location will attempt to charge you $5 for filler for a box that had originally arrived with exactly the same packaging from fedex. I attempted to ship a box back to a company I work for (the same way it came to me) because it was the wrong part so I returned it. The FedEx employee told me I couldn't unless I added filler to the box, which makes no sense since it came to me like that. So I took it elsewhere. read more

Needed to send 2 shirts and a binder. Dude picks out a 20x20x20 box to pack it in. When I asked why he was using such a large box, he said he would just cut it down, which he did. Then charged me 15.99 for the gigantic box when a much smaller one would have worked. Also 15.99 is was too expensive for a box anyways...they are 4 bucks at UPS store. There are much more helpful FedEx offices---avoid this one. read more

Our organization had a very important event and the printed program needed to be perfect. Bringing it to this location was absolutely the right thing to do. Jocelyn (the manager) was exceptional; she was knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating. She went out of her way to insure this project met our expectations and delivered it right on time. Others on staff - Kendra, Rachel, and Dani - were equally pleasant, providing an excellent customer service experience as well as a printed product that was exactly what we hoped for. read more
