I wish I could give zero stars. I paid for expedited overnight shipping with a signature required to send my daughter refrigerated medicine. I was told that she would need to show a valid ID to sign. NEVER did anyone say that the signatory had to be 21 or over - she is 20. Obviously I would never have got the required signature if I had - she lives alone. The woman who helped me at the counter was super rude and acted like I was bothering her. Even on the shipment notifications it just says they need to be of "legal age" - again my daughter is 20 which is legal age. So they attempt to deliver and then refused since she is not 21. It goes back to the local facility and they said they would try to deliver the next day and she could literally get some random person off the street to sign as long as they are 21! Well they never attempted to re-deliver - kept sending notices with a rescheduled date. In the meantime, the medicine has gone bad - medicine that cost $500. The cost of the shipment was $200. I filed a claim with FedEx and they gave me $100. $100 for losing over $700. And the package was never delivered and never returned to me. Its been over 6 weeks. I have spent HOURS on the phone with customer service and they tell me they can't do anything because the tickets are closed. I will NEVER use FedEx again and will tell everyone I know to NEVER use Fedex. read more

If you must go to a FedEx office and do not have time to drive somewhere you are trapped going to this location. Apparently FedEx has a new policy and the employees at this location refuse to print labels. This location is highly vested in self service and to the degree they will leave 5 people in line to walk one person to self service and stand with them to ensure the customer dose not return to the line, print their own labels, receipts and place the boxes in the most appropriate place and not at their counter. I saw this employee argue with a customer that did not want to use self service she was stating she did not believe in self service and the employee insisted he will stay with her and show her what to do while the rest of us, customers waited in line. Then after several attempts the label did not print employee and the woman returned to the front of the line with all of her packages and the employee ended up doing what the woman asked. The line was stopped and we all had to wait 10 minutes through this crazy refusal to just watch this guy take the packages back to the counter and start over. Of course none of the other employees helped. They continued with their task and totally ignored the line and everything going on. Sad customer service. read more

FedEx Office Print & Ship Center - New look - Shipping Centers Near Me - Napa, California

Absolutely horrendous service for this location. Arrived within the posted hours of service on June 27 to pick-up a wedding gift for my husband. Despite me ordering the print almost a week prior and for a next-day pick-up, this incompetent branch somehow ran out of paper (how does that even happen at a FedEx) and delayed my order by days so they could complete the job at a nearby Vallejo branch. An employee named Daniel explicitly told me I could pick it up on Monday during regular business hours, which was until 7 pm on all online websites, even FedEx's. Low and behold, when I arrived over 35 minutes before posted closing time to pick up the already paid-for order they caused to be delayed, I was met with a sign indicating the store was closing early that day. Despite there still being a male employee in the store (5'11, tan with glasses) nonchalantly working, he refused to let me and another customer in despite our pleas. Thank you for ruining my once in a lifetime wedding gift. I will never use FedEx again and will be sure that my law firm doesn't either. read more

Generally the people working are very nice and helpful. Daniel the assistant manager should maybe consider another job somewhere else. DMV perhaps? He's rude and unhelpful. I ship multiple packages weekly via FedEx and generally can avoid having to use the store. I feel bad for the people working there he's a total AH. read more

I have used this place for years to make copies. Lately however, that's become problematic. There is always at least one of the three copiers out of service. Two were out of service today. One of which has been out of service for almost a month. When you ask for help, it seems like an inconvenience. It's sad to see businesses go downhill. read more

Today the older woman with colored red hair who seems to be a manager because she's barking at the other younger employees like they're so far beneath her it's hard to witness. I feel so bad for anyone who has to work with this lady. I'm reviewing this because today I purchased paper $32 from fed ex, printed documents for $45 and these all had to be refunded since each document came out with major flaws. The young man and young lady tried their best to help me and unfortunately they needed the older red haired woman's assistance. She took my return receipts went to another location to "type some info down". I told her I'm in a hurry and can I have my receipts back please I have to go. They had already wasted 45 mins of my time. She refused to give me my receipts and said she'd have to reverse the return if she didn't type info down from my return receipts. I said can I at least take a pic of my receipts and go and you guys can keep my return receipts and she still refused. I had no choice but to leave my stolen receipts with the red haired lady or I wouldn't have made it to work on time. Where else can we print things out in napa? I will never ever go back here..my main concern is for the employees who have to work with her. She was so demeaning and mean to the younger girl who works there who said it was her first job and she was trying her best! read more

1/24/22 My main gripe is I work all day and I come home and goggle says FedEx is open till 10 PM on their site. so I change out on my nursing clothes run over here only to find they close at 6 PM. I understand that bad reviews should not be written based on a single negative experience, so I decided to write this review after a culmination of several consistently negative experiences at this location. Every time I visit this location, the staff is unfriendly, unprofessional, and visibly bothered when they have customers to assist. On multiple occasions, I have been the only person standing in line and the representative behind the counter sees me but cannot be bothered to say, "Hi" or "I'll be right with you." They look at you, ignore you, and go about their business. When they finally come to assist you, you get a terse "How can I help you?" Last night I placed a print order of ~35 pages, and selected a pickup time of 11:30am today. I have been sick for the past few days and included in the pickup notes that a friend would be picking up my order for me. My friend went to pick up my order at 11:45am and was told it had not yet been started because they had received several orders this morning. They called me at 1:15pm to say my order was ready. Not wanting to inconvenience my friend's schedule any further, I asked if it would be possible to have my order brought to my car for curbside pickup, since I have not been feeling well. The associate said, "No, you really need to be sheltering in place." Gee, that was the idea of placing an order ahead of time and having someone else pick it up on my behalf. There was no apology for it not being ready at the appointed time, and being told, condescendingly, that I need to shelter in place was in poor taste. I understand that pickup/delivery times have changed significantly in the wake of COVID, but this whole fiasco could & should have been avoided with a phone call or an email letting me know that my order wouldn't be ready at it's appointed pickup time, so as to avoid the inconvenience of having to come to this underwhelming establishment two separate times. Worst customer service ever. The manager, Willette (sp), was rude and less than accommodating. I had a friend try to pick up a package for me as I always do. For some reason, Willette would not release the package to my friend. My friend had the tracking number, a CA Driver's license and whatever other information needed to get this package but she was refused. I had to go the next day to get it. It was a big waste of time on all of our parts. I asked for a copy of the pick-up policy but was not given one. I don't mind what the policy is, just be consistent. read more

Rose is extraordinarily helpful and kind! She made sure that the people in front of me fully understood what was needed to take care of their printing, and then she told them to ask for her when they came back next time so they wouldn't have to explain it all again. Really really awesome. And then without missing a beat rose helped me ship something that had a 'bad' bar code! She showed me what the problem was and then printed a correct label and then waited while I took a picture so I could notify the sending company! She was super kind and patient, let alone accommodating when I came in to have some marketing signs printed for my business. I came in with a USB and a file to upload to be printed. It was the wrong size and I was in a time crunch. Lisa happily offered to go MANY EXTRA MILES to help me out. She ensured I was able to order the prints and that they would be of the top most quality. She called me to ensure she had completed my order and then called again to let me know that my order was ready for pick up. She even checked the quality of print before charging me. SHE IS AMAZING! He then rudely handed me my stick drive and said "I don't have to explain myself"......as if I asked‍. When I went back in at 12 (when I was told someone smarter would be there). The grown boy saw me, walked over to the girl and whispered something. She leaned forward and glared at me. Then both of them refused to acknowledge my presence. Another woman greeted us and tried telling the girl that she had a customer. The girl says "I know.......I'm busy." I haven't been to this Fed Ex for years. Once, I tried to make color prints for my sister&I got a whole legalistic thing about copyright&was literally blocked from making copies. Since they didn't want my money, I left. They've changed their layout since they're no longer Kinko's. I got some good customer service faxing a document- sadly, the place was understaffed so the single employee who helped me was stuck with a bunch of people.
