I dropped in after shopping at the outlets. I purchased two lamps at the RH outlet that needed to be shipped to Portland, OR. I do believe it was the manager, he had a cool mustache and he was helping the other worker as he assisted me and several other customers walking into the store. The guy was smooth and attentive to keep everything moving effortlessly. He disassembled a lamp to see if it would fit into a certain box he had in mind. He weighed the lamp and told me he would take care of the rest. He sent me on my way. I paid for Tuesday delivery and the lamp arrived in Portland by Friday, very early, which means he finished the packing and it went out the same day. Get customer service! Emmanuel is the man!! On the front end of my return he let me know that I needed to keep track of the tracking number because the company I was sending something to likes to pretend they didn't receive their equipment. Naturally I lost. Emmanuel took time out of his super busy Monday to answer two of my phone calls and two emails to get that info to me. This is the epitome of service. Was not able to find an email/customer feedback form on FedEx.com and the toll-free number was malfunctioning with "irrelevant voice greeting message", so leveraging Yelp to share feedback. Disclaimer: I have not used this particular FedEx store yet. Can't rate it. My feedback is related to the service at FedEx corporate level. Three Feedback: 1. The toll-free automated system for shipping rate generation was not robust enough to recognize every country in the world. For example, when I said "Taiwan", the system did not recognize, even after repeating three times. I recommend FedEx updates its country list to ensure all countries in the world or it has delivery presence of, are included. Taiwan is an independent and sovereign country that is known for its democracy. It's also an important player in the semiconductor industry and many more. I've seen FedEx presence in Taiwan, but surprised that FedEx's automated system does not recognize Taiwan. Please update your automated system. 2. After failing of the automated quoting system, FedEx routed twice before a representative provided an informal quote, where I must repeat the same info provided again, time wasted. I come here often for work. We print the shipping labels ourselves and then I drop off the boxes and get a receipt. Sometimes I need to login to the computer in the FedEx store and print labels. I have also asked for paper and pen to jot a note. The employees are friendly and try to be helpful, but it does seem like they have a high turnover. read more

Shipping and copying is what they do. It should not be that hard, or so you think. I went to ship a package and my wife was making copys. Wile my wife was making some copys the machine broke so we looked for an employee for about 3 min before the girl came to help us (no one else in the store). She said she would make copys but was not sure how to do it. After about 20 extra min my wife was done. The only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 2 is because the girl who worked there gave my wife a credit for the inconvenience. I may give this location one more try. read more

Plus the system was down and she was very apologetic about having to take my payment information on paper and reassured me it would be shredded as soon as the computers were back up. I hate this location. The employees are rude. I only need to order from them once a year or so, which means my memory kind of fades about how miserable these people are, until I have to get another poster or banner. Every single time I order or pick something up, their MO is to treat customers like an annoyance. Thanks to their online system, I do all of the print design myself. That means the only interaction I have with them is as a cashier, and they're still awful. As a matter of fact, I paid for this recent project online, which means the ONLY thing this person had to do was bend down, pick up my poster and hand it to me...and he was still a jerk. (Tried telling me my order wasn't there and I was out of luck.) So literally, this guy had ONE JOB TO DO and he failed. The poster that I ordered had a sticky line down the center as if a piece of tape had previously been there, and it's bent. Not in perfect, brand-new condition. I hate this place! read more

It is not often I post a bad review, but I had a pretty terrible customer experience with the store manager at this location. I could not believe what a hassle and poor attitude he displayed. I went in with an already printed booklet that needed a binding put on it. I was originally misquoted the price by quite a bit, but I didn't have to pay until I picked it up. I was told it wouldn't be too long but they would call me when it was finished. Three hours later, no phone call. When I went back in hoping it was done (which it was) there were several issues. There was a different worker taking care of me on my return, to which they did make the issues right and I was quite pleased on the outcome. read more
