FedEx is running a very expensive scam with the passport service. I was given incorrect information and incorrect guidance when trying to renew my passport. I paid $294 to FedEx for usless papers that come from a 3rd party. This 3rd party is not a government entity and does nothing to renew passports. After going to a passport acceptance agent, who told me that its a scam, I had to make another payment to .gov. I asked for a reimbursement from FedEx and was denied. Beware! read more

While I don't visit FedEx too often, this location is nearby and offers so many helpful resources and services. I have shipped DirecTV items back by dropping them off at this location. I have picked up wine delivered to this location. I have mailed FedEx packages from this location. The staff at this location have always been helpful to me, and the hours are convenient with daily hours. Store hours are weekdays from 8 AM to 7 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday from 12 Noon to 6 PM. Last FedEx Express pickup is 5 PM on weekdays, 3:15 PM on Saturday, and there is no pickup on Sunday. Last FedEx Ground pickup is 5 PM on weekdays, 12 Noon on Saturday, and there is no pickup on Sunday. The maximum package weight is 150 pounds. The FedEx Office Print & Ship Center at the Tatum and Cactus location provides reliable service and access to printing and shipping. Services include copying and digital printing, professional finishing, signs, computer rental, and corporate print solutions. I wasted 2 hours of time out business cards on the "free" Kinkos computer....when it was time to "Submit", the computer wouldn't take my credit card....I tried 4 cards and EVERYTIME it was declined. When I told the manager, she said "oh, our computers arent working. Sorry.".....WASTED TIME AT KINKOS!! Awful AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE!!!! Never GO BACK THERE AGAIN!! NEVER!!! read more

Associate was wasting so much time helping a customer who was asking non sensical questions. Only one associate early in the morning. Once we got her attention, everything went fast and she suggested the best options. So it was fine except for poor customer service at the beginning which didn't give best first impression. They shouldn't make customers waste time so they lack in that respect. read more

Service has been lacking for me at this location. Most of the employees I have dealt with do not seem too happy or enthusiastic to help.

The employees never acknowledged me. Nobody helped the women jamming up the only two work stations. Waited 15-20 min just to do one scan that I am pretty sure an employee could have helped me with behind the counter but didn't want to. Would not recommend. read more

The team at this location took passport photos that were not USPS compliant. The post office took several months to determine the photos could not be used. Upon explaining the issue to FedEx and asking for a refund (yes, more than 60 days later) we were placed on numerous calls with customer support, told to bring our receipt and pictures back to the location for the refund, only to be told in person that we couldn't be refunded because the issue was more than 30 days old. There was no apology for having provided non-compliant passport photos. We ended up retaking the photos at Staples. read more

Absolutely rude employees. Nosey too. "What are you shipping?" They got mad cause I said " none of your business." What if was shipping a giant vibrator.? Instead they should ask if I'm shipping anything dangerous or flammable. Employee said I was rude. All I did was honestly answer her question. What we ship is none of their business. If you plan on shipping anything out of this location then you might as well throw it in the trash. Horrible service. Mia and Tyler could give a flying F about getting your package out. We arrived at 5pm on the dot for a $500 overnight package and they said no...... even though the driver said yes. Tried calling them twice while on the way and nobody answered the phone, otherwise we would have went somewhere else. We wasted 30 minutes of our time driving down here just to waste our time on some lazy incompetent employees. All they told us was to drive another 20 more minutes to the next location. I'm a last-minute kind of girl. Most of the time it works out, but it causes me lots of stress and I'm often asking service providers to go out of their way to assist me in a time crunch. In this example, I needed a sign for a bridal shower in 24 hours. This location made it happen within about 5 hours. They were lovely to deal with and prompt in having my purchase ready for pickup. I will happily use them again, though if I planned ahead I would save some cash with mail order. So yes, you pay more for this service. And it's worth it. read more

Well I went here to receive fax's from a company that I'm moving my IRA from and moving it to another IRA account. I came in at 8:30am there was only one person working there was about 8 people there. And this person was very helpful and was able to help very one else as they needed it. The place was very clean. And at first I thought why only one person working but she had no problem. By 9:00am a second person came in to work and the place started to get very busy. All and all I was very happy with the service and all the equipment they had everything appeared to be in good working order. read more

Staff here is nice, but the level of helpful varies on who you get. You have to know what to ask for to get the right price - otherwise, you get upcharges. The overall inability to call anybody at this location, or in this company, is a total failure. Your call is hopeless trapped in an automated system that will not transfer you to a representative. The people are nice. But the equipment never works. Simple things, like printing black and white on regular size letter paper.... Causes errors. When you print in color, the colors are off. It's been several visits and now I have to leave a review. I haven't had these equipment issues at other fedex stores. read more

So, I had a job interview early this morning. I forgot to print the attachment yesterday, and when I got up this morning, I almost had a heart attack!! I looked to see what kinko's was open early (as most of them are) but was close to where I was interviewing at. For starters, they open at 6AM. This, my friend, is a huge lifesaver! I called them first thing, and talked to a really nice guy and got the email address for the store itself. I told him that I would be there in half an hour to pick it up on my way in. He was really cool, and helped me out with what I needed. After I emailed him, I called the store back and made sure they got it. I gave him my name and told him I'd be there in half an hour. I walked in, literally 30 minutes later and the paperwork was ready. Granted, it's not a huge complicated project, but being that I didn't bother to check the night before, it was last minute on my part and lack of preparedness. I grabbed the paperwork, paid the $$ and took off, all in a matter of minutes. Thank you Kinko's for saving my ass. Thank you for being open early and being quick and cool about stuff, and helping a sister out. Scanning: to scan to disk or email is over 4x the cost compared to making an actual paper product. This makes zero sense so save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. Customer service was good and he was nice when explaining how expensive it was to scan. read more

Haven't been in this location since Feb. It's been remodeled and super nice/clean. Both employees were wearing masks and made me feel comfortable. I got a chance to work with the manager there, Brian. He provided excellent customer service and was very approachable. The manager here is amazing! She is super friendly and smart and helpful. I was in a couple weeks ago, my first time there and she helped me. I walked in this morning. There are 2 employees standing at the counter. NEITHER looks up to even say hello to me. (Although, as what looked to be the morning shift was arriving over the course of the 15 minutes I was there, they said good morning to everyone who worked with them that walked through the door) This place is a "print center" and they could not print on simple card stock that my regular home printer can print on. So lame. The card stock kept jamming so they wouldn't print anymore for me, even though it was printing them beautifully, they were just jamming when they were coming out so they had to keep opening the machine. At any rate, 1 star because for being a print center they should be able to PRINT. read more

Awful customer service, I walked in with a package that was delivered to me by FEDEX yesterday to return the item back since they shipped the wrong item. I had it packaged in the same box (that they delivered to my home yesterday) with the return label that the purchasing store emailed me. The nasty woman behind the counter looked at me and then at the box and immediately said I need to purchase a new box from her because the box is UNACCEPTABLE!! I said you delivered this box to me yesterday, so she said I won't take it unless you purchase a new box from this store, but you can bring it to another FEDEX location, which I did immediately. I cannot believe she was trying to PROFIT by demanding I buy a new box at her store, WTF?? Sad... We went there to make some copies of some documents and we realized while we were there that we forgot to sign one line. We needed a blue pen to sign it, but we didn't have one with us. At each work station they have paperclips, rubber bands, scratch paper, scissors, highlighters, and black pens, but no blue pens. We asked the guys at the desk if we could borrow a blue pen for one signature and they said "No, if we want to use a blue pen, we can buy a brand new pack." The woman working the shipping center with the dark curly hair and glasses barely looked up from scanning other packages to tell me they couldn't ship my package from there. I should have asked her if she had a kink in her neck that caused her to be unable to move her head up and at least look at me before sending me out the door. I would use the UPS in the shopping center directly next to this place before ever coming here again!! read more

The small business woman's best friend. At least it was mine. Though my business was more micro than small, Kinko's helped me with everything from creating invoices to routine faxing. The folks there have always been pretty helpful in giving ideas - though with some folks were more interested in talking to each other than helping a girl who at the time didn't know the difference between Word and Excel but needed to create a marketing document. Ah, silly girl. Now that I'm a more savy business person, I've used their services for massive training documents and big ugly audio visual gunk. Yea, that's about how much I cared about all that. By my favorite thing about Kinko's is their fun paper and envelopes for personal use. It's weird to buy a card there, but when you realize you've spent the last 16 hours working on some work crap that you've been doing at that pace for the last week - you might want to pick up a mushy "I love you" card for your significant other who's putting up with it all. Or maybe a card for the Anniversary/Birthday you're missing while you go back to the office? I'm telling you - Kinko's knows what you need before you do. read more

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: Called to get a price for one print job, and the guy who answered the phone interrupted me three times to quote prices before hearing the details of the print job. Needless to say, his first two quotes were less than half what the correct price for the job. They would not have honored the first two quotes. Unfortunately, our print order for an important event was not ready according to the time they said it would be. I even came in 8 hours earlier to double check that it would be ready and the ladies said it would be no problem. Came back at 8:30 PM on 11/6 and the guy working had nothing ready. He hadn't started printing some things and our banner was not swapped out yet (which takes 5 minutes, but he tried to say he'd been working on it for the past hour). Frustrating to plan my evening around this, have it not be ready, and not even get an apology. I was told I could sit and wait for half an hour or come back. Fortunately Don was extremely helpful the next day when I returned. I don't recommend this location due to the awful employee that evening. read more

place is awesome,..they get it. I've had them Color Print glossys of Events for the Harley-Davidson dealership I work at. I've also put together a lot of photo montages for friends as gifts using their products. Very upbeat and pleasant. The people being the counter are younger people and always upbeat, professional and helpful. They also do Ground shipping and they're open late so, that eliminates the need for the Post Office. read more

I am so disappointed with the customer service at this store!!!! The quality of the products I have ordered have been subpar. We are talking about extremely poor quality such as wrinkled lamination, white,extremely visible and obvious streaks on a blue background of a poster and poor copy quality on important presentations. Each time, I have had to make 2 trips to the store because nobody looked over my order to ensure the quality. On my last order, I had to drive to another Fed Ex to pick up my order because the store didn't realize that their machine needed to be serviced until I came to pick up my time sensitive order. After being a customer for over 5 years, I am done. It wasn't until the last 12 months that I received such poor service. They must be under new management. Our company needed banners printed for a conference as our main one did not get delivered by FedEx in time due to bad weather from our shipping location.
