DO NOT try to take a return here if you only have a scan for them to print the label. Apparently they can't do scans here and or not set up for them. The guy was also very rude. There was no one else in the store and I had to carry a tuba case boxed, very large. No open door for me. When I was turned away because I had an Amazon scan return I asked where a nearby store was and no help offered. I asked if he could at least help me back to my car and he literally had his arms crossed and said no. Not even open the door for me. Disgusting customer service. They quoted me one price over phone for faxing then they charged me way more!!!! Never again!!

The service is very friendly. The man at the counter is always helpful. I've never had an issue with anything from shipping to faxing. We also keep a P.O. Box there and he remembers all his customers! Great value all around. read more

My child is changing his name and though he had every document but a CA ID with his old name (we want all his documents etc to match from 18 up), we were flatly denied service. Trans related denial of service in this day and age. Shameful. read more

Went in for some boxes and some supplies and noticed an old man assisting a client which I'm assuming was the owner. He saw me looking at them, I waited in line and as soon as I Got up to ask him for small boxes he rudely said " we don't have small, we only have large and walked away. Maybe you should be post a sign and let your customers know you dont have certain size boxes so they don't stand there like dummies waiting in line and waste their time so you can then tell them that and then be rude about it! I'll take my money somewhere else where they actually want it! read more

I'm also hoping its not because of my skin color as well because he was helping white people but just shrugged me off like nothing. I have been doing business here for years ! Occasionally the man that owns is it "short"a little rude or busy and I can bypass that . His wife ( if she's still there) is usually so nice or the next time I go in they are nicer and it makes up for the rude behavior. Today I went in for simple mailing. I needed a strip of tape to seal the larger envelope. I hadn't sealed it because I wanted to see if it could be used since I ripped the part that need to be sealed . I was reusing a sturdier mailer so my picture wouldn't bend . He was on the phone , and helping a man get something mailed. I asked may I use tape? He said No . I said no ? I said you can't help me with this ? He said Nope . So I walked out. I did call him but that went nowhere. Now in the past he has taped things up and helped . I mail to family up north and out of state . He has helped me re-wrap or given me better shipping ideas . So this was beyond disappointing for me . I guess back to the post office I go . I really hope my mask and skin color had nothing to do with it but does make me think .....hmmm read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. Twice I have arrived for an appointment only to be notified right then and there that my appointment was cancelled with no prior email or text notifications. When I inquired as to why my appointment was cancelled, I was sternly told that they did not know and that I would simply have to reschedule my appointment a THIRD time. I do not recommend this place for your business if you value your time, money, or personal relationships. read more

I have used postal annex many times in the past 5 years to get things notarized and for passport renewal. The owners are very attentive, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. There is always a notary available during the store hours. The last time I went there (2 weeks ago), they stayed open for an extra half hour to accommodate the person who was meeting me to get a document notarized.
