I've been a patron of this location for a few years now and I've always had good things to say about this place. However, the people who used to work there I don't see anymore and now there is a young girl and an older woman with dark hair that are working often and they are not as helpful as the others I've encountered in the last few years. I've been in several times where I've had to wait while the two women stand and chit chat while taping boxes and finishing paper work at the front desk. Today really bothered me because I came in and there was no wait however, I was in line for 5 minutes before I was acknowledged as the two women talked about eating whole grain crackers for lunch and hot dogs for dinner the laughed and talked casually as I waited to be helped this is not the service I'm used to. On top of that they are less than helpful in figuring where my missing package that was delivered on Friday but they say isn't there. That's the least of my worries but the customer service is now lacking. read more

Clerk at the counter was rude and passively hostile when it was my turn to receive service. I had several packages to return and it takes a bit to bring up the QR code. She would sigh and stand in a very hostile way that just triggered me. I don't usually write negative reviews but this incident warrants it. I will avoid going to this UPS store in the future. This place is terrible I went in on 1/30 & paid for 2 day arrival priority mail($31.56) & they said it would be their on Feb 2th guaranteed but it didn't get there on 10th & they refused to give my money back.! Visited this store last Friday. The service was tremendous. The owner helped me to overpack six boxes into one, going to Boise I'd, and saved me a bunch of money. He took the time to configure my boxes into just the right sized larger box. He put the box together for me, added bubble wrap to protect the smaller items and sealed the box for me. i honestly don't know what a lot of these reviewers are saying, but i love my ups store . they're always super accommodating, welcoming, and helpful . i do my shipping there, and because of the porch pirates that have surfaced in my neighborhood, i signed up for P.O. box deliveries here . guess what ? the delivery service is affordable and safe ! it's cheaper than the post office (please don't increase your prices after i say this!!) they need to remove that they're open on sundays bc they're definitely not but yea . it's a great little store and i have had several friends sign up for delivery service at this location after i tell them how great it is . read more

First please refer to my review for the canyon crest location because that situation happened first and then this situation was an hour later ... I tell the gentlemen I resubmitted an order since the last location just does not know how to run a business... He said "did you submit online through the available program" I told him yes and that I paid and he then asked me to just email the file to the store email. I asked why and he said "the program is confusing and it's easier for me" My file was too large and it wouldn't send from my phone. He than had myself snd my one year old use a computer in a back room to send from gmail on the computer. He proceeded to rush me and kept saying "did you print it yet are you don't yet" I was confirming my login cause I have two step verification and once I finally printed the printer then jammed and he said "you will have to wait since you jammed it while I help these people" he has me sit in the back for 30 min until he then tried to fix the printer and then proceeded to tell everyone in line how I was messing up the printer and kept yelling back to me "stop printing over and over " then blamed me for printing double sided when I clearly showed him I didn't. 45 min told he then hands me a stack of my print outs in front of everyone and said well your should find the pages you in in all these. Never in my life have I felt so disrespected and pushed off. This man was a manager and twice my age. What happened to customer service period. read more

Such a terrible location. I went there today to drop off some stuff. One package was a return to Old Navy. It was packaged in the original plastic packaging from Old Navy. It is the same packaging that it arrived in and the items were clothing anyways. Daniel at this location refused to accept my package. What a joke! I have used the UPS stores for many years and this store is the worst. The owner/manager is very rude. He demanded in addition to the $200 yearly fees, that I pay between $2 and $5 for each package he considered excessive. The lines are often long to get help and I have waited 20 minutes to get my packages. They have also "misplaced" some of my packages. Reply to "reply". I do not have that many packages delivered. Lies do not make up for poor service and bad manners, I will be taking my business elsewear. You can see by the reply that was sent the attitude of the owner. $200 a year should be enough to pay for the 10-15 packages i receive in a month. This UPS store is great with customer service. I walked in a couple of minutes before 6pm thinking they closed at 7. The employees were not in a rush to get you back out the door. Very kind employees. They believe in "Treat others as you want to be treated " I say this because of their actions. Today again I had to use their services. I needed to have the same paperwork re-faxed to someone else I hadn't picked up old fax. The employee was very helpful and let me pay over phone on my card. They are so patient corralling the packages and mail I receive, and have never lost or misplaced one since I've been a customer. the old guy there doesn't want to separate my mail from my sister's mail. We split the mailbox and have for years but she has been taking my mail and not giving it to me. We have used the mail box service here for several years. The staff that works are super accommodating and quick. They know their customers and make it easy to pick up packages. We have had a couple incidents where the package received was damaged and the girls promptly tape it and ensure we're away. We have had 2x when they offered for us to open in store to ensure there's no damage so we can return immediately if necessary. read more
