I believe this UPS stole my laptop that I ordered from Best Buy next shipment to Lousiana. I order from Best Buy on Sunday, Best Buy gave a delivery date of 25 March 2025. The package, didn't arrived as promised. Now would I look the tracking number. I get a "Delivery date will be provided as soon as possible." I'd give zero stars if I could. Dropped off a package Saturday afternoon, the driver said he'd take it, I was hesitant, they were closing, he scanned it in front of me and I got my return confirmation the next morning from the company I was sending it back to. I get home from work Monday to see the SAME taped up package I gave them and they ripped off the laminated clear tape, shipping label and delivered it back to me, leaving it in an unlocked hallway practically on the street. I will never use ups again. Worst company. Impossible to contact and what kind of game are they playing ripping off my label??? It wasn't something that could've come off. They would have had to tear off the 10 pieces of tape I completely covered it with. Never again. Useless company. read more

I have used several UPS locations, Cambridge, Watertown, Waltham, Belmont and most recently the Saugus location for Amazon returns. The Saugus location is nothing like the other UPS stores I have frequented, the customer service at the Saugus location is horrible, they hustle their customers charging $4 to print a label, and $8 for a shipping box, they are not willing to give even a piece of tape to secure a package, they offer to sell you the whole roll of tape, or they won't accept the package. Amazon often times states no box or label is needed for their returns, this location refuses Amazon returns that are not packaged with a return shipping label, stating it's required. I recently moved to Saugus, this location is convenient but I try to avoid using this location because their representatives are not interested in serving their clients. It's not the same for all UPS stores. I believe most customers are willing to except a small service charge for boxes, tape and printing labels but the Saugus location gouges their customers with outrageous charges for this service while other locations are willing to print a label and tape a box as a courtesy to their customers. read more

UPS, Why such different prices for the same package!!? Yesterday I shipped a guitar that I sold online at this location. Earlier in the day I took the package to a different UPS in Burlington close to where I work to find out how much shipping would be. In Burlington the shipping charge was 56$ but later in the day at this Saugus location the charge was 76$!!?? IT WAS THE SAME PACKAGE NOT CHANGED AT ALL! Fortunately I had a printed estimate from the Burlington store and when I produced the estimate the employee at the Saugus store changed the price to 56$. I guess I have to shop around now to make sure I'm getting the best price before I ship. read more

Terrible experience. Go elsewhere. I called to confirm the store would accept a package for me months in advance. I told them what I was shipping since I get some places have different rules. "Yes, no problem come within 5 days and we charge a fee." They said. I'm fine with those terms. Fast forward, nope, they turned my package away. No calls. I'm out the original shipping cost and likely the reshipping as well. No apologies. Find somewhere else to sign for your packages if you can't be home. read more

I would give ZERO stars if I could. No one is ever at the desk, making you wait at least 10 minutes for service with NO ONE in the store. They stroll over with no sense of urgency. The manager is extremely unprofessional & VERY rude. I'd rather have Waste Management handling my packages. read more

I called the UPS store in Saugus to ask if the could scan a return label from my cell phone. The person I spoke to said, yes we can scan and print the label (I haven't got a printer). When I went in the next day, woman who waited on my said no, she cannot scan my label and print it. I had to log into my email and print it myself, cost was about $3. They need to get their answers straight. Very unsatisfactory experience. read more

I am beside myself by the way employees treat people at the UPS Saugus, MA store #6711. I came in very an extremely heavy box which I ripped while dragging it into the store as I could not lift it. It was an Amazon return. The 2 males employees watched me and then informed me they could not take the return because I needed to tape up the box. I explained I was just doing an amazon return and the box just ripped. The would NOT let me use the tape behind the counter and I only needed probably 1 pass over the box with the tape. He rudely told me I had to purchase tape if I wanted to fix the box. I didn't have my wallet with me and he said he would be unable to take the return. I had to figure out how to use apple pay to purchase this tape that I didn't even have the money for at the time. The tape ended up not working as it kept getting stuck. So now I am stuck with tape that doesn't work. I was late for an appointment and the other girl behind the counter heard me saying that and saw me struggling. She came over and taped up the box for me quickly and proceed to do my return. The 2 men behind the counter walked away as I kept asking them for help and watched me from a distance. Not only were they rude, but they were taking out loud about difficult customers that they don't want to help and they just would walk away and ignore them. I am extremely upset over this treatment as this has NEVER happened to me before. I really felt terrible that these 2 men would treat anyone like this. The girl with the long black braids was great. Not sure who the manager is in this store, but these 2 employees need to be spoken to on customer service. read more

I came in with a large box to ship to California, not aware they charge by dimensions and weight. Fatel was the only associate working. He took the time to my options and help me repack and reduce the box size down and saved me $25 in shipping cost. Even got rid of the surplus waste. Very helpful, very professional and polite. read more

Terrible customer service experience. I waited in line for 20 minutes while the two employees fumbled with the people they were servicing. I didnt have to re explain my self. what I like about this store is parking as I had to struggle to find a parking spot at other ups locations. It's a full service ups store, they have mailboxes, shipping boxes and supplies. very pleased. read more
