FedEx Office does make it easy to make copies and presentations. For work, I had several dozen manuals that needed to be put together. Each was over 100 pages and would have eaten up the toner in our office printers and taken a lot of time to put together. You can create your presentation then upload it to their website. They have a very simple to use a wizard to put it together the way you want - color or B&W, 3-hole punched, binding options, etc. Then you pay online, select the time to pick the finished materials up, and you're off to the races. Very nice and helpful. Had to get a scan and print of a floor plan I had for a new office we are moving to....all nice tidy and quick. Staff was helpful and the store was organized. And a good thing to know...you can get a scan and they will hold it for you for 30 days in their systems as long as you have a thumbdrive. Pretty freaking awesome. read more

We arrived just after nine. One person was being helped and another person was in line in front of us and we waited at least 15 minutes to be helped. Then when we were helped the lady helping us told us they would send the tracking information to the email we had provided but it never came. Other than that customer service was friendly. read more

The staff at this store is awesome. They are professional, they are knowledgeable. EXCEPT for the store manager. She is the nosiest bitch on the planet, and will stick her nose into what is none of her business, even if she wasn't part of the initial conversation, and there is no reason for her to stick her nose into it. To wit, my company has a National Discount Card with Fedex. This card gives me a discount on Fedex services. Most companies only allow work-related items, my company actually allows personal stuff as well (I pay for it all). In 8 years I've been using this card, no one had ever questioned what I was using the card for, except for this woman, who though it prudent to warn me that this was not business-related. It is true, although a) she had no way of knowing whether my print job was business related or not, and b) what business is it of hers whether it is or not? That should be between me and my company. At another opportunity, I asked for a price list of banners, and was given one with no questions asked. I returned several weeks asking the same employee who had previously given me the price list for the same item, and she went out of her way to butt in to say that customers are not given price lists, that those are for internal use only. I've seen her butt into conversations with other customers, even if everything was fine. Whenever I go into the store, if she's there, I'll leave. read more

Dropped off a package at the Meacham Road Store and was charged $39.60 to ensure it would be delivered the following day. I tracked the package the following day to learn it had not yet left Chicago and that the 2 airports it would pass through (on its way to Waycross, Georgia) are and HAVE BEEN closed. Furthermore, there is no estimate when the package would arrive. I understand weather delays happen. But, I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW AND WHY THE CLERK WOULD TELL ME THE PACKAGE WOULD BE DELIVERED WHEN THE TRANSIT-AIRPORTS WEREN'T EVEN OPEN!!!!! Calling the store gave me NO help! I was even put on hold for 10 minutes and then nothing but excuses and that they are not responsible for the weather - I KNOW they are not responsible for the weather, but if AIRPORTS aren't open (which they should know about) why aren't they advising the customer!!!!!!! read more

2 Star - C'mon Man I always find it funny when people apply for jobs and do not want to do anything to help the customer or work period. That is how I felt at my recent visit to fedex. You ever see the Dave Chapelle skit POPCopy? This is that place. Went into make some copies and to scan some things out cause computer was down during non peak time. I really think they need to learn customers deserve better. I stopped in on 5/4/19 at 5:10 pm. all I wanted was a passport photo like there web site said they did. The guy working there kind of laughed and said that the machine was not working and as he looked for it he said I guess they must have shipped it off for repairs. We came here on a Friday night to ship 6 jerseys to a friend in New Mexico. The sale person was very friendly and helpful. He didn't want us to pay for a lot of packaging so he fit all the jerseys into the smallest box possible! We needed them to be delivered by December 23 and he was able to tell us which shipping option to select to guarantee delivery by that date. The cost was around $30 which I thought was reasonable. We were in for about 10 minutes and left pleased. And the package arrived two days early! I'll be using FedEx to send any packages in the future. read more

The people that work here are very helpful. One woman (sorry, I don't remember her name) made sure that everyone was being helped, and was even multi-tasking between a few customers just to make sure everything got done in a timely manner. I was a bit disappointed that they couldn't pack a monitor I was shipping, but that wasn't their fault. She was nice enough to refer me to a local packing place right around the corner that would do it for me. They are a little expensive as well. read more
