    Custom hardwood furniture left in driveway out in the weather by AIT driver

    OK communication ahead of time about when they were supposedly coming to deliver our furniture, but absolutely lousy follow through. Waited all afternoon for the delivery window, finally called the local terminal an hour and a half after the scheduled delivery window ended and was told that they would deliver it the next day. No call from the driver or from AIT dispatcher to let me know that I would be waiting all day with my thumb up my Axx for nothing. I told the terminal contact not to deliver before 2pm as we would not be there, so of course the driver delivered at 1pm, lying to a neighber saying we had given them permission to just drop the items off which was absolutely not true. All boxes were strapped together on one pallet and left out in the weather. One of the boxes bundled on the pallet was pressed into another, damaging the dresser we had ordered. Terrible company, does not respect their clients' time and showed extremely poor communication and service. Do not recommend using these clowns.

    0 Stars would be more fitting for AIT. ATTN: Sam's Club, do yourselves a favor and end your shipping contract with AIT, they are already making you look bad. I purchased a griddle from Sam's Club. Within a reasonable amount of time, Sam's Club notified me of the shipment. On AIT's website, they gave me a delivery date and time of Tuesday, September 10, 2024, from 09:00 am - 01:00 pm. I see that a signature is required and I want to inspect the item so I took the day off work. FF: Sept 10, 2024, 01:30 pm... I used AIT's online chat, and a lady named Yuliana told me that my delivery was never out for delivery today. I told her that I took 8 hours off of work to sign for and inspect this package, and I want to be reimbursed for the wasted time. She told me there was nothing she could do about it and told me to contact Sam's Club. I tell her it is not Sam's Club's fault, it's AIT's fault. I did my part and paid for the item. Sam's did their part and shipped the item. AIT gave me a delivery date and time and has not fulfilled their part. Yuliana then disappears... the next lady Isabel appears and asks what I want and I tell her I'm looking for Yuliana because she is hiding behind her keyboard and is running away from the problem at hand. Isabel quickly disappears too. Then I get Jackie. Jackie asks what I want, yadda yadda yadda... She tells me all the other ladies before her went to lunch and that my delivery has been canceled and sends me a screenshot... My delivery was canceled Sept 10, 2024, at 01:32 pm... 32 minutes after the latest time it was supposed to be delivered. Jackie then disappears... I'm tired of these ladies disappearing so I call 877-412-6012... Joe answers and confirms that my delivery was canceled. Joe says he called the shipping terminal and was told that they are currently picking up my order TODAY and then when they have it in hand they will call me back TODAY to see if I am still available for delivery TODAY... A wild pokemon Tyree appears in the chat. Tyree contradicts everything Joe told me saying they cannot and will not be coming today. Tyree was the most knowledgeable person I interacted with today only after I asked him who to contact to send small claims court documents for loss of wages. I will give that information in the pictures. I asked Tyree to reschedule my delivery date and time to the first stop on Saturday, Sept 14, 2024. Tyree agrees and says he will give me a call when that date and time is locked in. Now I am on the phone with a Sam's Club supervisor, she is saying that AIT does not deliver on Saturdays. I message Tyree asking if AIT delivers on Saturday and Tyree ghosts me and passes me off to Mohamed. It's been 12 minutes since I've asked Mohamed to send me back to Tyree with zero response. Apparently, AIT is a company run by irresponsible children. Responsible adults would handle their problems accordingly, not try to pass them off to another company.

    This has to be the WORST freight/logistics company out there. I have had two HORRIBLE deliveries from AIT. Both times I was given a SIX HOUR WINDOW that the delivery driver showed up almost an hour outside (4:45PM for a 10a-4P window). Never called. I ended up calling. Both times the TV delivered has a 2 person threshold delivery requested and ONE very elderly woman who can barely walk was the ONLY delivery person. The first delivery of the 75 inch TV we ordered from Sam's Club was beat up and the box was damaged, but the driver (who by the way could barely get it on a dolly and had to have my husband help) told us it was Sam's problem and to call them for a return. Second time - same driver - I met the truck and she told me that the box had nails in it and was crushed by 400lbs of items on the pallet but she HAD to deliver it as she was directed to. I refused to take that TV (as I already have a broken one that AIT won't pick up even though I have a return order from Sam's). She told us they knew it was probably broke but they are told to MAKE customers take the item. Additionally, when I called to see where the driver was the dispatch told me they NEVER send two people no matter what the order says. I have notified Sam's club. Additionally, not that their needs to be anything else the told us that we should just pick stuff up ourselves because AIT is so shady. Really?

    Got this email EVERY DAY from the day I set it up to the day before the delivery. 11 days.  I confirmed emails and 5 texts. Never stopped.

    They suck, make other big box stores look bad. Bad management and terrible service. Can make an order on time
