I recently interacted with this business twice in the past week for two different purposes. I spoke with the same employee her name was DeeDee, both times. She had great customer service was very polite and pleasant to deal with on the phone and in person. She quickly and accurately answered all of my relevant questions and the store was able to provide the service in 24 hours when other businesses would require up to a week. Super disappointed with the repeated terrible customer service at this location. Yesterday I was "helped" by Shawn (female), she was rude and seems to dislike her job. As I approached the counter with my package, I smiled and she frowned and angrily says "What's in the box?" I explained that the postage was all set I just need it shipped. She raised her voice "WHAAT is in the BOX!" I almost walked out but I needed her to accept it so I let her know it was a dress. One of the younger male employees witnessed this. Yesterday was our second time at the Silverdale store and I have to say that both times were great. Jerry helped us yesterday and we can't say enough nice things about him. He explained everything he was going to do to pack our items safely. Cost was better than USPS and FedEx did all the packing. The local office was helpful but since my interaction with them the rest of FEDEX has been horrible! I called the Manila office yesterday to complain about not getting my package and was told to show the payment receipt(paid four days earlier) to FEDEX folks in the local office in Cagayan De Oro and we could get it delivered. When my Wife did that, they would not believe her and refused to give her the package, stating they needed confirmation from the Manila office. I called again to the Manila office which was now closed. I have sent the receipt or payment from the website FEDEX directed me to pay several times to several different folks in the Manila office and I followed their directions as required. I paid on the 24th of Jan. and it is now the 28th and still FEDEX cannot validate that they have received my payment, I have even sent a copy from my credit card account showing payment. I honestly do not know what I must do for FEDEX to do their job and deliver the package that was supposed to be delivered on the 19th of Jan. To have now paid over a $1000 in delivery fees and still no resolution after working with them for the last 16 days is extremely frustrating. AVOID FEDEX at all cost, save yourself your money and use ANYONE ELSE! read more

Today is 12/27/2016 , within the past month I have had 3 packages delivered by FedEx. I have also had bad experiences with FedEx in the past. The first package was broken. The second package was left in the rain (I have a carport which other delivery services kindly use when the weather is nasty). My third package was not left on my property when that is what was requested. Plus they did not knock nor ring the door bell. More for the 3rd package, I am at home all day, the house is always quiet. Had someone knocked or rang the door bell, I most certainly would have heard it and would have recieved my package. I came into this location in Silverdale, to get a huge cardboard print of my husband who's deployed. I figured it would bring some comfort to my kids to have a life size cutout of daddy. I went there On Wednesday and was told it will be done no later than Monday. I wrote them and asked if there was any way it could be done sooner, because it would mean so much to my kids. Waited my turn to ship while the employee chatted with the lady in front of me about a mutual friend. A line started forming so another employee came over and pulled me to his terminal, which wasn't working. While I waited for it to reboot he started helping others in line and the chatty gal took the folks who arrived after me to her working computer terminal, while I was on some sort of time out. One of your drivers that was supposed to deliver a box to my house insured for over $1000 that required a signature left the box with a RANDOM neighbor. Whoever this driver was, who was out on deliveries today 6/12/15, should be fired. This is unacceptable. I will be telling everyone about this situation to ensure this never happens to someone I know. I cannot believe they would be that careless...when something requires a signature it is NOT okay to leave it with a RANDOM person that we don't even know. I would like to be contacted and given the name of the person who authorized this. They should not be working at FedEx. read more

Most incompetent shipping service outlet I've ever used period! These folks received a 5,000 dollar engine shipment for me while i was out of town. The shipper had accidentally forgotten to put my phone number on the package. So they had no way of contacting me to pick up the package before the 7 day hold expired and they sent my engine back to shipper. However, this has happened plenty of times before and the people working there were smart enough to contact the shipper and get a phone number. These guys in silverdale were pathetic. When I called to see if they could stop the package from leaving the Olympia facility and have it sent back to me, a guy there named "D" said, " Oh sure, I've got it all set up....but you absolutely have to be home all day and sign for it in person." well after waiting 10 hours, i find out that this d character had done nothing and my engine still went back to the east coast...and I lost an entire day from work. this guy should be fired! read more
