I waited because i was in shock to hear her especially since all i did was ask her a question .i don't leave and got my fingerprints because I needed them but im sorry if you get that up set over about how much longer question you might be in the wrong field of work . I hope if manager goes and looks at footage they can see and hear how this employee handled the situation.

However, the box I was looking at here was $9. It was only $5 and some change at Staples so I did end up making a further drive for it. I appreciate that she didn't want to sell it to me since I wasn't shipping there. She had also explained that their boxes are super heavy duty for shipping, but since I just needed something for storage and/or donations, I could use a different one. Since this location isn't too far from where I live, it's my go-to location when boss man wants me to drop off a package for him. I've never had any issues dropping off boxes.

There were two associates able to assist me, I just handed them the item and then let them scan my phone. They asked if I wanted a receipt, but I declined.
