We arrived and experienced an extreme lack of customer service. After waiting around about 10 minutes, when one finally arrived, they went to find the laptop and ignored us, eventually moving onto another task. The laptop was not available, and they tried to upsell us more expensive ones, which is not what we came in for. The manager we were told was conducting an interview, which took the entire time and more that we were there. We called the Staples at Mall of Georgia while waiting around (this guy is the brother of the manager here!), and he also tried to upsell. After being abandoned by the second sales consultant, we left and went to Best Buy. When we called to complain online, they hung up on us. We are not wild customers with high demands. We simply came in to ask for a laptop, and we're dismissed. I've been buying laptops from Staples for years, this is not good customer service. Do better.

I know it can be a one person station but there is no consistency to the lunch break time. They need an extra employee or an overlap of shifts.
