I have been ignored by their claims department after three months of calling and asking for help. I've been promised calls back time and time again and never got one. Today when I called again, I was finally told my claim was denied because too much time has passed. I'm not sure why I wasn't notified that it had been reviewed. I was offered a good-faith payment of $300, which is unfortunately just a fraction of what I spent replacing my damaged items. The movers were unprofessional the day of as well -- they charged me incorrectly, stood around texting half the time to drag out the clock, and then asked me if I use recreational drugs. I hate to be that person writing a nasty review, but I am extremely disappointed with their service all around and I hope this helps keep others from having the same experience that I did. My one-bedroom move went over budget, damaged family heirlooms and caused me to have to replace my entire bed and mattress... and the company's customer service chose to ignore me and hope I went away instead of helping me resolve this. Last time I moved before this I used American Eagle Moving for a much more difficult move and they were fantastic. Their guys were quick, professional, and did not cause any property damage. If you're reading this, I recommend getting a quote from them instead!

We placed bubble wrap around the clock, weights and pendulum to transport to their location. We purchased the shipping label through eBay, my husband explained this to the gentleman. We needed it safely packed and shipped. He assured us that they could safely do so. Our customer contacted us to let us know his clock was severely damaged. We contacted Tennessee Valley Packaging and took the photos to them to show them the damage. Their response was, it looks like it was dropped. They did not package the item, they simply made a box and placed it in it without packaging or securing the weights properly. They gave no refund, no apology, took no responsibility whatsoever. Please be very careful if using this company to package or ship anything fragile.

Based on our great experience the first time, we decided to use them again this year. This experience could not have been more opposite than the first. They damaged 6 pieces of furniture (that's what I've found so far. Still unpacking), tore a leather couch and snapped a tv stand (some of the damaged furniture we are still paying for). They blamed it on "a bumpy ride due to construction". They took $150 off our bill for the TV. They also left an entire room full of boxes and few pieces of furniture and told my husband they couldn't get it on the truck. My husband had no way to retrieve all of these things by the time we had to be out of the old place, so the movers asked for a tip in exchange for making an additional trip. He had no choice but to "tip" them if we wanted our things. When I called to speak with the manager (Barrett) he apologized and offered nothing to make it right. I asked to speak to the owner of the company. I was given his wife's phone number so she could let me know when he would be available to speak with. I have not heard from either of them and also now can't get in touch with Barrett. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever paid for. I would never use them again.

It is in a…read moreconvenient location, right off of Highway 11, and is great to drop off any items that won't fit in your mailbox. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have plenty of shipping supplies here. They even have a drive through lane which is very nice for just dropping off packages and being on your way. The main gripe about this place is also due to its location. The cramped parking lot it shares with Starbucks. The Starbucks line will wrap around the building, making it hard to get out of parking spots and even blocking the drive-through lane for this store. It's a real pain / hassle and I wish something could be done about it, but I don't think there is anything that can be done, sadly.
