She caught me off guard when she asked for my ID because when I normally stop in I'm just dropping things off and obviously no ID is required for that. She seemed annoyed that I asked why it was needed, which is funny since you work there and it's kind of your job to answer questions. She was not very friendly, was borderline rolling her eyes and everything else you can think of. It was very uncalled for. I tried not to reciprocate but that was not easy. I think FedEx needs to do a better job of training their employees in customer service, because whatever issue she had (or maybe she had nothing to be annoyed about at all) it had nothing to do with me - I simply needed help with a mailing. I've been in the store multiple times and have usually not had an issue, but I really do not appreciate her behavior towards me and it motivated me to write a review the minute I left the store.

The parking lot is shared by WingZone, a Subway, and... maybe a cellphone carrier store... I'm not exactly sure. The construction on Tyvola Rd makes it a little tricky to get in and out here....
