Second instance where my package has yet to be delivered, the first time the driver claimed they rang the doorbell.... I ended up Having to pick my package up at a FedEx location days later since it was a Friday,So this time I've waited by the door all day, left briefly but ran into the driver right around the corner from my house , she said she'd be at my address in 30 minutes.... It's nearly 3 hours later and still no package which I have to wait for because a signature is required . Called and was told would be delivered by 8 pm mind you it's been out for delivery since 9 am ... it's 5:54 pm . It doesn't take hours to go around the corner(in a sprinter), isn't even one of the larger trucks so there can't be that many packages to take three hours . read more

My experience started horribly. A sticky note was left on the gate of my apartments and a neighbor just happened to see it because they walk home from school. I contacted customer service who told me where my package was. They said hurry the site closes at 6pm. I get here at 547 and site is closed. Big hours of operation sign states 530 closure. There were other people sent here from customer service to pick up their packages. I was frustrated as this has happened before. A driver came to the closed fence to help and I was lucky to get my package. Shout out to APRIL and the nice man whose name I didn't catch and his manager. The went above and beyond to help. Customer service please update site hours and website update site hours so this does not keep happening. I want to give a 4.5 stars because of the employees but it will not let me. read more

Had an AT&T package to be shipped back to them. I show up to this location per AT&T and I'm advised they don't take the packages there and they directed me to their location inside Walmart. The reason he gave me was because they were never trained on how to handle them. Cmon are you serious? FedEx you need to do better. No one at the company is on the same page. Every customer service rep/delivery driver I've talked to has given me different information, and the only phone number listed for this specific location is their general customer service number. That number leads to customer service reps who don't seem to have the ability to access anything but the website I can already see to restate what I have just informed them of, and unable to even help me contact this specific location for a resolution. Unable to even speak to anyone directly at this location for help. Wasted a whole day stuck at home waiting for a package that said it was going to be delivered and wasn't. Spoke to their customer care 5 times throughout the day, after several updated/missed delivery time windows who assured me it was on it's way. The delivery updates started today "by 11am-3pm" then when that passed, "by 8pm" then "delivery by 'End of Day' ". I called care after the last one and asked them to clarify "End of Day" means to them and was told "6pm". ...W...T...F...? read more

Your standard FedEx place with hit or miss service. I've shipped two packages from here and had no problems getting it out. The first time the lady was able to type up the label for me and wrap the package. The second time I had to do it myself. I'm not sure why they took care of me one day and not another. I can't comment on prices since my company paid for shipping. Parking is plentiful. read more

This is seriously the worst delivery service in the area. This place needs structure and new management and corporate to come and regulate. I'm not one to leave a review but this is to much. 1st time I ordered something. I was tracking my package, I wanted to make sure I was home to sign for the delivery. My package arrived on the 24th to the facility and was out for delivery on the 25th I waited all day long and it said my package would arrive end of day on the 25th. I saw the FedEx truck drive past my condominium, then I got a phone call later that day saying it was the 3rd day in a row they've tried to deliever my package and I had to go pick it up at the facility or they'd send it back to the person who sent it. I didn't make it a big deal knowing they didn't try to deliver it, I simply went to pick it up and the staff there didn't know what was going on and was rude about it. I waited and finally got my package. This time something similar happened expect this is with my meal prep! If my food went bad because they're to lazy to get down and deliver my package- I'm escalating this. read more

Maybe someone handling your PR can tell me why I paid $45 to overnight a package to Sherman Oaks, Ca-from Lancaster, Ca (all within Los Angeles county) just to have that package shipped to Oakland, Ca 7 hours north. Said package was to arrive by 12 pm today. Got an email from my CPA at 5pm saying it still hadn't arrived! So of course I call to check-it's only ALL of my pertinent tax info-heck that's why I paid almost $50 to overnight it safely! Funny thing is, the updates STOPPED last night after it passed the sorting facility IN LOS ANGLES, then flew 3 hours to the Bay Area at 11pm ish last night. My phone call went like this: Me...calm for the first 2 minutes until no one could give me an answer. Told me my package would be delivered by end of day today. Not what I paid for! Nor will it make it from Oakland to Sherman Oaks in that time span. I'm a woman, not a moron. Eventually I asked to be transferred to a supervisor, this gets you to a "customer advocate". Psshhh. Isaiah, the advocate, after a long rant from me told me my best option (at 5:30 pm pacific time) was to file a case so someone would call me back in 2 hours. I waited close to 3 hours with no call back so I called to follow up. Guess what! Another supervisor, Rafael told me that even though my package has had no updates it's not lost. It's at the airport in Oakland. Why is it at this airport 7 hours away? I still do not know. The best part of that conversation was that he told me I would not be getting a call back tonight as the department is CLOSED! WTF. Why would Isaiah tell me that I would get a call back if that wasn't the case? First of all, these "supervisors" are in El Salvador. Clearly not able to help me in California. Oh! I almost forgot! I asked to be refunded the $45 since it was not going to be delivered on time or even today, and I was told- once the package is delivered, I can call billing and request the refund. BS. 1) why do you take my phone number if you clearly aren't going to call when there is a problem? 2) if you make a mistake, own that mistake. 3) do NOT continue to lie to your customers to cover your ass 4) do not make promises of delivery times you cannot keep. This is going to affect my tax filing. This package contains all of my PERSONAL information and now is lost in a box. I entrusted FedEx and your company let me down.If you couldn't make a delivery, your employee should have told me so I could go to one of your competitors. I will never go to another FedEx. EVER. Worst experience I've ever had with a commercial carrier - I'd give them a "NEGATIVE 5 Stars" and that would be generous! I purchased an item from Amazon with a two-day delivery, the item arrived at their location the morning it was to be delivered but they rescheduled the delivery for the following day to be delivered by 8:00 PM. The item wasn't delivered, however, it was on the truck (according to the notification) at 9:14 AM returned back to their facility that evening at approximately 7:30 PM that same day. I received another notification that the item would be delivered the following day by 8:00 PM. Moving to the following day, the item was still at their facility with no possible delivery in site. The two-day delivery developing into a 4+ day delivery. It appears FedEx (at least this location) takes no responsibility, accountability, nor offers compensation for their lack of customer service. Since it appears the common customer has little to no significance, I will no longer use or recommend FedEx - never had an issue with UPS or DHL. You can bet if there was a two-day delivery scheduled at the White House, actor, politician...it would have been delivered on time or even ahead of the scheduled delivery. read more

I was suppose to have a package delivered to my home on Oct. 5th and nothing came in, but tracking says its been delivered. Tell me why we call to complain and they are certain it was delivered to our door. My mother in law is home all day and not once did she see fedex come by. I want to know where my package is and I would like someone to speak to the delivery driver because it wasnt our house where they left the package. My daughter asked me to mail her wedding dress to the David's Bridal location for cleaning and preservation. The prepaid packaging included some rather cheap paper tape that didn't stick at all. The lovely Fedex employees taped up the box beautifully and they were so pleasant about it. This is service I do not believe I would have received elsewhere. Thank you Fedex! read more

I'm writing this review because I just learned a valuable lesson that I would like to share with my friendly yelpers. Ok so I'm no expert in shipping I can tell you from the start, but I have to ship a package twice a month to Big Bear Lake, so I went to office depot and used UPS to ship it. They charged me about $17 for next day delivery, which I thought it was fair price for next day. Long story short, I found my self having to mail the package again but this time I was in the Lancaster area and there is no Office depot near by and staples was way on the other side so I yelp for the nearest shipping place and said FedEx so I said what the heck same thing as long as it ships. So I go in and ask to ship it next day and they said ok it will be $28dll and I said what! She said or I can have it there by Friday for $16dll and I liked the price of that and I said ok no biggy I'm here and it's not that much of a difference and I thought maybe I got here after the cut off time maybe that's why they can't do it for tomorrow for the $16dll so I paid with a $50dll bill and she said we don't take nothing larger then a $20 so that threw me off. it was just 5pm not like it was midnight but whatever, so I got my debit card and paid. I was a little annoyed but I just wanted to get it over with. Texted the person and said it's on it's way and it gets there Friday. To my surprise she said oh noooo! I'm leaving that day I need it for tomorrow so I said come on! I told my self don't panic go back and explain maybe you can cancel and I did, I was happy and I thought to myself thanks for nothing! as I left. Get in the car and looked up to see if maybe there is a ups some where around here and yes, three streets up. I get there tell the man that I need to mail this he said ok and he said next day is $15.13 I was what! are you sure! I really need for it to get there tomorrow? He said, yes. I was very happy to hear that but at the same time upset that I waisted my time at FedEx, but at the same time I wanted to talk smack about them to ups but I'm not that kind of girl so I just stayed quite and asked do you take $50 for the$15.13? He said yes lady I got lots of change, went to the bank today, and I commented to him, do you know that FedEx does not take bills larger then $20? He said oh that's not good, I know that's what I thought. I holding my tongue on talking bad about FedEx, so I said thanks for your help paid and left. I learned a valuable lesson that UPS is much cheaper and helpful then FedEx. I will never settle for less again. read more

Horrible horrible service FedEx has especially with delivery!! They can never get anything right! Every time I receive a shipment from FedEx it's always so difficult! This time I was suppose to receive a package and they bought it to my apartment office they have never done that before! They are so lazy! Been waiting all day for my package and now I have to wait and they are most likely gonna deliver it again to the wrong place and I'm gonna have to wait longer. Waited everyday for my package to arrive then had message on there website the the driver couldn't find house. There are only four house on my well marked street and my address is very clear on my gate and I even left a message for Fedex on the gate. I receive packages weekly from UPS and monthly from Fedex and have not had any problems before. I'm the farthest stop out from there location and I feel that they have a new that driver didn't want to come out this far and used an excuse not to deliver. My phone number could have been called but wasn't. The 800 number you call is of no real help ( that after I was left on hold 30min )and I have not been able to find a local #. UPS seems to be much more reliable at least when compared to this horrible ship center. This is costing me money not having this package. read more

I cannot even begin to describe how unprofessionally this Fedex Ship Cener presents their company. If I could give them 0 stars, I definitely would. So I was tracking my package (which was 2 brand new cell phones from boost mobile/Sprint) they scheduled the delivery thru FedEx express for 10-10-16 before 8pm. So I got an email on 10-10-16 stating that my package was delivered at 12:01 P.M. on 10-10-16. Once I seen the e-mail shortly after it was sent, I go to look outside for my package... Can't find it ANYWHERE. So I'm thinking, maybe the email was a mistake? I re-read it over & over to make sure I wasnt missing anything but still wasn't sure. I waited til 8pm on 10-10-16 and still, no package. The next day, 10-11-16, I called one of the fedex phone numbers to get to the bottom of this & they've given me nothing but HELL! First they had the driver come back out to my house to see if she delivered it to the right address... 2 hours later she pulls up (she never even turned off, or stepped out of her vehicle. Good thing I was outside or she probably wouldn't have even stopped. I was standing in the middle of the road during our whole conversation) She kept insisting that the package was delivered there "by the front door" was all she could say. I asked what she left it by (more specific than just "by the front door") & again she just says "up there by the front doorstep" (We have a Pumkin & a little wagon on our front doorstep, which she could have used to specify whereabout she "left" it. At this point I could tell this fedex driver was full of crap. Reconsider this driver because some of the things she was saying was a shocking mess! Its unbelievable! Tina from this location is EXTREMELY rude. Now im waiting for them to "approve or deny" my claim to replace my package. Now I have to wait up to 7 days for something that I should already have in my possession. They try to make it seem like this is my fault... but this same situation happend to someone else on 10-07-16 (yelp review) So clearly something isnt right, the driver seems fishy! Need to make sure you dont hire THEIFS. read more
