FedEx used to be the best. Ordered a gaming PC online. They deliver it to my door and left it upside down. I was home waiting because I didn't want to leave a multi thousand dollar piece of equipment left alone on my doorstep. On my security cameras it showed the currier dropping and walked away. The glass roof cracked and I had to send it back. I demanded they use UPS or I'd go elsewhere. This was one of several incidents. This FedEx location is the worst. The employees there are half-assed, lazy, entitled... absolutely zero customer service; just there for the paycheck I guess... completely worthless. Went there to buy a box... showed them what I was shipping and which box would fit? I waited around 45 minutes twiddling my thumbs, no one acknowledged me when I came in as any business should. I was addressed by, 'what'd ya need?' How is that an acceptable greeting?! Upon seeing my products to ship, they went back to get a box and told me that, 'this might work...' no eye contact etc... I ended up going to another FedEx center in Hughes Center on Paradise, night and day... they actually helped me and provided customer service; they told me to go back to the center on Post Rd for a refund of the worthless box that was initially given and that they could look up my receipt with just the CC info etc... I did that, the worthless employees at the Post Rd location were completely rude, incompetent and just lazy... totally contradicted what the Paradise center said, didn't want to do anything, made me feel like a complete moron, and as if I didn't know nor understand what they were saying. I politely asked them to call Desmond the assistant manager at the Paradise center, to ask and confirm as to; 1-learn how to refund if possible, and 2-if I was given wrong information, then confirme and ask why I wasted my time driving all the way over to Post center... the employees should be highly observed for their customer service, or lack there of. I walk in not once was told "be right with you" then when I finally do get help she and another worker laughed at me and said you didn't bring tape ? I am into excellent customer service since we do live in a hospitality city and this location is a hit or miss. You need to make sure you're on the same page as the employee or else your shipment can be badly messed up. On the plus they let me use their scale for when I am about to fly and need to weigh my luggage. read more

If you have to use this center I hope you interact with Joseph. He has a very helpful and hospitable. Char on the other hand is not. I came in to mail a phone. I grabbed the packaging that I believed would be best. I walk up and they are in the middle of a conversation and don't even stop to say hello. They finally address me and I tell them that I need to ship this phone using the bubble envelope I grabbed. Char begins to laugh. I can only assume it's at the packaging I chose. I look at her kind confused because if you have a better suggestion say something don't laugh. That's when Joseph steps in to help and suggest better packaging. All the while char is standing there continuing to laugh. I tell Joseph that whatever he thinks is best is fine with me. Char is still snickering to herself. Finally I ask her if something is funny. And she said you know what yes there is. I'm like if you have a better suggestion then say something but I don't understand why you are not being helpful. Then of course she tries to flip it on me. Saying it has nothing to do with me and I'm taking it personal. If your in customer service then show some service. Don't stand there Laughing and not being helpful at all Long story short. This will be my first and last time in this FedEx location (it was the closest to my house). When I walked in, nobody even acknowledged me. I stood in front of the counters and I had to say something first to the two employees before they even said something to me. As I was filling out the forms, all I could hear is them complaining about work. When I was ready, I stood in front of the counter again and same thing, it was as if I didn't exist at all. Tina was the one who helped me and she just looked miserable. She was not very friendly at all, no smile or anything like that. She did not want to be there. I would understand if they were busy and didn't have time to acknowledge every customer but the fact that I was the only one there is just completely unacceptable. They were not helpful at all. I also don't think it was really appropriate to complain about work in front of customers. If you need to send a package through FedEx, I would advise to go to a different location. read more

I have used federal express for years across the country and will no longer use their services. I will do everything in my power to deter others from using Fedex, since my experience with them here in Las Vegas. Lack of responsibility and accountability are obvious, since not once has a representative from their offices been on yelp to deter people from the negative reviews. If I could give zero stars I would. I sat here yesterday waiting for a package to be delivered. No one ever came. I even checked the door several times because it was no 7:15. I decide to check the status online. It says driver came at 7:16 and no one was home and even had a door tag number listed. Guess what??? There was no door tag, no knock and the package was NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED). Thank you for not even trying. I called and spoke to a supervisor who tried to speak "in defense of his driver" (wow), he told me the manager of the station would call in the morning. Of course I never got that call. I called back and was told I would get a call in 2 hours with a window for deliver...Gee never got that call. They wouldnt allow my phone carrier to have the shipment held for pickup although online it says the package was still at the station. So....I call back and guess what. Driver not answering their calls to give a window for deliver on my second day of waiting....so they are going to call me back again! Still have yet to receive that call back...Such shameful service. The package was shipped from Indianapolis in winter weather and arrived to Las Vegas the next day but here you cant drive it to me a few miles away by Monday for the next day service I paid for???? read more

So I tracked it, it was on the delivery truck and I was home all morning waiting I was even late to my drs apt waiting for them to come. when I tracked it down it was back at the facility cause no one was home or business was closed!! that was a bunch of BS I was home waiting no one knocked no one put a slip on my door saying they were here!! Called costumer service and that lady was rude as hell. I asked for the address and shes like it should be on the door hanger that they left saying they was there but no one home!!
