We shipped a package to buyer via FedEx. Buyer said that their address was totally no problem with 20 years delivery already. We've even used FedEx.com to verify that this address is valid. But still FedEx tracking shows wrong address as excuse and didn't deliver on time. They even return the package to us after we directly spoke with their representative to verify that delivery address is accurate and asked them to deliver on a business day. Useless to their customer support! Really disappointed. And when we tried to file a claim over phone it took nearly 50 minutes no one answer at all!!!!! read more

Vince Stover the Customer service manager is a very rude man with no customer service skills what so ever. Have no clue how he got that position..... we were trying to talk to him about our missing package and he wasn't helpful at all. While we were trying to explain things he kept cutting me off mid sentence and at one point put his hand up and walked away. Then started yelling things across the store so other people were able to hear our business. . That is very unprofessional ..... he wasn't helpful in anyway what so ever. Seemed to be very irritated even before he actually knew what we were there for. .....we paid extra for the package to be delivered before 10:30 am.... When we told Vice he basically said "well that sucks".... so don't pay extra for shipping with FedEx.... because the odds are you won't get your package on time..... when we were about to leave I ask for his name and while we were walking out of the store he continued to yell things at us..... I don't understand! I made a arrangements to be home on the date that my package was scheduled to deliver. Canceled plans, didn't do errands, and stayed in my living room the entire time (I didn't even go to the restroom). Tell me how the $&@! did I miss my package? I even had a note up at the door that we're home. I think one star is too generous. Literally one person working and they lie to your face just to get you to leave. It is a 40 minute drive and they tell me that the package will be ready if I make a call or that they'll call me in 30 minutes or that if I come back tomorrow it will be here. I have wasted 80$ in gas and I feel really insulted. I've never met so many rude people at the same time. In the future I will literally and honestly avoid purchasing from brands that use FedEx express for this specific reason. They even faked attempted deliveries because I know I was home they just didn't feel like waiting. THIS PLACE SUCKS THE CHORIZO FROM HELL!!!!!!!!! One of the worst customer service I ever dealt with. The whole experience was awful. I can't believe how unorganized it is. I've been to the post office at Christmas that had better service. This felt like people standing around waiting for their luggage at an airport and no one was loading the luggage on the belt. The people behind the counter has the weakest attitudes and kept getting door tags and had the nerve to tell each customer that it will be a few minutes! Very nicely done in Ontario California on Christmas Eve. Decided to close the customer counter 30 min earlier then stated. Completely understandable considering all of the employees that were working there (probably going on 14-15 hours). However, operations station manager Benjamin velasco could not address the disappointed customers and stand up for his complete lack of planning and execution of the Christmas season. Instead, he decided to call the police to have them (who also stated fed ex didn't deliver their personal packages) tell the customers that he didn't do his job. Classy Benjamin, classy. To the guys and gals working the counter-I hope Benjamin velasco joins you on Christmas Day when he makes you work. You all were amazing. If I could I would give them!!!!. This is ridiculous. Verizon shipped my phone last Thursday to me and told me it will be delivered today, Monday October 5th. I have been home all day! 30 p.m. and the driver came here left a note on my door does not make any attempt to ring my doorbell or knock on my door. I just happened to go to my front door to check my mail in my mailbox, & I see the FedEx note on the door saying sorry we missed you attempted delivery at 3:30 p.m.. I was here at 3:30 p.m. and no one rang my doorbell and nobody knocked on my door. The lazy driver didn't even attempt to do his or her job. I call the Customer Support Center to complain and tell them they need to make the driver come back here today and deliver my package, and they tell me some BS about filling out an attempt request and that they can't make the drivers come back. Oh So you can pay the driver to ring the doorbell deliver my package when they don't do it he or she still give her/his paycheck; and I don't get my package? Then you tell me I can wait and see if they come back, that most likely they won't today, or go pick up my package? I'm not going to go pick up my package because your driver failed to ring my doorbell and deliver my package because he or she is too lazy to do their damn job. Then when I tell the customer service person to call the driver's manager so I can make a complaint and make them come back, she tells me there's no managers available when she calls over there. Who the hell runs a business like this with no supervisor or supervision and especially one of this caliber? I own a business and I don't run my business like this! The only reason why I give them two stars is because of Jose. He's very rude and seems to have an attitude all the time. He moves very slow and just sits on his chair the whole time while the other workers are running around and getting things done. The couple of times I've had him he rejects my shipment because it is packaged in a UPS box. I've spoken to other workers and even the manager and they all told me it was fine to ship. Don't know why he thinks he can make his own rules. I completely avoid him whenever I have to ship something. The Davita and Monica on the other hand are wonderful. I wish I was able to leave no stars. This has to be the worst experience I've ever had with a company. If you live in a gated community, like myself, DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. The driver will drive by the area, say they were unable to get inside, and you will have to drive to this location yourself. As I had been tracking my package all day, I knew when he was around my neighborhood, and called FedEx within moments of him leaving this area. I've had numerous people tell me that the driver was seen, simply driving by ONE the gate, not attempting to enter at all. When I informed the customer rep on how the driver could access the open gate, all they said was "sorry for the inconvenience, you can pick it up today after 7, or wait another 3 business days" This was after they spoke with the driver who said they tried to get in, he was a block away at the time of when I called. I spend a good chunk of money to have my package delivered that day, not days later, on top of that, I also took the day off since this package required a signature. As I brought this attention to the executive office, all I have been given are lies about times and people trying to get in touch with me. So overall, do not do business here unless you like being lied to, wasting your own gas, time, and energy with dealing with complete and utter bullshit. read more

If there's an option for 0 star I would give it a 0 star. Almost half of my deliveries with this company never arrived or arrived days later. My first order which was "required signature" was left at the door. I got Ring camera video showing the driver just dropped it off at the front and faked my signature saying it was signed. And today, I took a day off and waited for the package since it required a signature. It is 8PM right now and the tracking shows that it went back to the sorting center. This package arrived at the sorting center on Saturday but they waited until tuesday to put it on the truck for delivery and now it just went back to the center. Is Fedex cooperate ever listened to these kind of complaints about your service... whats wrong with these people and doing their job correctly? They left the tag so I have an option to pick up from this branch. I went to this location in Ontario. The lady that was there was alone. There was a guy in front of me. They chit chat for like forever about some stuff, not delivery related. I patiently waited. But then I realized I didn't have my driver license with me. I have a picture of it on my phone but she wont accept it. Fine. She told me she's going to hold the package for me until tomorrow. The only reason they missed me was they didn't come to my house. We live in a gated community and they said the driver did t feel like going into the gated area and did t have a code. How hard is it to do your job? You are a DELIVERY company. When a package has a suite number on it you are to deliver it to THE suite on the address - not the suite downstairs because you are too lazy to take the elevator. It's not the other suites job to deliver for you. They are not associated with the recipient at all. They told you that you were in the wrong office and you were going to just return the package instead of coming up ONE floor to deliver it to the right place? How much more incompetent can you get? I will be filing a complaint and if needed I will email the CEO of FedEx because this is ridiculous. Once again major problem with FedEx not doing their job they are paid to do. I called company to ask about when an item was going to be shipped and was informed it went out already via FedEx. If I was able to catch the item prior to be sent, I would have requested UPS or the US postal service. If company would not ship UPS or US postal service I would have canceled order. Received FedEx electronic notice, item will be delivered Saturday, August 12 by end of day. FedEx's Saturday delivery is stated on their website by 3 pm. Called about 1 pm to check on item and was informed it was going to delivery center. Called again at 2:30 pm and was informed it did not make delivery center; item will be delivered on Monday, August 14. I also was informed that I still might get item as late as 8 pm, which I knew was incorrect. Never saw a FedEx truck at 8 pm on a Saturday on the road. Hate my wasting time waiting around and doing follow-up calls to FedEx. FedEx electronic notice still states, "Saturday delivery, August 12," nothing mentioned about a Monday, August 14 delivery??? The reason companies use FedEx is because they cut their rates in order to compete with the reliable companies. Horrible experience. I shipped a package on 7/1/11 from Chicago, to Riverside for a Saturday Delivery. The package made it to this facility, and out on a truck. Well there tracking claimed they made an attempt around 11:00am. The residents were at home during the attempt, but no delivery slip was left to notify anyone that an attempt was made. This slip also would have notified them to go to the facility to pick up the package. Well no notifications took place, and when I called Fedex, the guy told me that there was nothing he can do the facility is closed and the package will be delivered first thing Tuesday morning.Well, I paid $148.00 for a next day Saturday delivery. It was important enough for me to pay out the bucks for delivery (Birthday gifts) for the 4th of July, but not important enough for the FedEx driver to do his or her job. This sucks and really ruins my faith in a company that I thought I could trust to do the right thing. UPS or Postal Service, you will soon get an opportunity. read more

Horrible (non existent) customer service at this location. And don't bother calling the national 800 number, the system automatically disconnects your call before transferring to a live person. I don't ever choose to ship via FedEx as the drivers are not reliable and driving an hour to Ontario to pick up my package isn't in my usual list of things I like to do. However, some retailers choose FedEx and I'm never impressed. Most recently, a driver chose to not leave a package I had paid to get express shipped (with antibiotics) that was not marked as requiring a signature. I had even checked the tracking number ahead of time and advanced electronic signature was not an option. Since it was Friday, they wouldn't attempt delivery again until Monday. When I drove to Ontario and questioned staff as to why the driver didn't leave the package, I was told it was my fault for not leaving a note to the driver on my front door and that it's the driver's choice if they want to leave a package. read more

I'd give zero stars if possible. I paid for two day shipping and after three days, no package. I called customer service only to be told my package would not be delivered until after Christmas, unless I took the option of placing a hold on it at their facility and picking it up in person on Christmas Eve. There had to be over a thousand folks in the same boat, because there I was on Christmas Eve at 730am, waiting in line with several others hoping to beat out then rush. By the 9am opening, there had to be over 200 people in line and the numbers kept growing. Once inside, I provide my tracking number only to be told they can't find my package. I'm told I can wait while they look, but after an hour, things start getting ugly. About 90% of the folks were also being told to wait while they look for their packages too. After an hour and a half and tempers beginning to flair, I decide its time to leave...not a good thing on Christmas eve. After 4 days, we still have no package, apparently their temp driver didn't know how to use the service gate at our residence this evening, so now we gave to sit around another day and wait.
