So FedEx came to my house and rang the doorbell 2 times then left. I am disabled and by the time I got to the door, he was gone. I immediately called FedEx with the hope the driver would return. No such luck. So today I am waiting for him to return. IS FEDEX SO SELF-RIGHTEOUS THAT CUSTOMERS MUST REMAIN IN THEIR HOME FOR 12 HOURS AND NO ADVANCE NOTICE OF THEIR EXPECTED ARRIVAL. That is outrageous. My other option is to go to the FedEx branch in Ontario to get the package. I am not driving 2 hours to get the package. read more

Called customer service asked my to have my package on will call because I missed the signature required delivery and didn't want to miss the second time and and called customer service and changed it to pick up instead of delivery but they messed up with it sent it out on the truck and I had to drive out all the way to Ontario to find out I wasted time and gas for my over nighted package had gotten sent out again what bs read more

These people just lie. They will lie on the phone in person. Waited at home, all day for a medication package. Never showed. Tracking said tried to deliver. How could that be true if i was home? For the nth time, Fedex fails to deliver to our 7 Oaks address. UPS has no problem, delivers right to the front door, but Fedex can't manage to get 20 feet off the pavement before they turn around and head for the donut shop. Sometimes they leave a nice little note requesting a signature, but that only means your delivery is delayed 4 days or so, and they'll throw it over the gate into the middle of the driveway, if they're in the mood. Usually this center does a good job. Lately however it has been really busy with only one of two people working the counter. I am especially rating a particular employee. Her name is Elizabeth S. Procedure dictates that if you have the same address as a person on your ID you can pick up that package. I called their Corp office to confirm. I went to pick up an order and she asked me to have the person take a picture of themselves with their ID to verify that I knew them. I found this ridiculous and refused. I had just picked up a package for the same person in my household with the same address two days prior. She refused to give me my package. When I asked for a manager she said it would be a few hours. I didn't want to make the 20 people in line wait so I left. When the escalated people at the 800 number called the location they right away said yes, I can pick up the package the same day. That since my ID matched the label the rep should have released the order. Her behavior was unacceptable. Thankfully when I went back I got someone with some common sense. Stay away if you can help it. read more

Fed Ex is the worst shipping company ever!!!! Every time I am to receive a package via Fed Ex the driver never attempts to knock and states no one was home this happens every time. I wait home all day continuously check the statues on my phone and before I know it they've come and gone and don't leave my package. This is very frustrating when it happens all the time not once not twice but entirely too many times and every time to be exact. I really hate that companies choose Fed Ex as their shippers they are so inconvenient to those waiting on important items. ONE star only because I must give them something!!! read more

First day no one was home so they got it right and left the door tag. So I just tracked the package by its number. Second day no one showed up, knocked at the door, or even came up the stairs to the apartment but say they had tried to deliver it. A second FedEx truck came that day and delivered packages that didn't require signatures at the main Office. Third day I keep a close eye out and not even a truck pulls up. Tracker says they tried to deliver it to no avail but once again no one walked up or tried to even deliver. read more

I had the most horrible experience with any shipping company ever at this location on 9/30/15. Received a notice of missed delivery with an option to pick up after 6pm. Arrived at Fed Ex about 6:20 only to learn the driver had not yet returned. The associate took my tracking slip and asked me to wait just a bit until the driver returned. My online tracking showed the driver returned at 6:33 so I was happy to be patient. At 6:55 the lady helping me said they would be right up with my package. Fast forward through another 35 minutes of being ignored and it was now 7:30 and the doors were locked and I was the last customer still waiting. Finally the lady helping me said "Sir can I have your address again?" When I replied that I had given her my tracking slip she then admitted she gave it to someone and they never came back. So all this time I was waiting because she had no idea what I was waiting on and didn't bother to ask. Instead she just kept nodding at me that it would be just a bit more time. What a joke! She knew very well my package wasn't coming because she didn't even have the tracking slip. After I once again had to provide the tracking number from an email it was discovered my package had been brought up and sitting right there the whole time. I hope I never have to use FedEx for any packages EVER. Had the lady had the slightest bit of courtesy or customer service skills she would have asked me for my information again before I had waited over an hour unnecessarily. read more

Waited at home all day for a package to be delivered no one ever showed up then received an email saying no one was home and they would attempt delivery the following day, again I waited at home then received an email saying that no one was home and that they left a door tag, I looked on my door and the other apt units just in case and nope no door tag any where, called customer service and they rescheduled my delivery for later on that day between 6 to 8pm and that they could just leave it at the door. I left to run some errands and received an email at 5 saying that the driver returned my package to the warehouse, he didn't even attempt to go back like they said they would. I called customer service again and they said that I could either pick it up or wait for another delivery attempt. I had to drive 2 hrs in rush hour traffic to make it to Ontario before they closed. I've dealt with other fed ex locations and never had a problem until now. read more

The people at this Fedex location are rude, lazy, they lie, refuse to do their job. The african american lady insulted me, called me names and the manager Ruben Barba tried to cover up the rude behavior of the employees. The bald african american Fedex employee with the glasses has taken plenty of his time for small talks with the ladies about sushi and pizza restaurants, but no, no, no time to do his job. When I was next in line, he refused to process my shipment and went on a 30 minutes break. He said that his colleagues will process my shipment, but they refused. He lied about the cutoff time by saying there is no cutoff time, to justify him going on a break. Although I was there 1-1/2 h before cutoff time, my shipment has not been sent out and was delayed one day. When I complained to the manager Ruben Barba about the above, he behaved like a goon and threatened to call the cops on me. When I told him that I will call the cops to document this case, because I had about a dozen witnesses, he could not understand it, as he could not see any wrong doing by his employees or by himself. read more
