I can't used the right words to best describe FedEx!! This is by far the worst shipping/delivery organization ever. I was supposed to receive a package sent Friday from Ontario CA to receive it Saturday in Perris CA. Instead they sent it to Oakland and put a delivery date for Monday witch is 4 days instead of next day delivery! Then I call to complain and the representative was so unprofessional and stupid on the answers. She told that was the route! Wait, what!!! I had two packages expected to be delivered today; both requiring signature. i have been home all day and i happened to check not even ten minutes after the "delivery attempt" and it says they were unable to leave the package. first problem, the driver did not even attempt to knock on the door or ring the doorbell. second problem, both packages required signature, however one package was still left at my door. if they were gonna leave one package knowing it needed signature why not just leave both instead of leaving a door tag on my door. now i have to waste my time, gas, and energy to pick up my package. just horrible! read more

This is my second review of FEDEX. THEY REALLY SUCK!!! I got a text message stating they tried to deliver my package but no one was at my home, but my wife was home all day long and never heard the doorbell or seen any package at the front door. The text message said they will retry again the following day. Very early the next day at 9:37 got a text message that package was delivered at the front door. Came down and checked the front door and guess what........NO F#@%ING package was anywhere in sight and didn't even see the FEDEX truck. I called the phone number I got from the website and spoke to a customer care rep who said she will advise the driver to find out where the package was delivered. It's now 4 pm and no sign or no call from FEDEX regarding my package. So I got FEDUP! and called them again, the response I got is wait till Jan 3 and if the package has not been delivered that I need to call the sender of the package. HOW F#@%ING hard is it to trace where the package was delivered to? Does it take 5 days to locate it? How would I know who the sender was? The postal service and UPS have a better and more efficient way of tracking packages, it's called "hire people that can do their job correctly" instead of some bozo from the streets or some illegal alien that cant read directions!!! read more

Terrible lying delivery drivers from this location ! I was Supposed to have a delivery today, Saturday by noon, I sat here waiting and no delivery ! Here comes the best part : the liar delivery driver put on there no one home ! No door tag, no nothing, and I was here looking outside every few minutes. Now it states they may deliver by 10:30 on Tuesday, sure I am going to sit on my porch until then ! Unbelievable, unacceptable, piss poor bad service. Filed a complaint, heard nothing. Ignorant employees that could care less of their customers... I would highly suggest driving 1 more mile up Jurupa to UPS where you can simply drop off your packages without waiting in a 45 minute line just to be rejected bc you have morebthen 5 packages. Horrible customer service. The previous negative reviews regarding Jose are exactly right. He is rude, not helpful, and slow! Took an hour to check us out while the guy next to us did all the work helping customer after customer after customer. Jose was no help on how to pack something or suggestions on options to ship. It was like pulling teeth (with no painkillers) to get information from him. I left this location feeling extremely harassed, hurt and embarrassed and strongly feel we were over charged. Tried to reach a manager and was instead transferred to one of his piers. Needless to say, I won't use Fedex in the future if it can be avoided. After reading all the reviews for this FedEx location, let me disclose that this 5 star rating is based on my solely 1 visit here. I arrived :15 minutes before closing and there was only one other person here. There where two FedEx employees at the counter so I got to walk right up and request my package. "Lucy" kindly told me to take a seat and that she would be back in a minute. As promised she returned with my package and away I went. This place is WAY worse than the post office, especially if you've had the misfortune of having to come here to pick up a missed delivery. On the front end, they were good about taking my slip, but it took close to 20 minutes to find my package. There were at least 20 people in the same boat as me. I came from moval to pick up my package of 5 gifts for Christmas it was past due on the delivery date and said it wouldn't be in til Christmas eve , but we celebrate that day. This was my first visit to this location and it was surprisingly crowded at 6pm on a Wednesday evening. Thank goodness the people waiting in line were friendly because some of the clerks seemed frazzled, underpaid, and overworked. I had my new shelter rescue furkid Bella with me (a small, creamy white Chihuahua) and ended up chatting with a lady about dogs while we waited patiently for our packages. 2 of the clerks seemed to be pretty good at locating packages but the other 2 were having a hard time finding people's stuff. The place doesn't close until 7:30pm during the week and you'd figure they'd get people in and out, but the wait was longer than I thought it would be (20-30 minutes). Fortunately, my package was there so I was able to show my ID, sign for it, and move on to my next destination. It's best to call to confirm that your package is available before making that drive. A lady drove all the way to Rancho from Mo Val, waited a long time, and found out her package hadn't even arrived yet. Anther guy showed up without ID and wasn't able to get his stuff either. Speak with a representative, get verbal confirmation that your package is available, and don't forget to bring your govt-issued ID. read more

To bad I can't post a photo of a packaged delivered today by Fedex - I swear it looks like the bag was run over by a truck - the bag was torn open - the item inside damaged. The fix - looks like Fedex put some clear package tape over the torn area of the bag. (Really I wish I could post a photo - bag is all sckunched up into a kind of fold over ball and taped - tire marks over the top 50% of the bag under the taped portion. Security Camera..... Driver runs up to the door - tosses the bag on the porch - rings the door bell and runs back to the van and takes off.( The old ring an run game we played when we were kids...) So I call Fedex, just to advise them of the issue and asked if the company at least has a policy of leaving a notice - the package was damaged during delivery - WHAT?? Really - They say Fedex is not responsible to leave notice of a damaged package. If I have a problem - I can go on line and down load a claim form...... I explain I was only asking to assist with the return to Amazon - "Sir - you can down load a claim form on our web site." Yikes! OK - no worries - that is the best Fedex can offer. I normally don't have a problem with any delivery........I was just concerned about a return - so I called Fedex to ask for advise with my return - I'm sure this wasn't mailed out by Amazon in its condition. I do know - the Post Office will at least place a package inside a clear envelope with a notice of damage..... Sometimes accidents happen - no big deal - we are all human - it's just nice to get an acknowledgement that something happened or a simple - I'm sorry. I'm not a big shipping account to anyone, just a regular family the normal amount of packages being delivered to any household anywhere...so it is good to know Fedex doesn't need to worry that this one household will have any impact what so ever on the big giant company they are. read more

I Had the best experience here.. I'm so glad I came in. This particular location is really nice and clean, probably alot better then most USPS locations. As soon as I walked in there were 2 ladies at the counter and 3 customers ahead of us. They were fast and friendly Liddy the women who helped us was great. we couldn't find a box for the frame we wanted to ship. I wouldn't of never thought to create my own box but she was a shipping expert she improvised and made it happen!! yay!! thanks so much Liddy!! read more

Never been to a FedEx office before I had a hard time finding the right entrance I first pulled up and parked on the side of the street I guess where drivers enter and this heavy African American lady directing traffic starts waving her hands in the air yelling from a far as I get closer to see what she's trying to say she yells again very rude that the there's no drop offs here and to go around the corner! Her attitude was very sickening and I felt embarrassed for her. Then I wait in line to only get told my package wasn't at the office yet when a note was dropped off at my house at 11:30am! I'm not sure where to begin so I'll try to keep this short. I ordered a new phone and was expecting it to be shipped Via two day shipping....boy was I wrong. Not only did I miss the fourth day delivery but I took the next day off to make sure I wouldn't miss it again...and nothing. I went online to check my status and it said there was a second attempt to deliver my phone and since "no one was home" I'd have to come pick it up that following Monday....I was at home all day from 7am-4pm and this attempted delivery took place at 3:41pm....this company is awful for hiring liars. I will be sure to go out of my way never to use FedEx, if they lie about making deliveries I can just imagine what else their drivers lie about. read more

Nightmare experiences with Fed-Ex!!! First, the driver did not even ring the chime/bell while my son at home was waiting to receive the item I ordered from B&H. Tracking number indicated Thursday morning delivery. In the meanwhile, I called Fed-Ex 800 customer advocate team to find out why they cannot locate my package. Seven different reps told me different information, admitting that the driver and FedEx staff made several mistakes. Every single day since Thursday, I spent 30 min to 1 hour on hold with Fed-EX advocate team and each promised to call me back with an update. No one called me back. No one updated me - even after I filed two complaints with FedEx. Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, every single day, different promises. They still cannot assure me if I can receive the package tomorrow, Tuesday, 2/5/2019. After Fed Ex manager- via the 800 number agreed that several mistakes were made, there was nothing that he could do to help the customer. I even offered to drive 30 miles to Ontario. Every day they found someone at FedEx made one mistake after another. Also, terrible customer service. I understand why others rated 1 start for FedEx. I do not trust Fed-Ex after multiple nightmare experiences. US postal service deserves a far better rating than Fed-Ex. I predict that STOCK PRICE for Fed-Ex will not remain strong and continue to plunge because this is rather due to a lack of fundamental staff training and absence of infrastructure. read more

At 1010 I received a notification that it was a "failed attempt". After contacting FedEx they explained that the driver attempted and left a door tag. Well guess what, no door tag! I was suppose to receive my package on Tuesday! After 3 "failed" delivery attempts I actually contacted Fedex myself and gave them a gate code so there would be no problem when delivering. When I got the 4th "failed" delivery today I called and asked what was going on. Did I mention the actual gate was broken and open all day? Again their excuse was they couldn't get in! Really! Please take my advice. Whatever you do, don't miss your package delivery. If you do, you have to either come down to the station or wait until the next business day. When you call Customerservice to ask for any information they don't know what the hell is going on. Not to mention you can't even reach this facility directly because they have one number. Miraculously there are no supervisors that can be spoken to over the phone. Finally went to look online to see what the order number says... says at 6pm it was back at this center. We call customer service they comfirm its there and said to pick up at this location they close at 8:30PM. We arrive at 8:15 and they told us it closed at 8pm. Their phone rep plus the website says 8:30pm. So finally they let us in. While in there many others were waiting for their package. One man had been waiting for 30min bc they couldnt find their package! Worst FedEx location. I usually schedule a pickup, but at times I need a shipment to go out same day and I will drop off packages at this location. The employees are very rude here. They make you stand in line just to drop off package even if you do not want a receipt. UPS however, does not make you wait in an hour long line just to drop off a package. Not only that, but today I was told I can only drop off 5 ground packages. I have dropped off more than 5 ground shipments plenty of times with no issue and now they have a problem? Also during these times they only allow 6 customers inside, 6 feet apart, so most people have to stand outside in the hot sun and the line moves very very slow. I got a fking "great" service at this Fedex location today, FYI if you want to pick up your package, you are the ONLY one can pick it up with your ID, neither your brother, sister, nor any other alternative ways to pick it up, here is my story: My girlfriend's package was misdelivered even her brother was at home, not sure if the shipper had ring the bell or not. I checked the tracking and saw the message saying that the package could be picked up AFTER 7PM, and the store closes at 7:30PM (Yes, freaking logic, telling the customers to come after 7 but closing at 7:30, what if something happens just like my case??). I got there at 7:05PM, waited in line for more than 5 minutes, then I showed the tracking number to the Rep (she is a freaking "nice" rep, she is so freaking "nice" that you could tell when looking at her face, looks like she freaking hates her job and is there just for the paychecks). She started asking me: Rep: "Can I see your ID?" Me: "Hmm I am picking it up for my girlfriend, so the address is not going to match my ID's address." Rep: "It's ok, show me your ID please!" Me: "Here you go." Rep: *Start checking the ID and typing some freaking bs stuff* "Alright, can you give me a piece of paper that has your name, her name, and the shipping address on it?" *why fking checking my ID then tell me only the person with name listed on the package can pick it up, why didn't just tell me when I told her I came to pick up for my gf??* Me: "Excuse me, what? a piece of paper that has my name, her name, and the address on it? now? how can I get it?" Rep:"how can I tell that you're picking up for your girlfriend? we can't do that." Alright, it's fine until now right? now this is the fking part that FEDEX SHOULD GET YOUR FKING POLICY TEAM TO READ AND THINK ABOUT IT! Me: "Well, there are many ways that I can prove, I have my pictures with her, I can verify the shipping address, her phone number, and so on. Since she is still at work and not able to pick it up, that's why I am here." Rep:" We cannot do that, sorry, she has to be HERE with her ID to pick it up." *Me after thinking for a while* Me: "Ok, is there any other alternative ways that I can pick it up? such as having her send me her ID, then I can show you the picture we took together. (the ID has her name, photo, and shipping address on it and our picture taking together, why can't it be used to verify?) Rep: "No sorry we can't do that, she has to be HERE!" Me: "Ok, how about you call the phone number you have on the package and she will verify that I am coming here to pick it up?" (Why fking not?) Rep: "No we cannot do that either, sorry.
