My priority overnight package made it to this facility and it never moved again. My replacement order was again shipped priority overnight and again it went to this facility and never moved again. This place needs to be investigated. I believe they just have people in there stealing what they want and disposing of things that they don't want. My daughter purchased a birthday gift for me and it was to be delivered to our home address, PG&E was working on our street which was a Lane, the driver said they attempted twice to deliver but could not. the house was three doors down from the end of the block, and they could not walk three houses down to deliver the package and wanted us to go and drive 45 minutes to retrieve the package we paid to have delivered. Thank you, Thank You, Thank you, to the awesome fedex gentleman, at the counter he was pretty tall and he has glasses, he saved me this afternoon at 5:29pm, This Guy was super friendly when I came in frantic because I had been to 3 stores just before coming to this one to try to mail my package overnight and I finally found this location right before the cut off!!! This guy literally ran my (almost late rent payment ) all the way to the 5:30 truck as it was pulling away!!! FedEx had a delivery exception, but both my wife and I are working from home and the driver didn't even come to the front door. We have cameras all over the place and there was no attempt made at delivery (it's residential) and no sign of the truck. And now they want me to go and pick up the package from Pacheco. Horrible!!! The entire family was home today waiting for a package to be delivered by 10:30am. We all waited till about 10:40 until we had to leave. I checked the delivery status and saw a note that nobody was home. Ridiculous. We live in a small townhouse and were all here waiting for the package. Fedex has done this before. What a joke. I had a delivery today and they left an expensive dresser at the bottom of the stairs to my apartment. Being a single lady, I was unable to get it upstairs. I called FedEx and gave info by Anna that I would get a call back in 15 minutes. One hour later I called again and got Jerry. In the middle of our call, it went to survey question. I then called back and was told I would get a call back by 530pm. At 7pm I called again and got Jared who said that I should not have been told I would get a call today at all. I asked for a manager and after waiting 20 minutes, Alicia came on. She said no one was available to come back out today but will be back out tomorrow by noon. If my dresser gets stolen in the meantime, FedEx is definitely responsible. And I will advise Wayfair that I will let everyone I know to not buy from them if they continue to use FedEx. read more

The absolute worst place ever!!!!!!!! I always unfortunately get deliveries from this place whenever I use overnight or 2 day shipping. The driver NEVER delivers to my apartment! They don't call from the gate either. I'm at home at the time of delivery and the next thing I know is I get a delivery exception! They don't even try to attempt the delivery. Disgusting customer service. Serious firings need to occur. They tried to deliver a package on a Saturday, but I missed it. Fine. I work nights and got off work 6am Mon morning. Tried to go online to have them hold my package on site so I could pick it up in person (like the door tag said I could), but the option was grayed out for some reason. Had to wait around for a couple hours for the place to open. All their trucks are on the road before the store even opens, I'm pretty sure I saw my package drive off in one of the trucks that passed by as I waited for the doors to open. Doors open, and sure enough, package is on the road. Lady at the front desk does nothing but tell me "no" to every option I ask for. Won't let me pick a set time for delivery, tells me I have to go online to hold the package at the store (even though I told her repeatedly that option was grayed out online for some reason). Was ready to start banging my head against the wall. Door tag says you can hold packages online, this turned out to be false. Door tag also says hours of operation go until 6:30pm, but she told me the trucks are done around 3:30pm. Very nice guys... After pleading with her to tell me what she CAN do for me, instead of shooting everything down, she talks to her manager and says "we'll try to be there at the time you requested." You'll TRY??? Not very reassuring, considering you already dropped the ball twice based on false information posted on the door tag. Sadly, I can only shake my head at this embarrassingly bad customer service. After paying $20 to have a package delivered in 2 days, I get a note on my door that my package was not left for security reasons. Really. I get it, I'm working and not home to receive packages during a weekday, but it could have been left (if my top floor apartment in a gated and monitored complex wasn't deemed secure enough) with the front office, like all the other packages that aren't delivered to the actual apartment door? I was informed when I called to request they attempt delivery again that there would be an additional $20 charge to deliver it on a Saturday, or, for free, I could eliminate some of their workload and go pick up the package myself from their local distribution center. I get that there are variables in package delivery, but it's a slap in the face to be told to spend even more money for a service that failed to deliver as promised, or do the job oneself. Just lame. When I DID go to the center to pick up my package, there appeared to be only one employee working (poor thing) and a line of ten irritated customers waiting for their failed deliveries. I placed a order with Design It Yourself Gifts & Baskets, I paid $27.99 extra shipping to have a Mothers Day gift delivered to my Daughter & it wasn't delivered by FEDEX but FEDEX sent me a email message saying it was delivered. My Daughter was home ALL day waiting on her Mothers Day gift. A large gift basket with two balloons was said to be placed on her porch. No one knocked on her door nor rang a doorbell. I'm currently waiting to hear back from both. My sister is a Manager for UPS and ALWAYS praising UPS while others put them down. I'm so upset right now. All I see when I look at my order from FEDEX is"Signature not required" Is that a secret thing staying its ok to take the package? All over my shipping invoices and ANYTHING to do with my order I see those words. Sad that I have to pay additional money for a signature to make sure my package is received by the other party. I hate FedEx, for so many reasons. I do wish we could give negative stars. A few years ago we had a package sent to us that ended up on the wrong route, instead of being on the truck that delivers to Antioch it was on the truck that delivers to Benicia. Seems simple to fix right? NO not easy at all, every day I would check the tracking and it would show the package was "out for delivery". I kept calling FedEx to have the package transferred to the Antioch route, I kept getting the same response. "We can't change the route it is on if it is out for delivery" I talked to the operators at the 800 number, the supervisors, and the package center where the trucks are loaded; it was like talking to a brick wall, after over a month the package was finally transferred to the Antioch route. The idiots put it on the home delivery truck instead of the business delivery, what the hell is the difference? The "residential delivery" route driver didn't get to our office until 5:30; our office closes at 5:00 Wonderful, our package ended up on a truck in Antioch for a week before I could finally get delivery. Total was 43 days for my package to come from Mexico to California, I could have walked down there and back in that time. This is not the first or last time that my packages have been on the wrong truck, the people at FedEx are never much help, I actually avoid ordering anything from a vendor unless they will ship UPS or USPS. Our company uses a recycling service for our used lamps, the boxes have a prepaid shipping label, we HAVE TO call FedEx for pickup, not given a choice on this corporate mandated program, it often takes several days to get a package picked up, even though FedEx delivers to our office a couple of times a day. Great, we end up with big boxes sitting in the front office in the way for a few days. Most for the time when we have an outgoing package I use UPS, when George comes by the office he takes whatever is there, no need to call for pickup, no special arrangements, no hassle If it's a big amount or I need to get away from the office for a little bit, I will take the packages to the UPS store in the Delta Fair center, usually quick in and out read more

If I could I would give them no stars!!!! This facility is unhelpful, and doesn't do their job. I had a package that was missed. So the tag was left behind. I signed the tag left it on the door for the next day. My son was at home all day. No knock, no package. Instead, I get a notification on my text at 1:37PM that there was no answer and another tag was left with instructions. I called at 1:45PM and asked them to contact the facility to have the package dropped back off and that I would receive a call within two hours of the delivery. Nothing! I called back after two hours. No documentation of the call. No one remembers anything about it. And now it's too late, and the only way I can get the package is to drive to their facility which is an hour away, an hour after I get off work. Ordered a bathroom vanity from LA and paid a pretty penny to have Fed Ex ship it to us before Christmas. First one arrived with the box badly damaged. Opened it up and found the marble counter top shattered and the vanity demolished. It had obviously been dropped from a significant height to do that kind of damage. Our shipper immediately shipped another vanity, ensuring that they added extra padding to keep the vanity safe. We watched the fed ex delivery driver push the vanity to the edge of her truck, then drop it the 4 feet to the street below. We opened the box on her dolly at the back of the truck, and as expected, this vanity was broken as well. We refused delivery. Their entire purpose is to deliver packages. If you can't do your one job right fed ex, maybe it's time to get out of the shipping business. read more

Driver stole my package. The driver walked up to my door scanned my package and when I walked to the door there was no package. The driver was driving off by the time I tried to catch them. I immediately called fedex and asked them to have the girl come back and they said they could not reach the facility but would create a case for them to call me. I ordered a birthday gift and paid for overnight delivery. The item was originally promised on July 7th. It was then pushed out to July 8th. I was ok with that because it was a gift for a 60th birthday on July 9th. The package never came. The lazy substitute driver put notes in the computer that my daycare business was closed and he had no access into the gate for delivery which is not true. We are here 24 hours! He could have called from the gate to be buzzed in...The new delivery date was put into the computer as today, July 11th despite the fact that they made other deliveries here on Saturday the 9th and Sunday the 10th. This confuses me. I live about 12 houses from the front gate and one time they threw our package over the gate into the first yard. Thankfully the homeowner brought it down the street to us. I wasn't able to be at home for package delivery. Spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to figure out a way to make it work and decided that going to the Pacheco location was easiest. Long story short, when I got there I was told that they couldn't locate the package. "the driver may have left it in his truck" "a manager will look for it and we'll call you back". No call back, nothing. This is unacceptable and just shitty human behavior. Where the hell is the package?? Now I have to "file a claim" with the sender which will delay getting it how long? I paid for the two day shipping and it did arrive at the local facility in two days BUT has been out for delivery for 3 days in a row and the facility is literally a 15 min drive away!!! Okay, so the office itself is efficient. I went in on my bike, which they were cool with letting me bring inside. Gave them the tracking number, I got my id, they grabbed my package, I signed a form, and I was out in under a minute. Their office is open until 7:15. So, the FedEx guy seemed really concerned about the gate key, and apparently it was malfunctioning (stupid me). So I went out and showed him how to do it, and why it was not working, and so on. They refuse to deliver to our building. They drop off our items to the building across the way even though the address and suite # are right on the envelope. Several times now they don't check the bins for pickup and leave envelopes in the bin. It has happened several times, we've complained and nothing is done. It's very disheartening. So I haven't been on Yelp for that long and I wanted my first review to be about a pleasant experience but unfortunately that is not going to happen. I actually should have written this in the heat of the moment because my true emotion would have been revealed. But my re-enacted emotion will just have to do. LOL! I must first say that a part of this is my fault because I am such a last minute person. But when I order something online "Next day Express Delivery" and pay an arm and a fucking leg I expect to have it EXPRESSED to me the next day!! I have ordered from this place numerous times and never had an issue. My problem is not with them it is with FedEx. I placed my order on Tuesday night (after cut-off) May 24th with expected delivery on Thursday May 26th. Works for me, but because I was so nervous about not getting it by Thursday I made a call to the company to get some reassurance...And that is what they gave me!! I was told it would be delivered Thursday morning by 10:00AM (YAY! I do a little dance) Whew! So I am driving home Thursday evening thinking I am going to find this package on my porch or on my pool table since it was going to be delivered by 10:00AM and the hubby would be there to get the door when it arrived. But I come home and NOTHING on the pool table. Okay, they probably just left it on the porch! Go out to the front and NOTHING!! WTF!! Then I look again on the pool table and find a Door Tag from FedEx saying they "attempted" to deliver my package and that a signature was required. OK, that shouldn't have been a problem seeing that my husband was home to sign?? But how the hell is he supposed to do that when you don't even ring the doorbell!!!! I immediately picked up my phone and called FedEx and the girl I spoke with was beyond rude! I explained the situation and told her the driver didn't even ring our doorbell and all she could say was: "Well you have 15 minutes to get to Pacheco and get your package!" (I will not even write out what I told her) Put it this way I just drove an hour and 15 minutes to get home from that area there was no way I was going to make it there in time! I call back and speak to another agent and he asked for my information and I could hear him tapping away on his computer and he tells me that no information was showing up under that #. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?! So I have to give him my info all over again and ask if I could pick the package up on my lunch the following day and he tells me the only way to do that is if I call the company who shipped it to me and have them change the order? What? Why? So I said forget it and when can I expect the package to be delivered and he said he could have the driver send it out first thing so I should have in the AM. The next morning as I am driving to work I get a call from a woman who is following up on my delivery and she was wondering if I wanted to go ahead and just pick it up at the Pacheco location. Huh? Really? At this point I was beyond frustrated! Why all the wrong information? So I just tell her to please let me know when the delivery is going to be made so I can have my husband wait for the driver. She also told me 10:00AM... Ok great! Thanks!! Can you guess what time the package came?? Let's just say the hubby was up all day and not very happy and neither was I...!!! Very poor customer service. My delivery was not made, no tag, no knock, no phone call. I was literally sitting by the front door waiting. The web site says no one was home. Called customer service twice. Promised a return phone call and my package by end of day... but nothing. Called customer service again and was told by their customer advocacy team - they don't guarantee delivery and they did not tell me to stay home from work even though I need to sign for the package. They will ship your package three consecutive business days in a row, but can't schedule a redelivery on a day when you're actually going to be home. They will hold it for two days at the shipping center that's 20 miles away from my house and if I don't pick it up it will be returned to sender. I'll have to take the day off just to pick up a package? Now my package will be sent back to the sender. What a joke. Had a package shipped overnight (obviously costing me a fortune in shipping to make happen!). Package scheduled for 3pm delivery today. Been checking the tracking all day, all a sudden "no scheduled delivery date at this time" cuz they "couldn't deliver due to business being closes". Wtf FedEx. I'm not a business. I'm a residential address. So incall about it just now 4pm, they're open til 630 pm and literally got told "there's no drivers left everyone went home.. looks like it got mixed up, u can come pick it up If u want".
