The older women that was there almost made me leave the store --- she was caustic -- Customer service is everything -- I work with rescues and my fur babies are all rescues. They are my babies -- so understanding and patience is Key for me. It turns out one of the Kibble formulas the younger women recommended and gave me a sample of was a huge hit in the house even with my picky fosters. I will be back to purchase that.
