I would like to share a concern regarding my recent shopping experience…read more I spent a total of ( $99.92 medicube sets + $30 lacto fit + $1.99 on ice cream) at the store. At the time of checkout, I was not informed about a promotion offering a special giveaway with three gift items. When I asked an employee at the entrance about any ongoing promotions, I was told that there were none. However, I later noticed a promotional stand advertising a "3 gift giveaway" offer. I then returned inside the store and received one item (a cushion) from the cashier. Then I went again and ask about their promotions to give me the amuse set because I spent over $100 not $60. Since my total purchase exceeded $100, I would like clarification on why I was not offered the full promotional set at the time of checkout. I respectfully ask that staff knowledge of active promotions be updated to prevent similar misunderstandings in the future.

I waited approximately 10 minutes for assistance. I politely tried to get the attention of the manager, who was working in the photo area, but he either did not hear me or chose not to respond. I waited a few more minutes, and still no one came to assist. After repeatedly waiting without help, I raised my voice simply to get someone's attention. Instead of receiving assistance, I was asked to leave the store--despite the fact that there were no cashiers available and no help provided. The store felt like it was running unattended. I have video footage showing how empty the registers were during this time. I do not recommend this Walgreens due to lack of customer service and poor management. I will be contacting corporate to report this experience.

The tuna onigiri was alright, but the chicken one was addicting. So much more flavorful. I also tried the cream soda in the strawberry flavor and it was AMAZING on a hot day of walking around.
