The second time we ordered in the late afternoon takeout so that we could bring it back to our condo before the evening show at Chautauqua. My guess is the second time the oven was much hotter, so they could accommodate turning more pizzas more quickly. This made their product inferior by cooking it at too high of a temperature. The restaurant really needs to look for quality control, and consistency. Based on the number of good restaurants in the area, or more like lack there of, if they were more consistent, they could dominate the market.

I said, "I prefer the larger one, it's for FOUR EXTRA LARGE PIZZAS" and she looked me right in the eye and said, "No, unless you want to pay .50 for it" I pulled the cup away and gave the second girl a buck and told her to keep the change. The two employees who witness this interaction had a "WTF is going on" look on their faces. This was my first time, and obviously last time here, and I'm really not sure what was going on. The whole interaction felt personal.
