Vinnie's is incredible! The service was extremely friendly and our waitress was amazing and caring despite being short staffed. Definitely recommend getting their pizza and wings. This was a terrible experience. 1. Timing of food delivery to table was the worst. My friends dinner came out first. Then 10 min later my salad. And after about 35 min they brought out my mini pizza. 2. When I lifted the first slice of pizza to eat a bug crawled out of it. I dropped the piece showed the bug to the person who brought it and told her to just take it away and remove from our bill. They offered to make another and I said no thanks no desire to eat after seeing the bug. 3. Waited for bill for another 10 minutes. When we went to bar to pay bill in hand was $19.44. They ran the credit card and charged $36. I was trying to explain that they charged us the wrong amount and asked for them to refund the wrong amount and charge the correct amount. Some lady who must have been a friend or something of the restaurant came up behind me and started yelling at us. I asked her to back away from me and stay out of the conversation because it was none of her business. She kept getting closer and closer to me. 4. When we finally got them to correct the overcharge and were leaving some obviously intoxicated guy followed us out to our car waving his hands and threatening us. If you like each person at your table eating at different times,bugs in your food, being charged for someone else's bill and then being threatened and intimidated by patrons then this is the place for you. Pork lumpia was so good, I almost ate them both. The sauce and veggies are perfect. Golden parmigian with a little mild hot sauce Was the wing flavor we got and they are a hit!! Very tasty! Cuban sub was toasted just right and filling, brought half home. The buffalo cheese wontons are really good too. We totally recommend this mom and pop restaurant that has something for everyone on the menu. The service is fast and so nice. Looking forward to going back for sure. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered 2 pizzas at 6:15 and by 9:00 they still never showed up. I called 3 different times to check on them. The first time I called they just yelled that it was on its way without even asking who I was and hung up on me. The next time at about 2 hours in, they said it was just going in the oven. After almost 3 hours, I called again and they said I had to come get the pizza, they weren't delivering it. They had decided that without informing me of that. Weird, right? Who does that? Ugh... We were on a weekend ski trip and the resort recommended this place as having the "best" pizzq around. I should have known better coming from a place that is known for good pizza and wings.... So we ordered a large pizza with just cheese, pepperoni and onion. Well We expected it to take a while because we had read reviews of the delivery taking a while. But, believe it or not they came within an hour They delivered the pie and when we opened it we were disappointed to see raw onion om top of the cooked pie. I didn't like the pizza; I thought the crust and sauce were wrong. The pepperoni ball wasn't bad but the sauce didn't taste very good. I wondered about the Filipino food and was interested to try it. I asked the guy working of all the things on the menu what was the most authentic and he said 'it's all pretty awesome'. So I went with pizza. I probably should have gotten Filipino food. I will do that next time because you were so nice in your reply. But I do not want styrofoam: It's bad for the environment. If some very casual restaurants in the area are using paper boxes instead of styrofoam, you can as well! I'll see you next time around...though I hope for a paper box when I do! I would like to start out by saying the food we got was pretty good. But it took 2 hours to get it. Well the soup I ordered came in about a hour. It tasted pretty good but it was only half full. I wanted to say something but I saw how poorly they treated another person that had issues with his meal. I was with a small group of people and I didn't want there meals to get ruined and told to leave. The one waitress was a little nice. She came over and apologized for the wait and explained the kitchen was short staffed. But the funny part was from where I was sitting I could seen the kitchen and they had 3 people. Three people that spent more time talking than anything else. Honestly, I can't begin to fathom how this restaurant is still open. In the last two years I can count on one hand the number of times my orders have been finished correctly and in a timely manner. In many instances, my husband has just sat down at the bar for a beer, or three, while waiting for the food to finish, or start, cooking (after already waiting 35 minutes, an hour, or even longer at home). They clearly have a poorly designed system and skip the step that tells the kitchen there is an order to be cooked. But the thing is, I have never ONCE heard them apologize. One time when my sister was hugely shorted on her order, the wife of the owner screamed in her face, claiming she didn't know there was more than just a pizza on the order, while the owner ran his mouth loudly about his political views at the bar. I witnessed another local woman who complained on Facebook about terrible service and having to wait hours for the food she ordered before taking it home to feed her family, and they publicly berated her instead of just APOLOGIZING for their mistake. Most recently, two of my friends sat in front of me and called in an order for their dinner. They were told it would be 35 minutes before they could pick it up. I live about five minutes from the restaurant, and knowing the food usually takes longer than they say, they decided to wait the full 35 minutes before leaving to pick up their meal. Upon arrival, the bartender (the same one they placed the order with over the phone) stated that they had never placed an order and it would be at least another 25 minutes before their was food cooked. They were then, for the first time ever, offered a 20% discount on a *future* order because of this order that was allegedly never placed. They left, hungry and upset. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry for many years, customers should never be treated as they are at Vinnie's. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra few miles to one of the many other places in the area that sells pizza to get good food on time and with a smile. read more

I checked with the front desk to see if a pizza place delivered, and they gave me a menu for Vinnie's. The pizza wasn't that bad, the crust is huge and fluffy. It sorta reminded us of school lunch pizza, and I think that says what you need to know. Since they were out of mozzarella sticks (really? at a pizza joint?), we tried the cheesy bread sticks, which was just pizza dough with some oil and cheese and a side of marinara - perhaps better than the pizza. read more

I have never had a bad pizza from them and I consider Vinnie's to be one of my favorites for pizza. Fresh dough, fresh ingredients, not greasy. Simple food and they are probably open right now. Are you from outa town and you are hungry? They are a very small and very BUSY Pizza place. You are FAR AWAY from civilization and they may be your only choice, seriously. Tired? Family on your case? Kids are hungry? Get YOUR BUTT into a car and PICK UP THE FOOD YOURSELF! This place exists in the snow belt and it could be snowing for all their deliveries but not at your hotel. I cannot rate the food because we have yet to receive our order and it has been over an hour, but the service so far is terrible, only one person working, we ordered pizza and was there over 30 minutes when we asked how much longer, the kid working went to ask and I over heard the lady in the back very rudely stating "I have other stuff to do", he came back out and stated it will be atleast another 45 minutes, He repeated what the lady in the back said about having other stuff to do and take out orders ahead of us, I would not recommend this place based on service, they really need to hire more help read more

This has got to be the most ridiculous excuse for a restaurant. It's part thrift store, part bar, part restaurant. The pizza doesn't even taste like pizza, and they stretch the dough thin to save money. Their mixed drinks are way overpriced. If you order and they forget about your order, they'll tell you that you called back to cancel. The wait time for food is also unacceptable. They treat their employees like absolute shit, and talk to each other horribly in front of other customers. Do yourself a favor and don't even order a stick of gum here. When we tried to order drinks with the bartender she told us that she would be over to our table when she had time, probably 10 minutes. A half hour or so goes by and we still haven't been checked on so two of us from the group decided to try the bar again. At that time someone came to our table and told us that it would be probably 20 minutes, a half hour if we got wings. 40 minutes go by and we still haven't gotten any of our order, not even drinks and a table behind us with more people who came in probably a half hour after we did were served. We had to go back up to the bar and then someone finally started to fill our drink orders.
