No dragging, no awkward downtime just a clean, high-energy experience start to finish. Each room has a different vibe and objective, testing your speed, agility, and memory just to name a few things. I visited with a group of 4. We went during opening weekend so there were a few kinks -- some of the games weren't loading and other games would go on too long so we got bored and tired. I think that'll work itself out eventually though. The manager was kind enough to invite us back on a different date to experience the other interactive experience they offer, Sensas, since we weren't able to play all the games due to the glitches. I take away a star because it was really hot in there. I'm not sure if there was any A/C in the building. And also, though the manager was super kind to my group, it was super disheartening to hear the way he was speaking to his staff. I hope that even in the midst of frustration, he can remember to be kind and respectful to his team in the future! Overall this is something different to do in Dallas with friends. I'd recommend! We recently visited Glow and Go and had a disappointing experience. Before our visit, I had reviewed the Glow and Go FAQs to ensure that our 1-year-old could attend. I found that participants must be at least 51 inches tall, and children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult (18+). However, pregnant individuals may participate if they can move comfortably. I thought this was great news because we can only attend events that allow us to bring our daughter and we planned to put her in a carrier, similar to how pregnant individuals participate. We have done this at other physical and active locations , such as Activate. So to be sure, I tried several times to call ahead and verify, but every time I called the listed number, I got a busy signal.The FAQs also stated that tickets could be purchased at the box office. Given the time of day, we thought that was the best option since we couldn't verify any information with a staff member via phone call. When we arrived our group was greeted by a friendly new staff member who said it had only been her first week working there and an unfriendly woman who was not very enthusiastic. We had intentions of booking the Glow and Go for four adults with our daughter who would be securely strapped to me in a carrier. However, the unfriendly staff member denied that would be possible due to not creating a pleasant experience for others and it was too dark which could frighten the baby. We asked if they could help us brainstorm a solution so we could all experience Glow and Go. Fortunately, the new staff member was very kind and willing to help. And mentioned splitting into groups of two leaving one person to watch the baby while the other two went in for the experience and then switched off. This plan was far from how we wanted to experience the fun group activity, and it would have required double the time, which was not feasible for us. In the end, I decided to sit out with our daughter so that the rest of them could try it out. When we went to pay, we kindly asked if they offered military discounts, and they said yes, but only for the Sensas experience. We were also shocked to learn that, even though we had arrived about 15 minutes before a time slot was available, we would have to wait an extra 30 minutes because the system wouldn't allow them to book a walk-in with such "short notice" (which was not mentioned and seemed contradictory to the FAQs). The unfriendly staff member claimed that they had no control over the phones or the booking system and that "they" handled all that. When I asked who "they" were, she said the people above. I asked what was the best way to contact "them" , and she told the other staff member to give me a small piece of paper with a QR code on it. When my family finished the game, I was eager to hear about their experience to decide whether we should bring other family members to try the Sensas experience. However, I was disappointed to learn that they also encountered several issues during the experience. First, several buttons in the whack-a-mole room got stuck. Upon entering the laser room, the TV was not working, leaving them in the dark and confused. Fortunately, one of them managed to turn it on, but it clearly took away from the experience. In the same laser room, the bands were not scanning properly. In the floor is lava room, the projector was not aligned properly, causing the sensors to malfunction. It was described to me that some of the safe brick portions were not on the stepping stands and instead projected onto the floor, preventing them from collecting points. We thoroughly enjoy events like these and trying new things, so we were excited about Glow and Go. However, the numerous issues we encountered made the experience hardly enjoyable.

Unfortunately, I did not have access to connect with him prior to the event but his pictures and reviews looked good. Glad I chose Chef Chris and his team because they were great. They showed up a little early to get set up and prepared. He did bring a lot of his own dishes and cookware. They were very kind to everyone but also focused on their craft. We had 4 courses. The food was amazing, everyone truly enjoyed the flavors and presentation. They cleaned up nicely and were out of there in no time at all. I would definitely recommend.

I picked the location - Main Street Grapevine, and we talked through the size of the group and my concerns. The biggest being store owners not appreciating a group in their stores during prime shopping season. Logan assured me that his team calls ahead, works with the stores that are willing and incorporates tons of outside fun. Ideally this would have been played in teams who competed, but my gang all wanted to work together so Logan suggest a wager for the girls - complete x number of tasks on the scavenger hunt, and we stop for coffee on the way home! Our family enjoyed a wonderful evening learning about Hawaiian cuisine. My kids, age 12 and 14, had a great time as well. He shared with us his love of Hawaiian foods which was evident in his cooking. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience with over 20 years as a chef in Maui and the Hawaiian islands. We were so lucky to have such a great chef teach and cook for us. It was an excellent meal that transported us back to our favorite family vacation and memories. We can't wait to do this again.
