Someone walked over and told me that the guy that does printing doesn't come in until 2p, so I can wait for an hour and come back or use self-service. It was just one sheet of paper so I opted for self-service. I'm preparing to print my sheet, but I wanted to use cardstock so I asked another guy if I can have a sheet of cardstock for my printing job and he said the guy that does printing isn't here so I can wait for him or come back because he wasn't sure if the printer can take cardstock. Unbelievable! There were at least 5-6 employees at the store and NO ONE knew how to use their printer? That is absolutely ridiculous. If you plan to come here to print something, make sure you call ahead to see if someone is even there to assist because it was such a waste of my time when no one there could help. I explained that I spoken to someone a few days before and they said there was no issue. I also noted that the paper says it can be done in an ink jet - I just don't have one. She refused to help me and I was now stuck in a major bind. Frustrated, stressed and annoyed I drive to FedEx Printing team off First Street and they saved the day. I wouldn't ever trust coming to this location as different information is given. I'll def be taking my promotions to FedEx.
