I found Fejjab Spa about a year ago now and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my skin. They are always extremely friendly as well as professional. The owners and all the employees always ensure you feel welcomed and comfortable. They are always accommodating to my schedule and trying to squeeze me in when they can. If you're looking for a great wake up for your skin or even a relaxing massage come here. You'll find yourself snoring away from the relaxation and extremely happy with all of their services. Update:: Extremely disappointed. I was a member of this establishment and had found value in it. I was able to get a few treatments a month at the one membership cost and had only paid extra if I chose a treatment that required an upgrade charge as well as the tip for my services. In Jan I went in twice and treated my boyfriend for a facial as well and only was charged the 1 fee and my bf was charged the upgrade for his enzyme. In May my son and I went in on the same day/same time. He recieved a facial and I got a wax. I was charged the 1 membership fee for both services plus our tip. Yesterday 6/15 I went in for my facial. Everything was fine. I decided to book a facial for my bf as part of his father's day gift. Especially since he'd already been before and knowing it would be covered by my membership. I even specifically asked to make sure it was covered and was told yes. Come to find out today it wasn't covered and now the membership only covers 1 treatment a month. Even though in the past that hasn't been the case. So if $39 only covers 1 treatment a month and any extra services are charged $39 depending on what you get, the membership isn't worth it. Groupon offers treatments for less and ker business offer happy hour for less as well. Extremely disappointed after being a loyal customer. They've lost my business and support. read more

This spa is a diamond! It is located near the corner of Lambert & Mills. It is by appointment only and as you enter the spa, it is very clean, and well organized. I was turned onto this location due to Groupon. I was greeted by co-owner and anesthetician Berenice, who was extremely thoughtful, kind and knowledgeable. I signed up for the 30 minute express facial. She was very insightful and informative, letting me know about each product as it was being applied to my face. If you've ever had a facial before you know that extractions can be very painful, however in my case, sorely needed. After the session was over I signed up for a membership so that I can enjoy more facials and possibly massages in the future. If you would like a membership I believe dues are collected the first of every month. The spa is literally just around my house and is quite awesome. Highly recommended read more

I received a gift for a massage at the Fajjab Spa. I read the reviews and they said that Hector gave a fantastic massage so when I called I was happy to hear that he was the one giving my massage. When I arrived it was a nice clean place and they were friendly but I have to tell you that he gave the best massage I've ever had! it was a full body, deep tissue massage and his hands are magical! I purchased a European Facial, when I got into the room it was recommended that it would be beneficial that I upgrade to the Pumpkin Peel facial and I'm so glad I did, it was awesome. It made my skin feel amazing after. I felt so relaxed. Clair was amazing and explain everything to me as she was going. The customer service was excellent as well. I have been coming to this place since I was around 3 months pregnant and now I am a week away from my due date ! The pregnancy massage they offer helped me so much with my body aches, and i also didn't really get any swelling throughout my whole pregnancy . It was really hard for me to find somewhere where they actually DID do pregnancy massages. The staff & owners here are such great people that care about their clients . I've been going for 4 months now and enjoy every session. They're very friendly, kind and helpful. My first time was a deep tissue massage and all other massages since then have been Swedish. Love this place. Surprised my boyfriend and went in for facials. We both had an excellent experience with our European facial. Originally went in with a Groupon to try it out, and left with a monthly membership. I had been searching for a new spa since moving back to the area and found one! I got the European facial with neck massage. I was told that they were going to use an enzyme peel that would be extra (not included in the facial). I wasn't told what products were being used on me, and the massage was ok (but I am picky about massages). I had a fabulous experience at Fejjab Spa in whittier. Hector, my massage therapist, was very professional, and both he, and the receptionist, were very hospitable. I had an amazing 90 min deep tissue massage. Hector listened to me, gave my problem areas extra attention, and put me to sleep. The Spa is nice and very zen. I only tried this place because of a Groupon. I loved it from the first visit and became a member. I have now had 3 different treatments with 3 therapist and they continue to impress me. My only complaint is the bed for the massage was pretty hard. My facial with Catherine was one of the best I've had and my massage with Jenna was perfect. Today I got a deep tissue massage from Bernice. It was my first time getting a massage and was definitely well worth it. I have had a lot of knots in my back and bernice was able to work them out. Also at any point the pain was to much I could just let bernice know and she would go softer. I was offered a tea or water at the end which was very nice. Hector and Bernice were both helpful and informative on what other services they have to offer and products. You can tell they have passion in what they do and do their very best to meet your needs. My cousin gifted me the Groupon Swedish massage deal for Christmas. Not exactly the relaxing experience I thought it was going to be, but that was due to the immense tension in my muscles! Even more so than I thought. But that is what I wanted tension relief! She informed me that I need a few more swedish massages to get all the knotts out before the deep tissue massage, because it might be too painful.
