What's really cool about this Pilates studio is all the different type of equipment that they have. They have 2 types of reformers, pilates chairs, and just all the bells and whistles. I took my class with Alexia and she was great! All her cues were on point and we did moves that were new to me. On top of that, she was super friendly and just fun to talk to. She offers tons of modifications to fit your skill level or where you just feel at that day. I tried to push myself and always go for the most challenging version and I was SWEATING. I did a sunrise hike earlier that day and definitely felt the leg shakes (in the best way). The whole studio felt super clean and it was really nice to get in a workout and be able to look out the window with beautiful views of the North Shore and hear all the chickens. I can't wait to come back!

Ana is so passionate of our her technics of using the reformer machine and waking up our body fascia with Ball rolling. By Body Rolling with several balls, I felt the difference in my joints, hips, shoulders, and back. I had more flexibility and movements was less challenging and less pain. I love Ana strategies in her training and training ethics. She could tell I was in pain just walking in her studio. She hit it on the money about my feet. I enjoy Pilates and kind of spoiled having that one on one trainer relationship. I can tell in my 8 sessions 8hrs training, I've learned a lot of my body and the mobility strength I condition up to. I love how they message/ check in with you before class and give you clear instructions on what to bring and where it's located. I found the studio easily and there was a lot of street parking. It was a full class but I'm glad there were beginners like me in there. I also saw people I recognized which was nice. I love that Catherine walks around class and fixes your form. The workout was tough and really pushes you through your limits which I needed. Definitely a humbling experience! Can't wait to take more classes!

I unfortunately almost passed out white face and I thought I was going to the hospital... but Kashmira came out and made sure I was okay and that if I needed anything she was there for me. Honestly she didn't have to do that but she did! And after that experience I will always come back to take class at that studio from her! The owner is so lucky to have her as an instructor on her team if she didn't check up on me I don't know what could have happen to me!!! Your the best Kashmira Demi!!

I've been training with Lucy since February and she is amazing!…read more It's been a few years since I did any form of exercise, so I needed something that wouldn't be too intimidating and give me a total body workout- pilates was it. Lucy customizes workouts based on your fitness level and goals. I started with personal lessons and moved to group sessions. I find group sessions were better for me as it gave me the motivation to push myself to do better, since I was in a class with advanced students. Therefore, I needed to keep up with them. I noticed a change within 6 weeks of continuous pilates and I didn't really change my eating habits. Although, it does help if you adapt to a cleaner lifestyle of eating, if you want to get into your hot girl era faster.

I love the ENERGY the instructors bring from the moment you walk in the door- I always feel welcomed, seen and encouraged. The workouts kick my butt no matter what level class it is since there can always be modifications. The instructors encourages by name, corrects your form, and are attentive. As much as I don't like driving from town to Kailua, KOMO gets me so I'll continue to make the sacrifice. Thanks for helping me show up to be a stronger better version than me.

I saw the Lagree Oahu studio by chance and looked it up and decided to give them a go. I've attended at least four classes now, each with a different instructor. While each instructor has their own style, I like that there is a consistency in the way each class is taught. The choreo every class is different but the moves are the same. Even though the Lagree workout is similar to Pilates, they're not the same. I definitely felt muscle aches in areas I've never felt before! Lagree Oahu is located at the Ala Moana Center ground floor, very conveniently by the main entrance close to Jeans Warehouse, Massage Palace, Marshall's, etc, and lots of parking in the mornings. It's a very compact studio, clean and bright. There are ten megaformer machines (reservations required) two changing rooms, cubbies, and a water fountain.

You'll leave drenched, sore, and strangely wanting more. Went with my friends to suffer (I mean, sculpt) together, and even took my 14-year-old daughter--she kept up and honestly enjoyed it. It's now becoming our little mother-daughter fitness thing. Instructors are super motivating and bring the perfect mix of kindness and tough love. Every class feels fresh and challenging, no matter your fitness level. If you're on O'ahu and looking for a workout that will tone, tighten, and humble you real quick--Lagree O'ahu is IT.
