So I decided to take a chance that cheaper may be better. And it was! His communication was impeccable. I find that doing any work with my house communication is where most companies fall short. Not with Ronald! He called back for a free estimate immediately. Came on a day that was good for me & my crazy schedule. On that day I was given a written estimate including the guarantee & full explanation of what would take place. Also a time frame for when these things would happen. March 18, 2026: I signed the contract. March 30, 2026: My old shabby posts removed & disposed. Then the new posts were cemented in. April 3, 2026: All gates were put up. Beautiful! The quality of the fence & hardware were excellent. Light years difference from the cheesy Home Depot fence that was previously up. I've already given my neighbor his number. You need a fence? What all can I say about this Company…read more.. I have been searching for a company to install PVC Fencing for a couple of years. As I really nailed down more solid searching I came across several who had 4.8* 4.0* but Precision had 5* rating. Although I was still apprehensive, I called spoke to Dan who was very professional in explaining to me about their company, not to put any of the other companies down, but he told me things about their process that others did not. He ask if he could come by and speak to me and my Son came as well to make sure I would be comfortable in what I was being told. When Dan came he took his time, showed me the material and thoroughly explained the process. Both my Son and I was very impressed and decided to go with 'Precision Fence' and BOY I don't regret it one bit. His team showed up today in a timely manner and they were beyond professional. Wilton, the team lead explained every process & I had to get on his nerve constantly going out to check on them, but you couldn't tell because he stopped & talked to me. The final product is even better then I imagined and I just want to say thank you to precision fence for making my yard look so beautiful!

Only once did someone knock on my door to tell me they were at my house- I feel they could have saved themselves. Few trips had they just let us show them the original issues. Instead of constantly coming to "fix" the problem and it never fully being resolved. Our last visit from them the gentlemen came to the door, he spoke with my husband and they finally understood what we wanted chAnged.., turns out they can't do it- but we are over it. We started the process in April and finally had answers in July. We definitely are not thrilled with the gate- but apparently it's not fixable to our standards.. And the length of time it took to get answers was disappointing... HOWEVER they we consistent in trying to fix the solution- they did come back when we had concerns.. And that says a lot about a company.. Maybe we are too picky or maybe they are not perfectionist-- it can be taken either way. I don't think we would ever use them again because of everything we went through with them.
