I've always been a huge fan of FENDI and shop at a few locations but of course rodeo is my favorite. I have a great relationship with Hugo who is really wonderful! He has extreme attention to detail and always knows what's coming, what's sold out and what I love. Everyone in the store is very nice and the customer service is 5star! This company doesn't even deserve one star!! I would never buy a Fendi product again. They DO NOT stand behind their products!!!! Back in August, I received a pair of sunglasses as a gift from my husband. My husband won them at a silent auction at a fundraising event so we do not have a receipt or the person's last name that originally bought them. So here is the long story and the reason I will never shop at Fendi!! Shortly after I got my sunglasses, the arm just completely fell off. I called Fendi and they informed me that I need to go through a third party repair shop to get them fixed and it takes 8-10 weeks. This was after I read them the style number that is stamped on the sunglasses so they had proof that these were a real Fendi product and not a knock off! So I called their third party repair company, Safilo. Safilo may be the second worst customer service experience that I have ever had. I was put on hold for at least 30 minutes every time I had to call this repair company, I finally got the information, packaged up my glasses, and personally mailed them in at my expense. 8 weeks later I call Safilo to see where the heck my glasses are and they didn't have them in the system but said sometimes it takes about 5 weeks for all the information to be put in. So I decided to just wait another week or so. Honestly, at this point, I still had trust that Fendi was a high end company that would stand by their products, right?? I received them a week after Safilo said they didn't have them in the system? I thought that was weird, but whatever, I had my glasses. Cut to....the second part of my story...after receiving my glasses, they no longer fit. They seemed stretched out and fell off my face every time I looked down so I could not even wear them. I DID NOT want to have to deal with Safilo again so I just waited until I was in Beverly Hills and figured I would just take them into the store and they would probably exchange them for a new pair or a pair of similar value. Once again, thinking Fendi is a high end store with products that they stand behind. Beverly Hills is not the easiest place to get in and out of so I didn't finally make it down there until the middle of November. The store said I would have to send them back in to Safilo..ugh!! I told them I did not want to deal with Safilo again so they offered too send them in for me. Well, after waiting another 8 weeks, the store says they can't be fixed. This is where it all goes to hell! At this point, they said I could send them in to Safilo myself for a repair. What? Well, come to find out, they didn't send them to Safilo, they sent them to some in house assessment team? I think this is odd since I was just told that Safilo is the only company that does repairs. So I call Safilo and the woman at Safilo is accusing me of doing something to the glasses since I didn't call them directly- back in September when I first received the glasses from them? So it seems there is no communication between Safilo and Fendi even though Fendi makes you go through Safilo to get your glasses repaired? Very frustrating! I spent many days on the phone, back and forth with the store, Fendi corporate and Safilo. The only thing this company stands by is the "company policy" that if you don't have a receipt they basically won't even work with you. I just am so floored that a company with such an expensive product would not do something for me. The money and time spent to send my glasses in on my own and deal with their third party repair company to then not have the issue resolved is so disappointing. I have my own small company and whenever anyone has an issue with my product I send them a new one right away, no questions asked!! The countless hours I spent wasting my time, jumping through hoops trying to get a product that works doesn't make sense. Instead, I am left with an expensive pair of sunglasses that can't be worn and a HEADACHE!!!!!! read more

When I went to the store I really like how they were nice and the stuff there are cool so I bought 3 shirt really good quality and for some reason has bad reviews but this place is amazing and should have really good reviews I would come back to this store and buy things fro me here. read more

This review is only for Rodeo Location...this location has the worst customer service.. starting from the management to regular client advisers. Simply they are doing nothing for their clients. My bag was damaged and I gave It to them for repair... many times I visited the store and I asked them to assist me to get my item within the exact period of time they promised me but it took 2 times longer than what they promised.. they just ignored me and I asked to talk with managers waited to long and no one showed up seems like this location has no manager and everybody does and say whatever they want...I will never recommend someone to purchase anything or have any deal with this store. read more

Even 1 star does not deserve such a attitude from a salesman !! I went to ask if Fendi has got a solution for my Fendi sunglasses that was scratched on its screen There was a mid-age salesman with bear that came to help me. As soon as he heard my first few word, he didn't let me finish my sentence. I had another question regarding the same topic, but again he didn't let me finish my question. I stopped talking and I was very upset with this uneducated salesman who didn't welcome me to theFendi store and didn't try to help me. With a very rude attitude he told me " it seems that you are not happy about something " I told him yes, you don't let me even to finish my sentence!! As soon as I wanted to tell him my question again he interrupted AGAIN!!! (My question was about the amounts of sun protection after the scratch on the screen, cause I have sensitive eyes to sun.) What was he thinking? I am not gonna spend money in this store giving such customer service. Even when I was buying this item, they told me that I have a pretty good guarantee on this product.
