I usually enjoy this place but the last 2 times coming (today included) I was overcharged for something I didn't ask for. The first time we came last weekend to get my daughter's nails done and they had us wait in the pedicure chairs without water or without help for about 30 minutes before I decided to leave. This time I came for my pedicure that I was waiting for last time, and I was charged for gel polish when I did not ask for gel polish. In fact, the technician didn't ask if I wanted regular polish or gel. They know me well there I've come several times so it's weird that she would give me Joe when I did not ask for it especially for a pedicure. I'm not sure if I will return strictly because this is two times in a row where I've felt the service has really really gone downhill. read more

I'm sooooooooo sad that I can't have acrylic nails for my new position volunteering at a hospital. My nails were so fragile & broken so I came in requesting a dipping powder manicure on my real nails (that cannot be longer than a FOURTH of an inch). While I'm extremely heartbroken that I can't have long nails anymore, I'll live, & Crystal said my natural nails will regrow & get stronger within a few weeks. I'm hoping to have them a bit longer than is seen in the photo, like she had hers. But mine were very damaged from years of acrylics. It's so weird adjusting to this new life! Typing is so weird now! I was looking for a new nail salon close to home and came upon this salon on Google maps. I gave them a call to see if an appointment was required and the woman who answered the phone said they time to take me in as soon as I could arrive which was about 20 min. I came in and was immediately greeted and was asked to check in with a tablet. The layout is nice and open and the decor inside was super cute for Christmas! I love it here! Been coming for years! I love how they have a website that you can book your appointments on so you don't have to call! Customer service unmatched! A gel mani is $35 which is how much French tip is. Jolie is so accommodating! If my nail chips shortly after I got them did, I can come in to get it fixed which I love because stuff happens in life. The thing about long lasting nails is the prep is important. I was here for an hour and I think that's a great time for the quality of nails I got. This place is great! I love the ambiance, the technicians are able to communicate well, the technicians are all friendly, and the whole experience is relaxing! Also, the salon doesn't smell like chemicals (I have been to others that do). I have only gotten pedicures, but I like the variety of packages offered (have 6) so you can pick the one that fits your budget. As an added plus, they serve mimosas and there's a variety of self serve candy for customers. I drive farther to go to this particular nail salon, but it's way better than others I've tried. I came in for a relaxing holiday mani and pedi. A very rude nail technician worked on my hands. She wasn't wearing a name tag so l didn't catch her name. She was an older woman who didn't seem to like her job, bossed the younger nail techs around, and was not in a very festive holiday mood. She was visibly annoyed that l didn't know that l had an acrylic overlay on my nails and she repeatedly said how many customers come in and don't know what is on their nails. I had my nails done at Fendi's the previous time so couldn't she check in their records if it was that big of an issue? She was irritated that l chose a milky white color on my nails even though this is the pantone color of 2026 and actually said next time l need to pick a sheer pink. Poor experience. Would not recommend to anyone. I have been here multiple times before in the past and was never fan. My current nail lady was closed so I came to give them another try within 12 hours my nail completely peeled off and within 48 hours 3 nails had peeled off and they did nothing to fix it. They still were able to get me in right away but said it's best to call to make appointments. I liked that they offer complimentary beverage. The lounge is absolutely beautiful and comfortable. The staff is welcoming and hospitable. They even offer free drinks. Not just water like most. While getting my nails done, an associate made me an amazing Vietnamese Coffee. I have spent the last few days trying to come close. Lol no where near. My daughter said, you should chip a mail or something so we can go back and hang out with them, have some coffee, and be pampered. But, they did such an amazing job, no chips to be found.
