First time at Feng Cha, I ordered the strawberry breeze regular sweet and opted for the aloe Vera. I thought it was pretty good. I was in the mood for something refreshing and this hit the spot. I would describe it as a a middle between slushie and smoothie with the milk giving a smooth soft cream taste. It was unique and I would order it again. This is our go-to boba spot and for good reason! We come here often (probably more than we should), but the convenience isn't the only thing that keeps us coming back. The milk tea is consistently delicious, and the rest of the drink menu offers a great variety with something for everyone. It's a solid, reliable place with great flavors and quick service.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Shop was super clean, and orders were taken through a kiosk which made it super user-friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They have lots of add-ons and jellies. You can choose your sweetness and ice levels, which was nice to be able to customize. We were in and out for 5 drinks in less than 10 minutes. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have nice seating areas, clean bathrooms, and even games to play if you want to sit and chill.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We'll be back!

Only stop here when I'm in the area! Very spacious inside and outside. A good spot to just lounge and enjoy boba with friends or alone. I always tend to order on the kiosk. It's usually milk tea or Thai tea. The boyfriend always gets something strawberry which is tasty!

Not a boba expert by any means but I liked this place. I actually never get boba but I was visiting my sister and she is a regular here. I liked that service was very fast and like other boba places you can customize sweetness level. I went with 50% which in my opinion was enough. Stopped by Feng Cha for a mid-day pick me up and although I've been to the Coppell location didn't even realize they had one right near me. This one was just as clean and spacious as the other one, except I liked the setup and seating area here better. It had order kiosks for you to place your order, which I actually appreciated because anytime I'm at a place like this, they always have SO many options on the board so this allowed me to take my time and look through the menu. I still stuck to my tried and true Thai Tea but still. The tea was refreshing and the perfect amount of sweetness. I also like on the order kiosk they give you options to customize your drink to perfection, like asking what sweet level you want, and other options. I'll be back! The drink came out super quick as well. Granted it wasn't too busy when I went.

Stopped by for boba on a sunday early afternoon. This place is super cute and quaint, with a lot of indoor seating! There's two green sofas in the back with a white coffee table that's very cute for a group of 4-6! When you wak in, there are 2 kiosks to the left where you can order. The workers are super nice, and made sure that our entire group of 9 people had their drinks! We ordered the mango au lait 25% sweet, no ice, and with crystal boba, which was very sweet and creamy! The place was not super loud either, and there was plenty of seating! Parking is also free and plentiful too.

Big fan of Feng Cha! The cafe is very spacious and has a variety of seating options. It's well decorated and the walls are white, so it's super bright inside. It is also very clean. You order on one of two electronic stations and have the ability to customize pretty much everything about your drink/tea. They have a variety of options, even for customers who may not love tea. The employee working was friendly and made the drinks quickly. I'm excited to go back and try something different! This is the prettiest Feng Cha location I've been to so far in DFW! Great vibes for study/work/socializing. Had no problems with parking and customer service was good! I got the dirty boba, which I wasn't the biggest fan of. It tasted just like plain milk with a hint of sweetness. I wish they added more of the brown sugar drizzle in my cup.

Drinks are awesome -- especially the spongy Match Love , Strawberry Princess , and the Crème Brûlée Dirty Boba ! Mango Fantasy and Mango Green Tea have such a refreshing tropical fruit flavor .

We ordered jasmine apple green tea with lychee jelly and bursting dragonfruit tea with aloe. We got our tea at 25% sweet. The jasmine apple green tea was better than the dragonfruit one. The dragonfruit tea didn't have much flavor even with the addition of the aloe. The lychee jelly was good and the apple green tea was refreshing.

This place was so cute and cozy! Had lovely sofas and chairs, bright, cute atmosphere, very clean inside (including restrooms). The menu had a very wide variety of options, all of which sounded delicious! Service was quick and staff was very friendly. I tried the dirty boba which was unlike anything I'd ever had before! Just not for me. I've consistently ordered things here I did not like very much. The only basic milk tea they have is a coffee milk tea that I did not like. Trying out a new boba joint- pretty dang good! Ordered a lemon black tea with boba- flavors were really good, normal level of sweetness was good, not too sweet. Boba- squishy and good. Weird part of the drink, they shoved an entire lemon that was partially sliced into the cup. With how narrow the cups are, it basically made it impossible to get the straw through the lemon to get to the boba sitting at the bottom. I'm stubborn and didn't want to peel off the lid, so with surgical precision, I threaded the fat straw around the lemon, which gave me access to most of the boba. Aside from that, everything was all good! I'll remember next time to order it with a half a lemon... read more

I can't believe I've never tried this chain before! Great place for this location. Very white and pristine on the inside. The tea is just as aesthetically pleasing. I've tried the overflowing grapefruit, jasmine green apple (very strong sweet apple flavor/love the apple chunks), jasmine tea with sea salt foam (tastes like cake batter)- all were great. Don't go if you like ice-less drinks. They charge $1 for no ice for someone that drinks water at room temp and not a fan of ice cold drinks, I was definitely upset to hear it. The manager (Alayna) is a very disrespectful person . Aside from not being able to correct an order she is unwilling to give any refunds or admit she took the order wrong. She said I quote "it's not my fault that you don't like something" even though we've had the same drink over and over again. My niece had a drink and got sick. She is not lactose intolerance, she's had milk tea and Boba milk tea with all kinds of things in it before. Alayna insisted that we need to make sure we know what we're allergic to it before we drink it. Like I said in other reviews I give stars based on customer service and food. To top it off she threatened to call the cops on me when I asked her for a refund‍‍. I do not recommend this place based on these few interactions with Alayna alone . She's a nightmare to deal with. I will recommend Feng cha in Carrollton on old Denton. read more

Poor, rude service--cashier forgot to ring up the boba I ordered, condescendingly informed me that the drink 'doesn't actually come with boba' (I order it 2x per month from here, I'm aware and I ordered the boba), then offered to add it only if I had cash since they don't do card transactions under $5. Poor customer service will ruin a good concept quicker than you can imagine--I was a regular, now I think I'm done. read more

Gorgeous shop! The flawless white setting spotted with plants makes for an upscale ambiance. The drinks are also always spot on. I have tried a few of their different specials and love the grapefruit one especially. Plenty of different ways to customize and the staff are very knowledgeable to help you find the perfect drink. Feng Cha is one of my favorite boba places in the area. They stand out to me for their modern bright decor inside, aesthetic matte finish cups, consistency, and STRONG tea flavor drinks. My favorite is their green apple jasmine tea which comes with mini bits of apples, beautiful hue of green, and strong jasmine tea. Their drinks come in one sizes only. One thing to pick a bone with them about is that they give out very little amount of tapioca pearls, I would say half the amount as a typical boba store would. I would suggest getting double tapioca if you really like'em. read more

Feng Cha is my favorite boba chain and I am super excited that one is finally opening closer to me!! Got the usual Jasmine (green) milk tea with boba - not exactly sure what it is but the one here is definitely a little bit better than the Carrolton and Richardson locations. Boba tastes the same as other locations but the tea was noticeably better - very impressed as new boba places often struggle to get the tea right in the first few months. 10/10 see ya'll tomorrow read more

Drink made incorrectly and they were rude refused to remake to correct. Don't recommend. Also one size drinks which is inconvenient for kids coming hereended up throwing out drink completely after I saw a rat run on the counter. Disgusting -1000/10 read more

This place is actually magical. The scenery is incredible it's all white with gold. I got the taro milk tea with boba. I took a sip and my mouth dropped it was the best THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD. I'd come back if I was in the area and in the mood for juice, but it's probably not somewhere I'd go out of my way for regularly because of the cost.

My have times changed. I was feeling nostalgic and stopped by this location. I've been here many times before, but it had been nearly a year since I had visited. It was a total disappointment. I don't think the employee cared much to measure out the recipe for the smoothie. She made it, only to pour it into the cup and realized it was too thick to move. She then added more liquid. She was pretty much winging it I guess. The smoothie itself was okay. I think it could've used a little more soy milk, but I guess it's alright that the smoothie turned out somewhat okay. But here's the thing. I paid $9 for a small smoothie. Shouldn't the bar be a little higher? No obnoxiously loud music and someone who cared enough to make it right the first time? Doesn't Jamba realize every time one of their employees makes a smoothie, it can make or break their future business? I'm always blown away that they have people on their teams that just seem to be so disconnected from delivering a good product. There's a recipe. All you have to do is follow it to the "T" to make customers happy. And how hard is it to not blast jaw-droppingly offensive music. You could play virtually anything else at a reasonable noise level and I would totally dig it. C'mon Jamba, do better please.

First, every time I've been; I just don't think they keep there soft-serve as cold as they should. I had been to multiple Pressed Juiceries in Southern California, and at those locations, the soft-serve was super-cold which made it so delicious. At this location, they don't keep it nearly as cold and this really degrades the experience. It melts too fast and just doesn't have the same level of gratifying texture that I've experienced at other locations. The service here is inconsistent. I was helped by a gentleman and he was nice, but clearly not focused on what he was doing. The soft serve I was handed looked like a failed science project. I will probably still give this location another try, but I wish this location would up their game and deliver the their soft-serve and bowls to a higher standard. It's a real let down to know other locations in their company deliver a superior product than what this one does.

Except the other TeaLatte's around DFW (there's maybe 7 or 8 now), and the Teapresso Bars in Houston (I think there's 2 at the moment), and the ones in Hawaii, where the chain is from. Yes, they're from Hawaii. That might explain why they taste so different - in a good way.
