My wall had to be repainted which they should have offered to pay for since the installer made marks all over because they sold me long floating shelves that was never installed at that length so had to install different brackets and notch the shelves to fit the brackets. 3times out here to install two shelves and 3 1/2 cabinets. I was set for me and my daughter to follow with full kitchens but we are going elsewhere now. Over $60k worth of lost business, not sure who wants that! The plans were ready to be executed. If you are looking for a good look and good quality this is not the place!!!

The cabinets we ended up with are extra custom. We wanted a more modern kitchen than I expect is very common in Nashville (several cabinetry companies our contractor typically works with could only give us Shaker cabinets, which isn't what we wanted), but Builder Supply Source had flat panel cabinets, which is the modern look we wanted. When they didn't have the exact stain color we wanted, they worked with us to create some samples based on some Pinterest/Houzz pictures I sent over. A few days after I sent the photos over, we had four samples at our house. We really liked three of them, narrowed it down to two, and finally picked one. I really appreciated that they were willing to work with us to get the color just right! We had a few little issues (one small panel of wood came slightly scratched up), but Builder Supply Source took care of everything. We worked with Will, who was great from our first meeting with him (we were in his office for about an hour talking about options and coming up with the best cabinet layout). And - at the end of the project - we're just in love with our cabinets (as well as with the hardware we ordered through Builder Supply Source). They were great to work with and the final product is exactly what we wanted. I don't think we would have ended up with the kitchen we had in our minds if it weren't for Builder Supply Source!

Freddy the owner handled the fabrication. Handyman and jack-of-all trades Randal Smith handled the plumbing de-install, carpentry, and faucet reconnect. They worked smoothly as a team including extended hours and weekends to get the job done. And cleaned up as they worked. We selected Calacatta River quartz (resembles high-end marble) for the kitchen with a single bowl stainless sink and Gemini non-porous quartz countertops for the baths with undermount porcelain sinks provided by Mount Juliet Granite and Quartz. Then, they pulled Spencer from my home mid install to go fix a problem almost 2 hours away, extending my install an additional day. I only have the one shower in my home. After calling them again the Foreman and the owners son showed up. After a lot of confusion I was told by the owners son that a bathroom fan vent on the roof is HVAC and they will only do what is in the contract. After a heated conversation I told them to do the job right or I'll pay for the material and get someone else to do it right. He owners son then said he is placing a lien on my house and and it is now going to be his. After the foreman separated us to cool down, I tried to call the owner John and he did not answer. I pulled up the contract to show it says about the roof jack and the son said he is pulling his crew and will take my house. The foreman then said to deal with him and I told the foreman that the owners son needs to leave my property. The owners son then tried to fight me and said to make him. leave the property. After all this they finished the roof only to find out that the did not install any flashing, so now I have exposed wood on the sides of my house and they did not paper over the whole roof, which will cause a leak and now my whole house smells of asphalt. The owner will not answer my calls or texts. The foreman is the only one Trying. I stopped payment till this issue is fixed and will probably end up in court as it seems this company is less than a year old and will not be around long. Save yourself the hassle.
