When I questioned it, he insisted that there was an Ace and described a location where I KNEW there was no hardware store (I would have gone there first if there was an Ace so close by). I asked if it was new and he said "yeah, maybe". Just on the off chance, I went down to where he said the Ace hardware was located but there was nothing but a Starbucks and a cheesesteak restaurant. Sending a customer off on a wild goose chase is such a bizarre thing to do! The store stocks a wide variety of top items like automotive tools, power tools, welding gear, generators, and hand tool sets -- all at competitive prices that help you save on projects big and small. The staff I interacted with were friendly and offered helpful suggestions when I had questions about specific tools and which ones to use for my home improvement project which made shopping easier. Inventory can be different from various Harbor Freight locations, so it is good to call ahead of time if you know exactly which tool you are looking for. It also helps when they have some good deals on the weekends. Last week it was a free item with purchase and this week it's a free bucket also with a purchase. Overall, good experience. If you register your phone number with them, they will record your purchase with your nunber so if you don't have your receipt for a return, they can look it up based on your phone number.

We had several very heavy beams (6x6) and the delivery guy offered to help my son carry them back to the backyard.... very much appreciated. My low rating is because of the quality of the wood. The redwood had lots of splits in the wood (some of it was actually unusable), plus many knots. The quality was definitely not what I expected for this high-priced redwood. I wish I had been able to hand select the pieces, rather than just getting "whatever" the team who bundles the order selected. Definitely not the quality I would expect from Ganahl Lumber.
