At a kitchen/bath store? So we zipped up the stroller so Cooper was not exposed at all, but got stopped as soon as we entered. Is that a dog? I explained that I didn't have my cane, and they said if he barks you have to leave. He didn't. Do you have a reservation? No. They reluctantly let us in. We looked around, no prices on anything. We had questions, but no one would help us. We left. A couple weeks later we went back - without Cooper. Still no reservation. Thank God I heard about Dahl Showroom! I spent time getting educated by Peggy Johnson, who was friendly, patient and informative! A few days later we both went back and with Peggy's help we ordered everything we needed for a great new master bath! At Dahl's we felt like valued customers, even before we knew for sure that we would be ordering there! At Fergusons, we were made to feel like low-lives who didn't deserve to shop there!

She took her time and made sure all of our questions were answered. Naturally, we decided to go back when our GE oven finally died - well, the heating coil caught on fire. Being 25 years old, we decided not to repair it this time. This experience was horrible. The salesman showed us one oven - I never heard of the brand. I was interested in seeing the GE ovens, compare them with the Bosch. No, he would not show us the GE models. I asked to see the floor model of the Bosch oven that was listed on their website to compare prices and quality. He pointed in the general direction of their warehouse. I walked in, looked around but it was pretty full - I could not find it. He did show us the Bosch ovens at least - so one point for that. I was ready to leave, wondering if I could maybe find the original paperwork for the dishwasher to get that fantastic saleslady's name. But, we made our way to another business to purchase a Bosch oven.

Customer service needs work…read more I come in with a coupon that starts tomorrow (which I didn't notice, I just was paying attention to the expiration date), and they denied me the coupon. There isn't a place on the planet that won't honor this type of situation. Another person had a recently expired coupon, same result. So dumb, I could buy, return, then use the coupon. So it's Saturday, I just spent 60 mins of my day to get some things for projects this weekend, now I'm delayed in doing them because you won't let me use a coupon today that I could use tomorrow. Common sense guys, redeem the coupon, keep happy customers. On my way to Lowe's now.

But, thus far, the process has been smooth and they have not harassed me by phone or email. I prefer to be given the information then left alone to make my decision. High pressure sales tactics don't work on me. They do, however, make me look where quite quickly.

We signed the contract on 11/13 and could not reach the salesman for the life of us. We called only to get the message that the voicemail was full (trouble). So we decided to cancel the contract in the allotted 3 days only to get the same voicemail full message. So we called corporate to cancel the contract and they said they would call them, so they put us on hold only to return to say they they could not reach them and only got the voicemail message was full. So we drove to the office off of Hampton only to find the doors locked, with no one inside. So on 11/16 I will go in person to see if I can catch someone to cancel the contract, wish me luck! Salesman said someone would be contacting us to schedule, on the 14th called about the schedule date got voicemail, left a message to call us back. Nothing no one called back. On the 15th. While driving to your office off Hampden 11/15, called corporate, they called while we were on the way, they couldn't reach anyone! We got to the office and nobody was there in the office. Finally the salesman responded, I know why, and we were able to cancel. So constant contact no! My point, just be honest!!!!
